一种治疗黄褐斑的药物
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及ー种治疗黄褐斑的药物,特别是涉及ー种以中药为原料药制备的治疗黄褐斑的药物。
背景技术
[0002] 黄褐斑也称为肝斑或蝴蝶斑,是面部黑变病的一种症状,是发生在顔面的色素沉着斑。黄褐斑主要因女性内分泌失调、精神压カ大、各种疾病(肝肾功能不全、妇科病、糖尿病)等以及体内缺少维生素及外用化学药物刺激引起的。黄褐斑严重危害女性幸福,黄褐斑在面部的蔓延不亚于间接毁容,多数女性因此失去美丽和魅力,变得缺乏自信、抑郁自卑、不愿意面对朋友,久而久之压抑的情绪导致内分泌进ー步失调,催生更多的黑色素堆积在面部,这样就造成了黄褐斑越长越多的现象。
[0003]目前本病的治疗方法主要有食疗、药疗、物理治疗,但是治疗效果多不理想,其中物理治疗价格昂贵且治标不治本;食疗起效慢,需要长期调养;西药副作用大。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是提供ー种治疗黄褐斑的药物,该药物由中药组成,具有健脾益气、舒肝解郁、调和气血、温化痰湿的功效,可以净化表皮、毛囊的色素沉着,用于黄褐斑的治疗,可以起到见效快、不反复的目的。
[0005] 本发明的药物是由以下重量份数的中药为原料药制备获得的:
[0006] 柴胡4〜12 当归 5〜15 炒白芍 6〜18
[0007] 川芎4〜12 炒白术6〜18 薏苡仁 4〜12
[0008] 茯苓6〜18 僵蚕2〜6 灵芝 4〜12
[0009] 薄荷 2〜6 青皮2〜6 白芷 2〜6
[0010] 炎甘草2〜6 生姜 I〜3。
[0011] 可以将上述药物制成药剂学上的任何ー种剂型,如片剂、丸剂、散剤、胶囊剂等,本发明优选的剂型是丸剤。
[0012] 将本发明药物制成丸剂的具体制备方法是:
[0013] 将上述药物按所述重量份数洗净混合均匀,粉碎成100〜120的药粉,加蜜起模,制成丸剤。
[0014] 中医认为,黄褐斑的发病原因是劳伤脾土,脾气虚弱而气血生化不足,故见面色不华;脾虚则痰湿内生,痰湿与气血凝滞于皮肤之中不能疏散,聚结而成斑;黄为脾之主色,脾气健壮则色黄而均匀、明亮,脾气不足则色黄而暗滞,故见黄褐色斑。治疗原则应为健脾益气、舒肝解郁、调和气血、温化痰湿。柴胡疏散退热、升阳舒肝;当归补血调经、活血止痛;炒白芍养血柔肝、止痛;炒白术益气健脾、固表止汗;茯苓利水渗湿、益脾和胃;川芎活血化瘀、行气止痛;薏苡仁健脾补中、治湿邪;薄荷疏肝解郁;炙甘草补脾益气、调和诸药、缓急止痛;生姜发汗解表、温中止呕;灵芝补气血、益心气;僵蚕祛风化痰、通络、疏风止痒;青皮疏肝破气、消积化滞;白芷祛风湿、活血排脓。诸药合用,可以起到健脾益气、舒肝解郁、调和气血、温化痰湿的功效,可以净化表皮、毛囊的色素沉着,用于黄褐斑的治疗可以起到见效快、不反复的目的。
[0015] 为进一歩考察本发明药物的临床疗效和安全性,选择65例黄褐斑患者对本发明药物的疗效进行了临床观察。
[0016] 将65例病例随机分为两组,治疗组35例,对照组30例。全部病例均根据中国中西医结合学会皮肤性病专业委员会色素病学组制定的“黄褐斑临床诊断和疗效标准(2003年修订稿)”的诊断标准,确诊为黄褐斑。

[0018] I、面部淡褐色至深褐色、界限清楚的斑片,通常対称性分布,无炎症表现及鳞屑;
[0019] 2、无明显自觉症状;
[0020] 3、女性多发,主要发生在青春期后;
[0021] 4、病情可有季节性,常夏重冬轻;
[0022] 5、排除其它疾病引起的色素沉着。
[0023] 评分方法和标准:皮损面积评分:0为无皮损;1为面积< 2cm2 ;2为面积2〜4cm2 ;3为皮损面积> 4cm2。皮损颜色评分:0为正常肤色;1为淡褐色;2为褐色;3为深褐色。总积分=面积评分+颜色评分。4、评分法下降指数计算方法:下降指数=(治疗前总积分一治疗后总积分)/治疗前总积分。
[0024] 治疗方法
[0025] 对照组采用维生素C片,ロ服,一次2片,一日3次,同时外用维A酸霜,毎日外擦患处I次。治疗组采用本发明丸剂药物进行治疗,毎日3次,毎次I丸。15天为ー个疗程,共使用2个疗程。

[0027] 根据黄褐斑临床诊断和疗效标准(2003年修订稿)中的疗效标准,治愈:①肉眼视色斑面积消退>90%,顔色基本消失;②评分法计算治疗后下降指数> 0. 8 ;显效:①肉眼视色斑面积消退>60%,顔色明显变淡;②评分法计算治疗后下降指数>0.5。无效:①肉眼视色斑面积消退< 30%,颜色变化不明显;②评分法计算治疗后下降指数< O。
[0028] 两组病例治疗后疗效比较结果见表I。
