本发明涉及一种煤气加热装置,特别合金烘烤器。
背景技术
炼钢过程中需要在钢包内加入合金,为了减少钢水温度降低,合金需要烘烤再加入钢包内。料仓内合金在厂内运输过程中、上料过程中、电振机下料过程中不可避免的要产生粉末,使用一般的烘烤器很容易堵塞烘烤器烧嘴,使用内置烘烤梁容易堵料,且内置烘烤容易爆炸,火焰调整很不方便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种百叶窗式合金烘烤器,它结构简单,不堵料不漏料,火焰调整方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:合金料仓的底部开口下方密封固定电振器,合金料仓靠近底部的锥形壁上固定百叶窗,百叶窗使合金料仓与外部相通,靠近百叶窗有煤气烧嘴,煤气烧嘴对准百叶窗。
为了防止合金从百叶窗外流,所述的百叶窗为漏斗形,只在上端有开口。
本发明结构简单,不堵料不漏料,火焰调整方便。可以将合金烘烤到250-300摄氏度。

合金料仓1的底部开口下方密封固定电振器4,合金料仓1靠近底部的锥形壁上固定百叶窗3,百叶窗3使合金料仓1与外部相通,靠近百叶窗3有煤气烧嘴2,煤气烧嘴2对准百叶窗3。
为了防止合金从百叶窗3外流,所述的百叶窗3为漏斗形,只在上端有开口。
所述的百叶窗3有两个,相对合金料仓1对称分布。
