本发明公开了一种粘结稀土永磁块定位夹具,它包括槽体、紧定螺栓、垫块、档板、螺钉和调节螺栓。所述槽体为卧姿有缺口矩形槽,上端面留置纵向工艺缝口,底边内壁对应工艺缝口设有凹槽。紧定螺栓和调节螺栓分别安装在槽体的上端面和右墙板上,紧定螺栓和调节螺栓内连垫块。所述档板用螺钉连接在槽体纵向侧面上构成限位结构。所述槽体的内槽高度比待压稀土永磁块厚度和垫块厚度之和高出8mm~15mm,内槽横向容纳一顺排列的待压稀土永磁块A和稀土永磁块B及垫块,并留有10mm~20mm的调节量。所述槽体和垫块用非导磁金属材料制造。本发明采用机械式定位安装,工件不翻转,粘结质量好、工效高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种定位夹具,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种粘结稀土永磁块定位夹具。
背景技术
稀土永磁材料是一种具有很高剩磁感应强度和矫顽力的功能性材料,是电器制造业的重要原材料之一,特别是用永磁材料制造的永磁电机机性能远高于同规格常规电机性能。永磁电机中的关键部件是转子,因转子结构复杂,用于制造转子的模具制作难度大、成本高。所以行业中通常化整为零的方法制造转子,即用小尺寸的稀土永磁块粘结组合成形。现有粘结组合工艺已很成熟,能够做到按设计组合。另一方面是小尺寸稀土永磁块压制成本低廉,易于组织生产。但是,稀土永磁块粘结时,因同性相斥的原因,稀土永磁块在未粘结之前易从安装位置上翻转窜位,给后道粘结工序增加一定的工作难度。
发明内容
本发明主要针对稀土永磁块在未粘结前易翻转的问题,提出一种结构简单、定位准确、粘结容易,无翻转问题的粘结稀土永磁块定位夹具。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
粘结稀土永磁块定位夹具,它包括槽体、紧定螺栓、垫块、档板、螺钉和调节螺栓。所述槽体为卧姿有缺口的矩形槽,上端面中段留置与内槽纵向同向的工艺缝口,底边内壁对应工艺缝口设有等宽的凹槽。槽体上端面对应内槽横向一顺排列的待压稀土永磁块A和稀土永磁块B中部,分别设有螺孔垂直安装紧定螺栓,右墙板上正对待压稀土永磁块B右端面设有平置的螺孔安装调节螺栓。所述紧定螺栓和调节螺栓底端连接垫块。所述档板与槽体纵向侧面配合,并由螺钉锁紧构成限位结构。其改进之处在于:所述槽体内槽高度比待压稀土永磁块厚度和垫块厚度之和高出8mm~15mm,内槽横向容纳一顺排列的待压稀土永磁块A和稀土永磁块B及垫块,并留有10mm~20mm的调节量。所述槽体和垫块用非导磁金属材料制造。
上述结构中,槽体和垫块用硬质铝或硅黄铜制造,在垫块面朝稀土永磁块的一面粘贴硬质橡胶板。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、结构简单、制造容易;
2、稀土永磁块定位安装,不翻转,粘结质量好、工效高;
3、螺旋式压紧及调节机构限位可靠,操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
图1和图2所示的粘结稀土永磁块定位夹具,它包括槽体1、紧定螺栓2、垫块3、档板4、螺钉5和调节螺栓6。所述槽体1为卧姿有缺口的矩形槽,上端面中段留置与内槽纵向同向的工艺缝口1.1,底边内壁对应工艺缝口1.1设有等宽的凹槽1.2。槽体1上端面对应内槽横向一顺排列的待压稀土永磁块A和稀土永磁块B中部,分别设有螺孔垂直安装紧定螺栓2,右墙板上正对待压稀土永磁块右端面设有平置的螺孔安装调节螺栓6。所述紧定螺栓2和调节螺栓6底端连接垫块3。所述档板4与槽体1纵向侧面配合,并由螺钉5锁紧构成限位结构。所述槽体1内槽高度比待压稀土永磁块厚度和垫块3之和高出8mm~15mm,内槽横向容纳一顺排列的待压稀土永磁块A和稀土永磁块B及垫块,并留有10mm~20mm的调节量。所述槽体1和垫块3用非导磁金属材料制造。本实施例中,稀土永磁块A和稀土永磁块B为矩形长条构件,且尺寸完成相同,其厚9mm,宽100mm、长120mm,垫块3厚6mm。所以设定槽体1的内槽横向长261mm,高25mm。本实施例中槽体1和垫块3全部用硬质铝制造,并且在垫块3面朝稀土永磁块的一面粘贴硬质橡胶板3.1。

1.一种粘结稀土永磁块定位夹具,它包括槽体(1)、紧定螺栓(2)、垫块(3)、档板(4)、螺钉(5)和调节螺栓(6);所述槽体(1)为卧姿有缺口的矩形槽,上端面中段留置与内槽纵向同向的工艺缝口(1.1),底边内壁对应工艺缝口(1.1)设有等宽的凹槽(1.2);槽体(1)上端面对应内槽横向一顺排列的待压稀土永磁块A和稀土永磁块B中部,分别设有螺孔垂直安装紧定螺栓(2),右墙板上正对待压稀土永磁块B右端面设有平置的螺孔安装调节螺栓(6);所述紧定螺栓(2)和调节螺栓(6)底端连接垫块(3);所述档板(4)与槽体(1)纵向侧面配合,并由螺钉(5)锁紧构成限位结构;其特征在于:所述槽体(1)内槽高度比待压稀土永磁块厚度和垫块(3)厚度之和高出8mm~15mm,内槽横向容纳一顺排列的待压稀土永磁块A和稀土永磁块B及垫块(3),并留有10mm~20mm的调节量;所述槽体(1)和垫块(3)用非导磁金属材料制造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘结稀土永磁块定位夹具,其特征在于:所述槽体(1)和垫块(3)用硬质铝或硅黄铜制造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粘结稀土永磁块定位夹具,其特征在于:所述垫块(3)面朝稀土永磁块的一面粘贴硬质橡胶板(3.1)。
