Abstract
本发明提供了一种木制品水性面涂料，其组成原料各组分的重量百分比为：陶土粉24.286-29.286%，虫胶片0.813-0.973%，动物皮胶5.452-6.452%，水56.524-62.524%，酒精1.388-1.588%，淀粉4.857-5.857%。本发明的木制品水性面涂料具有无污染物、无刺激性气味、无毒、避免了普通涂料中的甲醛隐患，平坦性高，施工容易，粘附性强，阻燃性高，涂层硬度高易形成保护层，同时具有快干，不回粘的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域，具体设计一种木制品水性面涂料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步，社会的发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，居住环境不断改善，家里的装修也越来越漂亮，要求也越来越高，对家装中所用的材料要求越来越环保，特别是木制品制作加工时所用的涂料对环保要求更高。本发明提供了一种木制品水性面涂料，属于环保型、无毒涂料。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种木制品水性面涂料，本涂料具有平坦性高，施工容易，粘性强、阻燃性高、不回粘、快干、无毒环保的特点。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种木制品水性面涂料，其特征在于：其组成原料各组分的重量百分比为：陶土粉24.286-29.286%， 虫胶片0.813-0.973%，动物皮胶5.452-6.452%，纯净水56.524-62.524%，酒精1.388-1.588%，淀粉4.857-5.857%。
所述的木制品水性面涂料，其特征在于：其组成原料各组分的重量百分比为：陶土粉26.786%， 虫胶片0.893%，动物皮胶5.952%，纯净水59.524%，酒精1.488%，淀粉5.357%。
制备方法如下：
1）将动物皮胶粒浸泡于纯净水中8小时以上，所得的混合物质称为A 胶；
2）将虫胶片浸泡于酒精中12小时以上 ，所得的混合物质称为B 胶；
3）将A胶装入钢杯中，用电锅加温至摄氏40-45度止后缓缓加入陶土粉并轻慢搅拌至全部化开；将钢杯从电锅中取出自然冷却至摄氏30度，再加入淀粉并轻慢搅拌均匀后再加入B 胶并轻慢搅拌均匀即配制完成。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的木制品水性面涂料具有无污染物、无刺激性气味、无毒、 避免了普通涂料中的甲醛隐患，平坦性高，施工容易，粘附性强，阻燃性高，涂层硬度高易形成保护层，同时具有快干，不回粘的特点。
具体实施方式
一种木制品水性面涂料，其组成原料各组分的重量百分比为： 陶土粉26.786%， 虫胶片0.893%，动物皮胶5.952%，纯净水59.524%，酒精1.488%，淀粉5.357%。
制备方法如下：
1）将动物皮胶粒浸泡于纯净水中8小时以上，所得的混合物质称为A 胶；
2）将虫胶片浸泡于酒精中12小时以上 ，所得的混合物质称为B 胶；
3）将A胶装入钢杯中，用电锅加温至摄氏40-45度止后缓缓加入陶土粉并轻慢搅拌至全部化开；将钢杯从电锅中取出自然冷却至摄氏30度，再加入淀粉并轻慢搅拌均匀后再加入B 胶并轻慢搅拌均匀即配制完成。
具体施工流程为：首先将底涂完成的木制品表面砂磨光洁，把本发明的面涂料均匀喷涂或刷涂于木制品上，再将其烘干或自然风干；按照同样的方法再进行第二-四次喷涂和干燥。

1.一种木制品水性面涂料的制备方法，其特征在于：所述木制品水性面涂料其组成原料各组分的重量百分比为：陶土粉24.286-29.286%，虫胶片0.813-0.973%，动物皮胶5.452-6.452%，纯净水56.524-62.524%，酒精1.388-1.588%，淀粉4.857-5.857%；
制备方法如下：
1）将动物皮胶浸泡于纯净水中8小时以上，所得的混合物质称为A胶；
2）将虫胶片浸泡于酒精中12小时以上，所得的混合物质称为B胶；
3）将A胶装入钢杯中，用电锅加温至摄氏40-45度止后缓缓加入陶土粉并轻慢搅拌至全部化开；将钢杯从电锅中取出自然冷却至摄氏30度，再加入淀粉并轻慢搅拌均匀后再加入B胶并轻慢搅拌均匀即配制完成。
