Abstract

阻燃防水保温板及其制备方法,由膨胀珍珠岩、沥青或聚氨酯与甲苯二异氰酸酯、双反丁烯二酸酯组成,所用原料配比的重量份为:膨胀珍珠岩95~98;沥青1.5~4或聚氨酯1.5~4、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.1~0.3;双反丁烯二酸酯0.1~0.03。制备方法是将膨胀珍珠岩、沥青或聚氨酯与甲苯二异氰酸酯、双反丁烯二酸酯按配比依次加入搅拌釜中搅拌,使物料混合均匀,然后将混合物料投入到板材模具中,在常温下,经模压成型后固化8小时,再切割成设定尺寸的珍珠岩板或表面为彩钢板或铁皮或塑料板的珍珠岩夹心板,可代替苯板作建筑材料节省能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃防水保温板,属于建筑材料。
背景技术
现有的聚苯乙烯保温板,具有较好的保温性能,作建筑材料能节省能源,但是因为该苯板材料易燃,在发生火灾时,聚苯乙烯保温板很容易被点燃,助长建筑物火势,为了建筑物安全防火,苯板不能继续用做建材保温,因此建筑物用新的保温板替代苯板节省能源,成为建筑领域需求和发明家的研发课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃防水保温板,它能代替苯板作建筑材料节省能源。
本发明的技术方案是:一种阻燃防水保温板,其特征在于:由膨胀珍珠岩、沥青、双反丁烯二酸酯组成,或者由膨胀珍珠岩、聚氨酯与甲苯二异氰酸酯、双反丁烯二酸酯组成,所用原料配比的重量份为:膨胀珍珠岩 95~98; 沥青1.5~4;聚氨酯1.5~4、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.1~0.3;双反丁烯二酸酯0.1~0.03。
其制备方法为:将膨胀珍珠岩、沥青、双反丁烯二酸酯按配比依次加入搅拌釜中搅拌,或者将膨胀珍珠岩、聚氨酯与甲苯二异氰酸酯、双反丁烯二酸酯按配比依次加入搅拌釜中搅拌,使物料混合均匀,然后将混合物料浇注到板材模具中,在常温下,经模压成型后固化8小时,再切割成设定尺寸的成品板材,或者将混合物料充到以彩钢板或铁皮或塑料板为表层的模具中,制成夹心板材。
由于膨胀珍珠岩是不燃烧材料,双反丁烯二酸酯是阻燃剂,两种原料的用量在产品中构成了主体,使产品具有阻燃性能,在火中不能燃烧;聚氨酯或沥青具有较好的防水性能,聚氨酯或沥青与膨胀珍珠岩混合后,能包覆在膨胀珍珠岩表面,提高产品的防水性;膨胀珍珠岩、聚氨酯、沥青,都是保温性能较好的材料,膨胀珍珠岩与聚氨酯或沥青融为一体后使产品的保温效果更佳;甲苯二异氰酸酯是凝固剂,能使聚氨酯在膨胀珍珠岩表面固化。膨胀珍珠岩每立方米重为110~125kg,是建筑材料中较为质轻的材料。本发明制成珍珠岩板材经性能测试:密度kg/m3  ≤250;导热系数w/m.k   ≤0.076;抗压强度kpa ≥474;憎水率% 99.2;使用温度范围℃ -40~600;离焰即熄灭。因此本发明作建筑材料具有阻燃、保温、质轻、防水、隔音、无毒,易于加工等优良特性,可替代苯板减少建筑物能量损耗,可节省石油原料。
实施例1
阻燃防水保温板,选用原料:膨胀珍珠岩98 g、聚氨酯1.5g、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.1g、双反丁烯二酸酯0.03 g;将各原料依次加入搅拌釜中搅拌,使物料混合均匀,然后将混合物料浇注到板材模具中,在常温下,经模压成型后固化8小时,模压压力为1kg,再切割成设定尺寸的珍珠岩成品板材。混合物料也可充到表层为彩钢板或铁皮或塑料板的夹层中,施加适当压力固化成型为夹心板材。所用原料都是市售商品。
实施例2
阻燃防水保温板,原料由膨胀珍珠岩 95g、聚氨酯4 g、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.3 g、双反丁烯二酸酯0.1g 组成。制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
阻燃防水保温板,原料由膨胀珍珠岩96g;沥青3g;双反丁烯二酸酯0.06g组成。制备方法与实施例1相同。

1.一种阻燃防水保温板,其特征在于:由膨胀珍珠岩、沥青、双反丁烯二酸酯组成,或者由膨胀珍珠岩、聚氨酯与甲苯二异氰酸酯、双反丁烯二酸酯组成,所用原料配比的重量份为:膨胀珍珠岩 95~98;沥青1.5~4;聚氨酯1.5~4、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.1~0.3;双反丁烯二酸酯0.1~0.03。
2.根据权利要求1所说的阻燃防水保温板的制备方法,其特征在于:将膨胀珍珠岩、沥青、双反丁烯二酸酯按配比依次加入搅拌釜中搅拌,或者将膨胀珍珠岩、聚氨酯与甲苯二异氰酸酯、双反丁烯二酸酯按配比依次加入搅拌釜中搅拌,使物料混合均匀,然后将混合物料投入到板材模具中,在常温下,经模压成型后固化8小时,再切割成设定尺寸的成品板材。
