技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于自行车的握把。
背景技术
一般,脚踏车上设有套设在车把上的把套,为避免把套移动,利用螺栓抵押束紧件,使束紧件紧抵把手,详见台湾专利468602,锁持不够紧,中国专利200480024158.7公开一种脚踏车握柄,副把上设有夹持机构,夹持机构夹持套筒边缘的夹持区,固定在握把杆上,由于夹持机构夹持套筒边缘及握把杆末端,当夹持机构松开时,副把很快脱落,且夹持机构上设置的螺丝影响整体美观。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种安全、可靠的自行车握把。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种整体性好、美观的自行车握把。
本发明是这样实现的:
自行车握把,包括套持件、副把手、车把,所述的套持件设有夹持件,所述的车把穿过套持件置于副把手中,所述的副把手设有凸出的带有槽缝的夹持区,所述的夹持件可束紧副把手的夹持区,将副把手固定在车把上。
所述的套持件包括内侧的套筒和外侧的握持件。
所述的套筒设有凹槽,所述的夹持件设于所述的凹槽中。
所述的握持件设有托持手掌的支撑部。
所述的支撑部背面设有容置夹持件的螺钉的孔。
所述的支撑部的表面轮廓为可托持手掌并便于握持的形状。
所述的副把手的夹持区插入套持件时,握持件的支撑部与副把手光滑的过渡相接。
所述的副把手包括金属加强部和包覆金属加强部的包覆部。
所述的夹持件为铝材。
所述的夹持区在圆周上间隔180°处设有两条槽缝。
本发明提供的一种自行车握把,夹持件内埋于套筒中,夹持在手把的非边缘部位,锁持更加牢靠,夹持件的螺钉置于握持件支撑部的背面,整体性好,显得更加美观,在副把手中设有金属加强部,副把手的强度更高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
自行车握把,如图1所示,包括套持件1、副把手2、车把3和设于套持件1中的夹持件4,通过夹持件4将套持件1、副把手2固定于车把3上。
如图2所示,套持件1包括内侧的套筒11、外侧的握持件12,套筒11的材质硬,握持件12所用的材质软,材质软的握持件12还具有吸震的作用,特别是崎岖不平的路面,不致因颠沛引起手臂麻木,而且手握软质的握持件12时会感到舒适,握持件12设有托持手掌的支撑部13,支撑部13的表面轮廓为可托持手掌并便于握持的形状,所述的支撑部13正面可设置衬垫,如图3所示,背面设有孔14,如图4所示。
套筒11中设有凹槽,如图5所示,夹持件4置于套筒11的凹槽中,可以采用在夹持件4表面成型套筒11的办法,则夹持件4置于套筒11中,不会从套筒11中脱落。夹持件4包括环形体和螺钉,环形体上设有缺口和沉螺纹孔,借助于螺钉的锁紧减小缺口的宽度从而缩小环形体的径向距离。所述夹持件4采用金属材质的材料制成,最优方案选择铝材,强度好,成型容易,夹持牢靠。螺钉置于所述支撑部13背面的孔14中,通过此处的螺钉的松开或锁紧来控制夹持件4。
副把手2上设有凸出的夹持区23,所述夹持区23上设有槽缝24,夹持区23一端开口,用于容纳车把3。副把手2的夹持区23插入套持件1时,握持件12的支撑部13与副把手2光滑的过渡相接。当夹持件4的螺钉锁紧时,夹持件23的环形体直径变小,压迫副把手2的夹持区23,引起槽缝24宽度变小,将夹持区23紧压在车把3上,从而,套持件1、副把手2、车把3和夹持件4相对固定。最优实施方式是在夹持区23的圆周上间隔180°处设有两条槽缝24,两条槽缝24的宽度收缩范围更大,在保证夹持区23强度的同时,可将套持件1、副把手2、车把3和夹持件4固定的更加牢靠。在长途骑行中,副把手2的强度非常重要,为提高副把手2的强度,副把手2可做成金属加强部22和包覆金属加强部22的包覆部21,充分利用金属的强度,又可避免金属易划伤和腐蚀的缺点。

Claims (9)

1.自行车握把,包括套持件(1)、副把手(2)、车把(3),其特征在于,所述的套持件(1)中设有夹持件(4),所述夹持件(4)包括螺钉和通过螺钉束紧的环形体,所述环形体上设有缺口,所述的车把(3)穿过套持件(1)置于副把手(2)中,所述的副把手(2)设有凸出的带有槽缝(24)的夹持区(23),所述的夹持件(4)可束紧副把手(2)的夹持区(23),将副把手(2)固定在车把(3)上。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的自行车握把,其特征在于,所述的套持件(1)包括内侧的套筒(11)和外侧的握持件(12)。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的自行车握把,其特征在于,所述的套筒(11)设有凹槽,所述的夹持件(4)设于所述的凹槽中。 
4.根据权利要求2所述的自行车握把,其特征在于,所述的握持件(12)设有托持手掌的支撑部(13)。 
5.根据权利要求4所述的自行车握把,其特征在于,所述的支撑部(13)背面设有容置夹持件(4)的螺钉的孔(14)。 
6.根据权利要求4所述的自行车握把,其特征在于,所述的支撑部(13)的表面轮廓为可托持手掌并便于握持的形状。 
7.根据权利要求6所述的自行车握把,其特征在于,所述的副把手(2)的夹持区(23)插入套持件(1)时,握持件(12)的支撑部(13)与副把手(2)光滑的过渡相接。 
8.根据权利要求1所述的自行车握把,其特征在于,所述的副把手(2)包括金属加强部(22)和包覆金属加强部(22)的包覆部(21)。 
9.根据权利要求1所述的自行车握把,其特征在于,所述的夹持件(4)为铝材。
10、根据权利要求1所述的自行车握把,其特征在于,所述的夹持区(23)在圆周上间隔180°处设有两条槽缝(24)。
