本发明公开了一种锌硒咀嚼片，它由如下重量份数的原料制成：葡萄糖酸锌54～66份、亚硒酸钠0.0405～0.0495份、蔗糖898.1～1097.9份、淀粉117～143份、柠檬酸22.5～27.5份、硬脂酸镁10.8～13.2份、糊精9～11份、聚维酮K30 9～11份、牛奶香精2.7～3.3份、柠檬香精1.8～2.2份、柠檬黄0.072～0.088份。本发明产品口味好，易被儿童接受，与市售锌、硒补充剂进行服用对比，结果显示，7-18岁儿童及成年人一个补充周期内服用率、完全完成率较同类产品有大幅增加。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种保健品，具体说是一种补锌、硒的保健品。
背景技术 锌是人体日常需要的一种微量元素，营养性锌缺乏病又称锌缺乏症，是由于摄入不足，需要量增加，膳食锌生物利用率低所致。锌是人体六大酶类、200种金属酶的组成成份或辅酶，对全身代谢起广泛作用。锌主要含于肉类与谷物中。缺锌时，以食欲减退、生长迟缓、异食癖和皮炎为突出表现，多发生于＜6岁的小儿。
硒的作用比较宽泛，但其原理主要是两个：第一、组成体内抗氧化酶，能保护细胞膜免受氧化损伤，保持其通透性；第二、硒-P蛋白具有螯合重金属等毒物，降低毒物毒性作用。
儿童缺锌、硒影响其正常的生长发育，针对7～18岁的儿童及青少年补锌、硒，最主要的问题并不是常见的吸收率、价格等因素，而是儿童对服用锌硒产品的接受程度。经调查，针对补充锌、硒的周期(一般为3个月)，仅有38％儿童能够坚持服用完成，仅有30％的儿童在一个补充周期内完全按要求日剂量服用。其余均因各种原因未完成一个补充周期。针对于儿童的生理、心理特点，对锌、硒制品的品味与服用方式进行非传统改进，可以使儿童更易接受，大大提高服用率。我们在这一领域进行了大量的工艺配方研究，调整出锌硒咀嚼片的最优处方，以儿童最易接受的品味，最易接受的咀嚼服用方法，领先于市售其它同类产品。
发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种锌硒咀嚼片，它口味好，可提高儿童及部分挑剔成人对锌、硒产品的接受程度，使儿童轻松完成补充的过程，使部分挑剔成人更易于接受锌、硒补充制品。
本发明的咀嚼片由如下重量份数的原料制成：
葡萄糖酸锌54～66份、亚硒酸钠0.0405～0.0495份、蔗糖898.1～1097.9份、淀粉117～143份、柠檬酸22.5～27.5份、硬脂酸镁10.8～13.2份、糊精9～11份、聚维酮K30 9～11份、牛奶香精2.7～3.3份、柠檬香精1.8～2.2份、柠檬黄0.072～0.088份。
上述配方的优选方案为：
葡萄糖酸锌61份、亚硒酸钠0.046份、蔗糖1000份、淀粉129份、柠檬酸24.5份、硬脂酸镁12.2份、糊精9.9份、聚维酮K30 9.9份、牛奶香精3.05份、柠檬香精1.95份、柠檬黄0.08份。

本发明的优点：
1、本发明采用葡萄糖酸锌、是有机物锌，不与胃酸反应，几乎没有胃肠道刺激，特别是儿童，有部分儿童服用无机锌制品，胃肠不适，本发明产品适合任何敏感人群。
2、针对7-18岁儿童及青少年服用，完成一个补充周期的成功率大幅提高。
选300名7-18岁健康儿童及青少年，分别在小学、初中进行试验，分三组，每组100人，三组的平均年龄12.3岁、12.2岁、12.3岁，三组男女比都为1∶1，组间年龄、健康状况没有差异，具有可比性。分别要求服用本发明产品、复合锌硒片、锌硒宝片各3个月。结果见表2.

3、针对成人(18岁以上)，完成一个补充周期的成功率有较大提高。
选300名18岁以上健康成人，分别在企事业单位、高校进行试验，分三组，每组100名成人，三组的平均年龄30.2岁、31.3岁、31.5岁，三组男女比都为1∶1，组间年龄、健康状况没有差异，具有可比性。分别要求服用本发明产品、复合锌硒片、锌硒宝片各3个月。结果见表3.
分组方法与前面儿童试验相同，组间无差异。

经对比实验，本发明产品与市售锌、硒补充剂进行服用对比，结果显示，锌硒咀嚼片对7-18岁儿童及青少年一个补充周期内服用率、完全完成率较其它两种产品有大幅增加。针对成人受试者的300例实验，结果服用率与完全完成率有显著增加。
4、与市售其它同类产品相比具有以下方面优点：
(1)口味独特：
本产品口味为独特的“柠檬香味和奶香味”，是儿童极易接受兼顾成人喜欢的口味。
(2)服用方式：
区别与其它品牌的锌、硒补充品中的片剂，本发明产品配方设计为更易服用的咀嚼片，只需嚼服即可，极易服用。
(3)口感：
以本配方制成的咀嚼片，咀嚼程度适中，无需特别用力，即可在口中破碎，咀嚼过程清脆，破碎过程伴有轻微响声，有更佳的口感。
(4)气味：
本配方加入的香精有轻微挥发，开瓶即有清香，有促进食欲、改善心情的功效，特别针对7-18岁儿童及青少年添加的柠檬香精，更适合儿童口味。
(5)外观：
本配方制成的锌硒咀嚼片，片型为椭圆，片面颜色为淡黄色，均为舒缓色调，儿童极易接受并喜欢。
具体实施方式：
实施例1：
以如下配方投料制备锌硒咀嚼片：
葡萄糖酸锌55份、亚硒酸钠0.041份、蔗糖901份、淀粉120份、柠檬酸23份、硬脂酸镁11份、糊精9.5份、聚维酮K30 9.5份、牛奶香精2.9份、柠檬香精1.9份、柠檬黄0.075份。
经以上配方投料后，锌硒咀嚼片达到“本发明锌硒咀嚼片质量标准”中所规定的各项技术要求。
实施例2：
以如下配方投料制备锌硒咀嚼片：
葡萄糖酸锌61份、亚硒酸钠0.046份、蔗糖1000份、淀粉129份、柠檬酸24.5份、硬脂酸镁12.2份、糊精9.9份、聚维酮K30 9.9份、牛奶香精3.05份、柠檬香精1.95份、柠檬黄0.08份。
经以上配方投料后，锌硒咀嚼片达到“锌硒咀嚼片质量标准”中所规定的各项技术要求。
实施例3：
以如下配方投料制备锌硒咀嚼片：
葡萄糖酸锌65份、亚硒酸钠0.0490份、蔗糖1095份、淀粉140份、柠檬酸27份、硬脂酸镁13份、糊精10.7份、聚维酮K30 10.7份、牛奶香精3.25份、柠檬香精2.15份、柠檬黄0.085份。
经以上配方投料后，锌硒咀嚼片达到“锌硒咀嚼片质量标准”中所规定的各项技术要求。

具体工艺过程如下：
1、原辅料预处理
蔗糖用高效粉碎机粉碎，过筛。
色液配制：亚硒酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬黄按比例溶解，搅拌均匀。
2、制粒
按配方比例称取葡萄糖酸锌、蔗糖、淀粉、糊精，置于制粒机中，干混至物料混合均匀；在上述物料中按比例加入色液混均匀后，加入粘合剂，搅拌，切碎，制成软材；
将软材送到摇摆颗粒机下，开始制粒。制好的颗粒干燥后装入混合机中，按比例加入硬脂酸镁、柠檬香精、牛奶香精，进行总混，混合至颗粒与辅料混合均匀。
3、压片
确认压片机完好、清洁，将混匀后的颗粒加入料斗，调整片重为1.25克/片，各项指标符合要求后开始压片。
4、装瓶
将合格的片剂按规格用药用高密度聚乙烯瓶进行分装。
5、检验
由质量管理部门对质量进行检验，合格后进入外包装流程
6、包装、入库，贴标签、装箱、入库。

葡萄糖酸锌54～66份、亚硒酸钠0.0405～0.0495份、蔗糖898.1～1097.9份、淀粉117～143份、柠檬酸22.5～27.5份、硬脂酸镁10.8～13.2份、糊精9～11份、聚维酮K30 9～11份、牛奶香精2.7～3.3份、柠檬香精1.8～2.2份、柠檬黄0.072～0.088份。
