Abstract
一种扩充卡模组,装设于电脑主机中,该扩充卡模组包括一扩充卡、一电性连接于该扩充卡的转接板及一收容该扩充卡及该转接板的收容盒,该扩充卡的一端设有一固定于该收容盒的挡片,该转接板的一端设有一连接器,该转接板的连接器通过一线缆电性连接于该电脑主机的主板,该收容盒固定于该电脑主机的存储器固定架中,通过转接板及线缆将扩充卡电性连接于电脑主机的主板,从而可充分利用电脑主机的内部空间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种扩充卡模组。
背景技术
对于现有的电脑而言,用户需要在电脑的主板上插接扩充卡以提升电脑的性能或者增加电脑的应用功能。因此需要在电脑的主板上设置扩充卡插槽。
现有的扩充卡安装方式是将扩充卡直接插接于主板,需要在机箱内预留扩充卡的进、出空间,以便用户能够插拔扩充卡。由于市场需求更轻、更小的电脑产品,无论是主板的大小还是电脑主机的体积均要尽可能缩小,从而无法在电脑主机有限的空间内预留出足够的空间以安装多个扩充卡。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种能提高电脑主机空间利用率的扩充卡模组。
一种扩充卡模组,装设于电脑主机中,该扩充卡模组包括一扩充卡、一电性连接于该扩充卡的转接板及一收容该扩充卡及该转接板的收容盒,该扩充卡的一端设有一固定于该收容盒的挡片,该转接板的一端设有一连接器,该转接板的连接器通过一线缆电性连接于该电脑主机的主板,该收容盒固定于该电脑主机的存储器固定架中。
相较现有技术,该扩充卡模组可固定于电脑主机的存储器固定架,且通过转接板及线缆将扩充卡电性连接于电脑主机的主板,从而可充分利用电脑主机的内部空间。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明扩充卡模组的较佳实施方式可装设于一电脑主机200。该电脑主机200包括一机箱201、固定于该机箱201中的一主板202及一固定电子元件(如存储器)的固定架203。该主板202设有一连接器2021,在本实施方式中,该连接器2021为Mini SAS(Mini Serial Attached SmallComputer System Interface,迷你型串型连接小型电脑系统接口)连接器。该机箱201的前端设有一与该固定架203相通的开口205。
该扩充卡模组包括一扩充卡10、一转接板20及一收容盒30。
在本实施方式中,该扩充卡10为PCI(Peripheral ComponentInterconnection)或者PCI-Express扩充卡。该扩充卡10的一端设有一“L”形的挡片11。该挡片11包括一主片体112及一自该主片体112的一端垂直延伸的弯折部114。该主片体112于远离该弯折部114的一端形成一插接部1121。该弯折部114设有一卡固槽1141。
该转接板20设有一供该扩充卡10插接的扩充卡插槽21及一设置于该转接板20一端的连接器22,在本实施方式中,该扩充卡插槽21为PCI或PCI-Express插槽,该连接器22为Mini SAS连接器。
该收容盒30包括一底板31、一对分别自该底板31相对的两侧缘向上垂直延伸的侧板32及一自该底板31的前端缘向上垂直延伸的端板33。该收容盒30的大小及外形与一存储器,如光驱、硬盘等相似,从而该收容盒30可自该机箱201的开口205插入并固定于该固定架203中。该收容盒30的每一侧板32设有若干螺纹孔322。该端板33的外侧面于该端板33的一端处设有一固定块331,该固定块331设有一螺纹孔3311。该端板33设置有一横向延伸的长矩形的通槽334及一邻近该固定块331并与该通槽334导通的导向槽335。该端板33的内侧面于邻近该通槽334远离该导向槽335的一端处设有一具弹性的卡固片338。该卡固片338的下端固定于该端板33。该卡固片338的上端可与该端板33分离且该卡固片338自身的弹性恢复力使其贴紧该端板33。
请参阅图3及图4,组装时,将该扩充卡10插接于该转接板20的扩充卡插槽21。将该扩充卡10及该转接板20一同收容于该收容盒30中。使该扩充卡10的挡片11的插接部1121自上而下卡入该卡固片338与该端板33之间,该挡片11的弯折部114自内向外穿过该端板33的导向槽335而贴靠于该端板33的固定块331。该挡片11的主片体112对正该通槽334,且该挡片11的弯折部114的卡固槽1141对正该固定块331的螺纹孔3311。利用一螺丝801穿过该弯折部114的卡固槽1141并锁入该固定块331的螺纹孔3311中,从而将该扩充卡10固定于该收容盒30。
请参阅图5,当需要使用该扩充卡10以扩充该电脑主机200的功能,且该电脑主机200的机箱201中恰好有空余的存储器安装位置时,将该收容盒30自该电脑主机200的开口205插入该固定架203,并利用若干螺丝(图未示)穿过该固定架203的侧壁(图未标号)而锁入该收容盒30对应的螺纹孔322,从而将该扩充卡模组固定于该存储器固定架203中。将一线缆(图未示)的两端分别连接该转接板20的连接器22及该主板202的连接器2021,从而使该扩充卡10电性连接于该主板202。
Claims (9)
1.一种扩充卡模组,装设于设有主板及固定电子元件的固定架的电脑主机中,该扩充卡模组包括:
一扩充卡,该扩充卡的一端设有一挡片:
一电性连接于该扩充卡的转接板,该转接板的一端设有一连接器,该转接板的连接器于电性连接于该电脑主机的主板;
一收容该扩充卡及该转接板的收容盒,该扩充卡的挡片固定于该收容盒,该收容盒固定于该电脑主机的固定架中。
2.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡模组,其特征在于:该收容盒包括一底板、及两分别自该底板相对的两侧缘向上垂直延伸的侧板,每一侧板设有若干螺纹孔,用于锁入螺丝而将该收容盒固定于该固定架。
3.如权利要求2所述的扩充卡模组,其特征在于:该收容盒还包括一自该底板的前端缘向上垂直延伸的端板,该端板于邻近其相对的两端处分别设有一固定块及卡固片,该扩充卡的挡片的相对的两端分别固定于该收容盒的端板的固定块及卡固片。
4.如权利要求3所述的扩充卡模组,其特征在于:该扩充卡的挡片呈“L”形,其包括一主片体及一自该主片体的一端垂直延伸的弯折部,该主片体的于远离该弯折部的一端设有一插接部,该弯折部利用一螺丝锁固于该端板的固定块,该插接部卡固于该卡固片与该收容盒的端板之间。
5.如权利要求4所述的扩充卡模组,其特征在于:该固定块设置于该收容盒的端板的外侧面,该卡固片设置于该收容盒的端板的内侧面,该端板于邻近该固定块处设有一导向槽,该扩充卡的挡片的弯折部穿设于该端板的导向槽。
6.如权利要求4所述的扩充卡模组,其特征在于:该卡固片具有弹性,该卡固片的下端固定于该端板,该卡固片的上端可与该端板分离且该卡固片自身的弹性恢复力使其贴紧该端板。
7.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡模组,其特征在于:该转接板设有扩充卡插槽,该扩充卡插接于该转接板的扩充卡插槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的扩充卡模组,其特征在于:该转接板的扩充卡插槽为PCI或PCI-Express插槽,该扩充卡为PCI或PCI-Express扩充卡。
9.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡模组,其特征在于:该转接板的连接器为Mimi SAS连接器。
