Abstract

本发明公开了一种建筑屋面所用的珍珠岩复合保温板,由氧化镁、氯化镁、膨胀珍珠岩、锯末以及其它辅助材料如粉煤灰等材料用水经混配成型而成,具有保温效果好、容重轻、不怕水,施工容易、抗压强度高等优点,可大量应用于各种屋面建筑。

Description

珍珠岩复合保温板
本发明涉及一种屋面保温材料,特别是一种珍珠岩复合保温板。
目前建筑的屋面保温一般采用炉渣找坡水泥珍珠岩保温或水泥蛭石保温,由于珍珠岩较轻粉尘很大,因此污染环境,同时现场施工搅拌不匀厚薄难以控制,而常使屋面保温出现冬冷夏热现象,并且工序繁多、劳动效率低、容重大。近两年来又出现了一种新型屋面保温材料——膨胀珍珠岩保温芯板,这种材料是将散料膨胀珍珠岩通过一定的工艺挤压在塑料薄膜袋中,工程实践证明这种材料缺陷明显,相当一部分已竣工使用的建筑物屋面出现严重裂缝,其中一个原因是膨胀珍珠岩保温芯板抗压强度低,在施工过程中塑料薄膜袋容易破损,珍珠岩吸收了大量的水,施工人员在施工过程中稍不留意一踩一个坑,如果等保温层干燥之后再做后续防水工程就得延误工期,另一个原因是塑料薄膜不吸水与屋面找平水泥砂浆不粘结,造成分层,因此建筑屋面夏天易起鼓,冬天易开裂而造成屋面漏水,保温效果也大打折扣。
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温效果好、不怕水、施工容易、容重轻、抗压强度高的新型屋面保温材料——珍珠岩复合保温板。
本发明是这样实现的:珍珠岩复合保温板是一种包含氧化镁、氯化镁、膨胀珍珠岩、锯末以及其它辅助材料用水拌合成型而成的混合物,重量百分比为:
氧化镁        18-22%
氯化镁        7-9%
膨胀珍珠岩    48-54%
锯末          16-19%
其它辅助材料  2-5%
本发明解决了传统屋面保温材料存在的缺陷,保温效果好,不怕水,容重轻,不起层不开裂,无污染,施工效率高,抗压强度高,表一为实测的几种屋面保温材料的参考对照表。
以下为本发明的两个具体实施例。
实施例一:珍珠岩复合保温板由下列各组份材料用水混合、搅拌后用模子拖制而成,其中其它辅助材料采用粉煤灰。
氧化镁      54kg    20%
氯化镁      21kg    8%
膨胀珍珠岩  136kg   49.6%
锯末        47.5kg  17.4%
粉煤灰      12.5kg  5%
实施例二:
氧化镁      52kg    19%
氯化镁      20kg    8%
膨胀珍珠岩  145kg   53%
锯末        50kg    18%
粉煤灰      5kg     2%

Claims (2)

1.一种珍珠岩复合保温板,其特征在于它是一种包含有氧化镁、氯化镁、膨胀珍珠岩、锯末以及和其它辅助材料用水拌合成型而成的混合物,重量百分比为:
氧化镁          18-22%
氯化镁            7-9%
膨胀珍珠岩      48-54%
锯末            16-19%
其它辅助材料      2-5%
2.根据权利要求1所述的珍珠岩复合保温板,其特征在于辅助材料为粉煤灰。
