Abstract

本发明涉及一种高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,包括以下工序:A、齿坯加工:采用锻钢、铸钢或铸铁制作齿坯,加工出方形齿槽、方形齿;B、喷焊:在齿坯的方形齿槽表面上喷焊硬质合金材料,填满方形齿槽;C、外圆加工:采用车削或磨削加工齿坯外圆尺寸;D、轮齿加工:在齿坯的方形齿位置加工出齿轮齿槽,形成硬质合金轮齿。本发明一种高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,先制作出带有方形齿槽和方形齿结构的普通材料齿坯,再在方形齿槽内喷涂硬质合金材料,最后将方形齿部位加工为齿轮齿槽,该方法既加工出了硬质合金轮齿,又避免了制齿时刀具对硬质合金材料部位的切削,从而大大降低了对刀具的要求,同时最大限度地降低了对硬质合金材料的使用,有效地减少了高温耐磨齿轮的制造成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种齿轮制造工艺,特别是涉及一种高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺。
背景技术
目前的普通材料齿轮在高温环境下耐磨性能较差,采用硬质合金材料来制造齿轮具有明显的性能优势,但是若采用粉末冶金方法来成型整体硬质合金齿轮,其成本很高,不利于推广应用,若在普通圆形齿坯表面喷焊硬质合金,再在其喷焊层上加工轮齿,又大大提高了对刀具的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有硬质合金轮齿且可采用普通刀具来进行轮齿加工的高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,包括以下工序:A、齿坯加工:采用锻钢、铸钢或铸铁制作齿坯,加工出方形齿槽、方形齿;B、喷焊:在齿坯的方形齿槽表面上喷焊硬质合金材料,填满方形齿槽;C、外圆加工:采用车削或磨削加工齿坯外圆尺寸;D、轮齿加工:在齿坯的方形齿位置加工出齿轮齿槽,形成硬质合金轮齿。
作为优选,所述喷焊工序前先采用喷砂机在齿坯的方形齿槽上作喷砂处理。
作为优选,所述喷焊工序采用等离子喷焊机完成。
作为优选,所述喷焊工序采用镍基或钴基或铁基合金粉末、丝材作为喷焊材料。
作为优选,所述齿坯方形齿齿顶宽度与齿轮齿槽宽度相同。
作为优选,所述齿轮齿槽为圆弧状。
本发明一种高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,先制作出带有方形齿槽和方形齿结构的普通材料齿坯,再在方形齿槽内喷涂硬质合金材料,最后将方形齿部位加工为齿轮齿槽,该方法既加工出了硬质合金轮齿,又避免了制齿时刀具对硬质合金材料部位的切削,从而大大降低了对刀具的要求,同时最大限度地降低了对硬质合金材料的使用,有效地减少了高温耐磨齿轮的制造成本。
本发明一种高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,成型方法简单实用,特别适用于制造同步带轮传动结构中的同步轮。

如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明一种高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,包括以下工序:A、齿坯加工:采用锻钢、铸钢或铸铁制作齿坯,加工出方形齿槽1、方形齿2;B、喷焊:在齿坯的方形齿槽1表面上喷焊硬质合金材料,填满方形齿槽;C、外圆加工:采用车削或磨削加工齿坯外圆尺寸;D、轮齿加工:在齿坯的方形齿2位置加工出齿轮齿槽3,形成硬质合金轮齿4。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明本发明一种高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,喷焊工序前先采用喷砂机在齿坯的方形齿槽1上作喷砂处理,,这样可进一步优化喷焊效。喷焊工序可采用等离子喷焊机完成,也可以采用其它现行通用设备来完成。喷焊工序采用镍基或钴基或铁基合金粉末、丝材作为喷焊材料,喷焊材料还可根据齿轮的使用性能要求做一定配方调整。齿坯方形齿2齿顶宽度与齿轮齿槽3宽度相同,以保证齿槽3的加工。齿轮齿槽3为圆弧状。

1.一种高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下工序:
A、齿坯加工:采用锻钢、铸钢或铸铁制作齿坯,加工出方形齿槽(1)、方形齿(2);
B、喷焊:在齿坯的方形齿槽(1)表面上喷焊硬质合金材料,填满方形齿槽;
C、外圆加工:采用车削或磨削加工齿坯外圆尺寸;
D、轮齿加工:在齿坯的方形齿(2)位置加工出齿轮齿槽(3),形成硬质合金轮齿(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,其特征在于:所述喷焊工序前先采用喷砂机在齿坯的方形齿槽(1)上作喷砂处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,其特征在于:所述喷焊工序采用等离子喷焊机完成。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,其特征在于:所述喷焊工序采用镍基或钴基或铁基合金粉末、丝材作为喷焊材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,其特征在于:所述齿坯方形齿(2)齿顶宽度与齿轮齿槽(3)宽度相同。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的高温耐磨齿轮制造工艺,其特征在于:所述齿轮齿槽(3)为圆弧状。
