Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述类型的软管接头。
背景技术
能够漂浮在水上的软管用于离岸可泵送流体的传输,例如来自补给船的平台燃料补给,或从平台到补给船的淤泥传输。为此,已知附接漂浮装置到普通软管,或附接发泡材料的管状套筒到所述软管。上述两种软管的构造提供了浮力但没有增加安全性。此外,没有合适的途径提供一种耐磨损的软管。
随着对由于溢出而造成污染问题的日益关注,需要随软管尺寸不断扩大的安全措施。
已经提出一些软管,其中外部软管容纳来自内部主软管的泄漏。这种类型的安全软管已经能够制造成漂浮在水上的软管。但是建立安全性的主要目标阻碍了令人满意的漂浮软管的发展。例如美国专利US6,085,796(Riga,2000)描述了一种具有内部和外部软管的复合安全软管,其已经用于液压系统,且具有较低的传输容量。端部接头的设计不是令人满意的。
也已知一种双管道,在外环部具有发泡材料,以便与其它物质之间形成隔热。这种类型的结构在美国专利US6,349,976(Mentor Subsea,2002)中已知,但是该结构也不适合用作漂浮软管。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种漂浮软管,其适用于合理生产,并且具有优越的应用潜能。而且,该漂浮软管能监视软管内容物的泄漏并能从最初泄漏中收集内容物。
另一个目的在于提供这样一种复合软管,其使得泄漏处软管部分的替换更容易且更经济。
还一个目的在于提供一种软管,其能简单地卷绕外部软管的扁平部。
其它目的将在下述示例中描述。
本发明在权利要求1及其从属权利要求中进行陈述。而本发明更多细节将在说明书实施例中描述。

具体实施方式
附图1示出了依据本发明形成的合成或“复合”软管11的端部。主要元件是内部主软管12,其可以设计成在由水隔开的两个单元之间输送燃料仓燃料、淤泥或其它可用泵抽吸的流体,这需要将所述软管置于水面上。
主软管12由护套软管13围绕,护套软管可具有在两软管之间建立管状空隙14的直径。空隙14将充有空气以便减少复合软管的重量,以便软管能漂浮在水面上。但是空隙也可以充有其它气体或部分或全部充有发泡材料。在可替换实施例中,为了维持主软管12和护套软管13之间的距离,例如管状波纹轮廓的间隔件可布置在空隙14内。
接头15布置在每一端部或任一连接处,以便连接如下描述那样制成的主软管12和护套软管13。
在附图中的实施例中,接头元件15包括用于护套软管13的外端接头16。外端接头16包括两个同轴端套管17、18,它们之间限定用于护套软管端部的环形狭缝19。外端接头16在其自由端具有环形延伸部20,该环形延伸部20在其端部具有管件21。
而且,接头15包括用于主软管12的内端接头22。内端接头22以类似于外端接头16的方式包括两个同轴套管23、24,它们之间限定用于主软管12端部的环形狭缝25。通过液压装置,两个软管12和13以本身公知的方式被紧固在各自的环形狭缝25和19内。
内端接头22在自由端向外延伸到带螺纹27的管状端部26。在管状端部26的连接位置区域被设置成,位于与环形延伸部20,环或锁扣28之间与管件21在同一水平面上轴向延伸。环形狭缝29在上述两部分之间形成。
本示例中的该环形狭缝由环30封闭,环30通过两排螺钉31和32以密封的方式被旋入管件21和环28。环30同时将端部接头15的两个部分相互锁定。环30具有用于管连接的带螺纹孔33。而且,管状端部26具有径向孔34,径向孔具有接头法兰35。在复合软管的使用期间,具有单向阀(未示出)的管或软管连接件在孔33和孔34之间进行连接。该连接的目的是在卷绕期间排空狭缝14有关空气和任何泄漏的液体。这样,避免污染,同时软管的处理将更加便利。
本发明主要适用于制造用于许多离岸工业的漂浮软管,考虑到安全性和可用性,与传统的用于相似目的软管相比具有更好的总体特性。特别重要的是,复合软管可用于安全环境,同时记录主软管中的泄漏并且收集上述泄漏。
Claims (5)
1.一种软管设备(11),其具有内部主软管(12)和外部护套软管(13),以及位于一个或多个端部的接头元件(15),所述内部主软管和所述外部护套软管限定一管状空气空隙(14),所述管状空气空隙主要用于给水中的软管提供浮力,所述接头元件对所述内部主软管和所述外部护套软管形成连接,并且所述接头元件在其自由端与接头装置(16)连接或与接头装置为一体,以连接软管结构(11)和外部连接件,其特征在于,所述接头元件(15)包括:
内部套管(22),所述内部主软管(12)的端部插入和连接于所述内部套管中,其中所述内部套管(22)在其自由端(26)配置用于连接到管系统的装置,特别是螺纹装置(27),
外部套管(16),外部护套软管(13)的端部锚固于外部套管上,
连接元件(30),用于可释放地连接内部套管(22)和外部套管(16),和
连接件,其位于两个软管部(12,14)之间,所述连接件具有单向阀,该单向阀允许从软管部(14)到内部主软管(12)的排放。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述连接元件(30)为管状并且布置成可释放地连接到两个套管(22,16)中的至少一个。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,两个套管中的至少一个(22)带有法兰形的连接环(28),用于连接所述连接元件(30)。
4.如权利要求1-3之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述连接环(30)具有一个或多个孔(33),用于连接管件到所述内部主软管(12)和所述外部护套软管(13)之间的空隙(14)。
5.如权利要求1-4之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连接元件(30)具有外部和内部斜面,以便装配到所述内部套管和所述外部套管之间的环状空间(29)内。
