背景技术
在医疗和相关的诊断和测试领域,通常需要从对象采取小量的血样,以用于试验或分析血液的目的。获得血样的通常方法是通过使用小针头或刺血针在血管靠近表面的位置刺穿皮肤。为了避免感染和污染,切开装置优选地用于单个目的并且是一次性的。因而它们必须紧凑并且廉价制造。
许多一次性的刺穿装置普遍存在市场中。这包括UnistikTM制造并由Owen Mumford Ltd(Woodstock,UK)销售的产品。当前的设计包括模压塑料套,连接到弹簧的短针安装在该模压塑料套内。触发器形成在套内,当触发器被压下时,释放弹簧以使针通过套内的开口被释放出来。部分当前的设计需要操作员在触发之前预加载或扣紧弹簧。在其他设计中,刺穿装置被供应时就已经处于扣紧状态。用户也通常需要在触发之前从装置或针头的前端移除帽。用户因此必须执行至少两个步骤,有时候是三个步骤,以便执行血液取样程序。此外,这些设计包括若干必须单独制造并组装在一起的部件,这就增加了制造的复杂性和费用。

发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种皮肤刺痕装置。该装置包括外壳、与弹簧一体形成并容纳在外壳内的刺血针、触发器以用于将弹簧保持在压缩状态直到用户通过致动触发器释放弹簧为止。弹簧可以是折叠式板簧,并且弹簧和刺血针可由单片材料形成。触发器可包括拇指板和取决于拇指板以与弹簧上的构造合作的造型。触发器可与外壳一体地形成。可被选地,触发器可与弹簧一体地形成。

具体实施方式
在图1中图示了皮肤刺痕装置,该装置设计成刺穿人的皮肤,例如提供小量的血样。通常地,装置用来刺穿人手指的指垫,留下小的血液斑点在手指上。该斑点例如使用试验片收集,以用于测量和试验中。皮肤刺痕装置1具有外壳2以及加载到外壳内的刺血针机构3,如图2中所图示。
