太阳能似乎是一种用之不竭的能源,因此太阳能的相关研究引起了许多注意。太阳能电池便是为了将太阳能直接转换成电能而开发的装置。
通常,太阳能模块机械性地支撑太阳能电池,且保护太阳能电池免受环境影响而劣化。太阳能模块通常包括一个刚性且透明的保护前板(例如玻璃)以及一个后板或背板。前板及背板将太阳能电池封装起来,并因此保护太阳能电池免受环境影响而劣化。
现有技术公开了一种背板,其包括一耐候层、一阻隔水气层以及一绝缘层。现有技术中是以铝箔作为阻隔水气层。然而,铝箔是导电材料,对于背板的绝缘性要求将因为铝箔存在发生漏电的可能性而产生疑虑。再者,铝箔并不透光,因此具有铝箔的背板无法应用在穿透式薄膜太阳能电池中。
有鉴于此,目前亟需一种能够改善上述问题的改良式背板。
发明内容
根据本发明的一方面,提供一种用于光伏模块的背板。此背板包括纳米复合材料层、第一高分子层以及第二高分子层。纳米复合材料层包含一高分子基质以及多个硅酸盐纳米颗粒。高分子基质包含至少一选自由聚酯、聚酰亚胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯以及尼龙所组成的群组的高分子。硅酸盐纳米颗粒分散在高分子基质中,每一硅酸盐纳米颗粒具有一多层结构,且此多层结构被高分子基质的高分子嵌入,或多层结构的层分别被高分子剥离。硅酸盐纳米颗粒是由硅酸盐粘土所制成,且硅酸盐粘土选自由蒙脱石、海泡石、氟云母以及蛭石所组成的群组。硅酸盐粘土在纳米复合材料层中的重量百分浓度为约0.5%至约20%。第一高分子层配置在纳米复合材料层上方。第二高分子层配置在纳米复合材料层下方。
依据本发明一实施方式,其中硅酸盐纳米颗粒在纳米复合材料层中的重量百分浓度为约1%至约10%。
依据本发明一实施方式,其中多层结构中的每一层分别具有一长度为约50nm至约200nm。
依据本发明一实施方式,其中多层结构中的每一层分别具有一厚度为约0.5nm至约2nm。
依据本发明一实施方式,其中纳米复合材料层具有一厚度为约10μm至约100μm。
依据本发明一实施方式,其中第一高分子层包含至少一高分子,选自由聚酯、聚酰亚胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯以及尼龙所组成的群组。
依据本发明一实施方式,其中第一高分子层具有一厚度为约0.01mm至约2mm。
依据本发明一实施方式,其中第二高分子层是由一氟化聚合物所制成。
依据本发明一实施方式,其中第二高分子层具有一厚度为约0.01mm至约2mm。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种光伏模块,其包括上述的背板以及一光伏部件。光伏部件用以将光转换为电能,且光伏部件配置于背板的第一高分子层上。
依据本发明实施方式的背板,可应用穿透式薄膜太阳能电池中。同时,依据本发明实施方式的背板可以避免经背板漏电的风险。

为了使本公开内容的叙述更加详尽与完备,下文针对本发明的实施方面与具体实施例提出了说明性的描述;但这并非是实施或运用本发明具体实施例的唯一形式。以下所公开的各实施例,在有益的情形下可相互组合或取代,也可在一实施例中附加其它的实施例,而无须进一步的记载或说明。
在以下描述中,将详细叙述许多特定细节以使读者能够充分理解以下的实施例。然而,可在没有这样的特定细节的情况下实践本发明的实施例。在其它情况下,为简化附图,熟知的结构与装置仅示意性地绘示于图中。
图1是绘示根据本发明一实施方式的背板100的剖面示意图。背板100是应用在一光伏模块中,光伏模块是一种用以将光转换为电能的装置或设备。如图1所示,背板100包括纳米复合材料层110、第一高分子层120以及第二高分子层130。纳米复合材料层110位于第一高分子层120与第二高分子层130之间。
纳米复合材料层110作为阻隔水气层,且纳米复合材料层110包括一高分子基质以及多个硅酸盐纳米颗粒,该些硅酸盐纳米颗粒大致均匀地分散在高分子基质中。本文中,用语“纳米颗粒”是指一颗粒,其外观具有至少一个维度在约0.1nm至约900nm范围中。在一实施方式中,纳米复合材料层110的厚度为约10μm至约100μm。
高分子基质包含至少一高分子材料,例如聚酯、聚酰亚胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯以及尼龙。在一实施例中,高分子基质可由透明高分子所制成,例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
硅酸盐纳米颗粒包含至少一硅酸盐粘土颗粒,例如蒙脱石、海泡石、氟云母及蛭石。每一硅酸盐纳米颗粒具有一多层结构。存在于高分子基质中的硅酸盐纳米颗粒的型态可以是一种嵌入结构(intercalated structure)或是剥离结构(exfoliated structure)。具体而言,高分子基质的高分子嵌入硅酸盐纳米颗粒的多层结构中,或者高分子基质的高分子嵌入多层结构并且将多层结构中的层分别剥离。在某些实施例中,嵌入结构以及剥离结构同时存在于高分子基质中。通常,硅酸盐粘土在纳米复合材料层中的重量百分浓度为约0.5%至约20%。更具体地说,硅酸盐粘土在纳米复合材料层中的重量百分浓度为约1%至约10%。当硅酸盐粘土的浓度高于约20%时,硅酸盐粘土很难均匀地分散在高分子基质中。详言之,在制造纳米复合材料层的过程中将可能发生相分离的现象。另一方面,当硅酸盐粘土的浓度太低时,很难显著地产生阻隔水气的效果。
在一实施方式中,硅酸盐纳米颗粒的多层结构中的每一层分别具有长度为约50nm至约200nm,且多层结构中的每一层分别的厚度为约0.5nm至约2nm,更具体而言,约为1nm。在此实施方式中,硅酸盐粘土可例如为蒙脱石。
第一高分子层120配置在纳米复合材料层110上方,且第一高分子层120可提供绝缘的功能。诸如太阳能电池的光伏装置可以设置在第一高分子层120上。在一实施方式中,第一高分子层120包含至少一诸如聚酯、聚酰亚胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯以及尼龙的高分子材料。在一实施例中,第一高分子层120可由与高分子基质相同的高分子材料所制成。例如,第一高分子层120以及高分子基质两者均为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,其为热塑性的材料。在此实施例中,可通过对纳米复合材料层110施加热,而可以将纳米复合材料层110直接粘贴至第一高分子层120上。在某些实施例中,第一高分子层120的厚度在约0.05mm至约2mm的范围中。
第二高分子层130配置在纳米复合材料层110的下方,且可作为一耐候层(weather-resistant layer)。在一实施方式中,第二高分子层130可由诸如聚酰亚胺或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的透明高分子制成,但第二高分子层130也可以是氟化聚合物所制成。在某些实施例中,第二高分子层130的厚度为约0.05mm至约2mm。
在一实施方式中,纳米复合材料层110、第一高分子层120以及第二高分子层130三者都是透明的。因此,根据本发明的实施方式,背板100可以应用在穿透式薄膜太阳能电池中。
背板100可非必要性地包括第一粘着层140以及第二粘着层150,如图2所示。第一粘着层140配置在第一高分子层120与纳米复合材料层110之间,而第二粘着层150是配置在第二高分子层130以及纳米复合材料层110之间。第一粘着层140的材料可与第二粘着层150相同或不同。例如,第一和/或第二粘着层的材料可例如为乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(polyvinyl butyral,PVB)。在某些实施方式中,第一及第二粘着层的厚度为约0.01mm至约0.5mm。
图3绘示根据本发明一实施方式的光伏模块300的剖面示意图。光伏模块300包括背板100以及光伏部件200。光伏部件200用以将光线310转换为电能。在本实施方式中,背板100可以是上述任何实施方式的背板。光伏部件200可接触于背板100的第一高分子层120。
如图3所示,光伏部件200包括背电极210、光电转换层220、透明导电氧化物层230以及前透明基板240。
背电极210配置在背板100的第一高分子层上或上方,且背电极210与光电转换层220接触。在某些实施例中,背电极210可由银、铝、铜、铬、镍或透明导电氧化物所制成,其可根据产品需要选择。光电转换层220所产生的电能可经由背电极210而传递至外部的负载装置。
将光转换成电能的光电转换层220夹置在背电极210与透明导电氧化物层230之间。请注意,本文所述的“光电转换层”是包含吸收光并将光转换成电所需的所有层别。各种薄膜半导体材料可应用在光电转换层220中。适合的材料包括但不限于非晶硅(a-Si:H)、多晶硅、单晶硅、非晶碳化硅(a-SiC)以及非晶锗化硅(a-SiGe)。在非晶硅的实施方式中,光电转换层220包括一p型掺杂非晶硅层、一本质非晶硅层(intrinsic amorphous silicon)以及一n型掺杂非晶硅层(也称为“p-i-n结构”)。在此实施方式中,光伏部件200可为一穿透式薄膜太阳能电池。再者,可依序形成多个重复的p-i-n结构(″pin-pin-pin″或″pin-pin-pin-pin″)。在其它实施例中,光电转换层220可包含砷化镓(GaAs)、铜铟镓硒(CIGS)、或碲化镉(CdTe)。
透明导电氧化物层230配置在光电转换层220上。在一实施例中,透明导电氧化物层230可包含氧化锌(ZnO)、掺氟二氧化锡(SnO2:F)或氧化铟锡(ITO)。在某些实施例中,透明导电氧化物层230具有一纹理结构(未示出)形成在透明导电氧化物层230与光电转换层220之间的接口,纹理结构是用以截留传递进入光伏部件200的光线。
前透明基板240设置在透明导电氧化物层230上。一般说来,前透明基板240配置在光伏部件200的最外侧,前透明基板240可例如由玻璃所制成。
在一实施方式,背板100的第一高分子层可由诸如聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的热塑性材料所制成,而光伏部件200可配置在其上。通过对背板100施加热,可使背板100粘贴在光伏部件200上。
在另一实施方式中,光伏模块300可进一步包括密封层400。密封层400配置在光伏部件200与背板100之间,如图4所示。光伏部件200可通过密封层400而贴附在背板100上。为了能够应用在穿透式薄膜太阳能电池的目的,密封层400可由诸如乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的透明材料所制成。但是,在其它的实施例中,不透明的密封材料也可适用于本发明中。
虽然本发明已以实施方式公开如上,然而其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围视权利要求所界定的为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种光伏模块的背板,包括:
一纳米复合材料层,包括:
一高分子基质,包含至少一高分子,该高分子选自由聚酯、聚酰亚胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯以及尼龙所组成的群组;以及
多个硅酸盐纳米颗粒,分散在该高分子基质中,每一该些硅酸盐纳米颗粒具有一多层结构,且其中该多层结构被该高分子基质的高分子嵌入,或该多层结构的层分别被该高分子剥离,其中该硅酸盐纳米颗粒是由硅酸盐粘土所制成,且该硅酸盐粘土选自由蒙脱石、海泡石、氟云母以及蛭石所组成的群组;
其中该硅酸盐粘土在该纳米复合材料层中的重量百分浓度为约0.5%至约20%;
一第一高分子层,配置在该纳米复合材料层上方;以及
一第二高分子层,配置在该纳米复合材料层下方。
2.如权利要求1所述的背板,其中该些硅酸盐纳米颗粒在该纳米复合材料层中的重量百分浓度为约1%至约10%。
3.如权利要求1所述的背板,其中该多层结构中的每一层分别具有一长度为约50nm至约200nm。
4.如权利要求1所述的背板,其中该多层结构中的每一层分别具有一厚度为约0.5nm至约2nm。
5.如权利要求1所述的背板,其中该纳米复合材料层具有一厚度为约10μm至约100μm。
6.如权利要求1所述的背板,其中该第一高分子层包含至少一高分子,该高分子选自由聚酯、聚酰亚胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯以及尼龙所组成的群组。
7.如权利要求1所述的背板,其中该第一高分子层具有一厚度为约0.01mm至约2mm。
8.如权利要求1所述的背板,其中该第二高分子层是由一氟化聚合物所制成。
9.如权利要求1所述的背板,其中该第二高分子层具有一厚度为约0.01mm至约2mm。
10.一种光伏模块,包括:
如权利要求1所述的背板;以及
一光伏部件,用以将光转换为电能,且该光伏部件配置于该背板的该第一高分子层上。
