Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种具有绝缘气吹的断路器,更具体讲,涉及一种中压而流过高值电流(数千安培)的断路器。这种类型的断路器出现于电站的发电机出线和升压变压器的上游侧。
在这种类型的断路器中,流过持续电流的恒常动触头通常为一根相当大质量的铜管;在断路操作期间,它连同一个弧触头被高速驱动。进行这种操作需要很大的能量,因为所需的能量正比于运动部件的质量与被移动部件的速度平方之积。所有的厂家都在力求降低这种操作能量,因为尺寸一大将对操作断路器装置的设备造价不利。
本发明的目的在于提供一种这样的断路器,即动触头的质量和在断路操作期间它的移动速度都比先有技术中的触头者低,而同时还保持各弧触头的高速移动。
这个结果是这样获得的;即把可动的主触头与运动部件分开,并将可动的主触头做成一个短元件,该元件连接着在断路器操作期间将速度传递到其上的移动装置,它比所述运动部件的运动速度低。
本发明如此提供的一台绝缘气吹断路器包括一个主固定触头、一个主弧触头和运动部件;详细讲,运动部件包括一个可动的弧触头和喷气装置;该断路器的特征在于,它包括一个与前述运动部件分离的可动主触头,该主触头由一个短圆柱形元件构成,该元件与在断路过程中将速度传递到其上的装置相连系,其运动速度低于上述运动部件的速度。
在第一实施例中,所述的短圆柱形元件是一个管子。
在另一实施例中,所述的短圆柱形元件是由沿着一个圆筒(Cylinder)的一些发电机出线布置的圆棒构成。
较好地是,所述移动装置是一个弹簧,它具有第一端,对着一个固定支座支撑;以及第二端,对着固定到所述短圆柱形元件的一个支座支撑。

如图1沿轴X-X半部剖面的局部视图所示的断路器,包括有一个绝缘壳1,它限定一个容积2,其内装满诸如六氟化硫(SF6)这样的良好绝缘特性的气体,气压为几巴。
固定组件包括有由各触指3构成的一个固定主触头,和由管4构成的固定弧触头;该管4的一端4A系由一种耐弧作用的合金,如以钨为主体材料的合金构成。触头3和4被接到第一电流端子(未示出)。该固定组件还包括一触指环6,承载在一个固定环7上。各触指6载有一个环形支座8,布置在该触指环的内侧,该固定环电气地接到第二电流端子(未示出)。
固定环7载有一个管子9,它被加工成围绕着轴线X-X,并且其终端为一个设有一逆止阀11、一个密封环12和滑动电触头13的活塞10。
运动部件包括一个弧触头,它由围绕轴线X-X的管子15所构成,并且有由耐电弧作用的材料做的一端15a。
管子15被固定到一个共轴线的管子16上,并与其一起限定出一个喷气缸,该缸相对于固定活塞10运动。活塞10与气缸16之间由所设置的密封环12密封。在管15和活塞10之间流通的电流经过该滑动触头13,管子16载有一个由绝缘材料 做的喷嘴。
管15和16最好是整体形成同一机械部件。两根管子接口部分上设置的多个孔18,用作沟通容积20和置于管15和喷嘴17之间的容积21。
管子15被插入一个连接到一个驱动杆(未示出)的一个部件22,穿过管15的多个孔15B和穿过管9的多个孔9A,用于在断路器断开操作期间将热气排到容积2中。
动主触头是由与触指3和6配合操作的金属短圆筒30构成,该圆筒被固定到管31的端部,管31的终端为一个环32。(在变换的方案中,该管子可以由一组沿着一个圆筒的一些发电机出线布置的棒来代替)。
断路器在合闸位置(图1)时,处于压缩状态下的一只弹簧33被设置于环支座8和环32之间。
断路器的操作如下:
在合闸位置(图1),电流流经触指3、管30、触指6和7;
当断路器开断(图2)时,管22被以高速(V2)驱动到图中的右侧。
管30以低速(V1)离开触指3,这个速度是由弹簧33的储能所赋予的。
同时,主触头30走向离开触指3,并以速度V1移动一段距离L1,动触头则与其相对地以大于速度V1的速度V2行走一段距离L2,这段距离比L1大。
在主触头3和30分离后,电流即流经管子4、15、触头13、管9和环7。
断开操作的其余过程(吹弧)也和常规的吹弧断路器中发生的情况相同,在断开的过程中,阀11防止了在合闸操作期间发生在容积30中的任何空吸作用。
按照本发明用一个与运动部件分离的触头来代替常规的恒常的触头,主要可节省该运动部件的重量(与先有技术中同型断路器相比,重量可减少到约为其1/3)。同时,动主触头的速度下降,因此相当大地节省了操作该断路器所需的能量。
在上述实施例中,该弹簧被用作实现运动弧触头的装置的一个例子,另外一种可能性就是按本领域技术人员所熟知的方式利用一套连接到运动部件上的杠杆来实现。
显然,本发明还可应用于设有下述装置的断路器,该装置建立第二电弧,这个电弧帮助喷吹主电弧和/或提供断路操作的驱动。

Claims (3)

1、一种绝缘气吹断路器包括:
一个主固定触头(3),一个主弧触头(4)以及运动部件,该运动部件具体包括一个动弧触头(15)和喷气装置(16),该断路器的特征在于:它包括一个可动的主触头(30),这个主触头(30)是与所述运动部件分离的,而且它是利用一个与弹簧(33)连系的一个短圆柱形元件构成,该弹簧(33)具有一个对着一个固定支座(8)支撑的第一端,和对着固定到所述的短圆柱形元件上的一个支座(32)支撑的第二端。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种断路器,其特征在于,所述的短圆柱形元件是一只管子。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种断路器,其特征在于,所述的短圆柱形元件由沿着一个圆筒的一些发电机出线布置的多根棒所构成。
