技术领域
本发明涉及用于分配液体肥皂或类似物的分配器。
背景技术
分配器具有基底单元,含有待分配的材料的再装填单元以倒置构造装配到基底单元中,即再装填单元的出口在最下端。本发明具体设计成用于适于在家庭环境下使用的自立式肥皂分配器。然而,它也可以应用于壁挂式单元并且可以用于诸如公共厕所的较大型的设备。该单元可以具有用于分配液体的手动操作的泵,然而优选地设有感应使用者的手的存在的近程传感器并且具有自动分配液体的泵。

发明内容

具体实施方式
分配器是通常适用于家庭使用的不用手的分配器。分配器主要用于分配液体肥皂,但也可以用于分配其它液体或半液体产品(理想的是具有大于水的粘度),如护手霜、润肤露、保湿露、面霜,洗发水、沐浴露、泡沫洗手液、剃须膏、洗涤液、牙膏、治疗粉刺霜、表面清洁剂或诸如醇凝胶的消毒剂。
分配器包括两个主要部件,即再装填装置1和基底单元2。再装填装置1提供待分配的液体的储存容器并且装配到如下所述的基底单元2上。
基底具有接口3,液体从再装填单元分配至该接口3内。接口3与分配管4流体连通。泵5可选择性地操作,以沿着分配管4将定量的液体泵送至分配头6外。

现在返回到图2至图4,现在将对液体出口和相关的阀进行描述。
环绕中央开口31的环形壁30为储存容器提供了液体出口。在环形壁30顶部的是倾斜表面32(参见图4),倾斜表面32为出口阀元件33提供了阀座。这显示为U形杯状件的形式,但也可以等效地为实心件或中空球状件。出口阀元件33被多个偏压件34偏压在其关闭位置。这些偏压件的上端朝向阀元件33的顶部附接,它们的下端附接在环形壁30径向向外的并在环形壁30顶部下方的位置处。它们优选地与阀元件33一体成形。

阀具有如上所述为盖子21的整体组成部分的锥形部分50。在锥形部分50的顶部的是圆柱形支柱61。弹性唇部53有效地为弹性材料的阀板52的沿着锥形部分50延伸的中空截锥形延伸部分,中空锥台形延伸部稍稍偏离锥形部分50并且与支柱61紧配合。至少一个进气口62(还显示在图11中)穿过锥形部分50的壁并且通常被弹性唇部53覆盖,如图11所示。当瓶子20内的压力随着液体倒出而下降时,弹性唇部53两侧的压差将最终变得足以使唇部53位移至足够的程度以允许空气A进入瓶子20,如图8箭头所示。应注意的是,在图8中夸大了弹性唇部53从锥形元件50提起的程度,并且,实际上这几乎是察觉不到的。
取代密封支柱的是,弹性唇部53可以密封锥形部分50。在这种情况下,唇部将不会如图所示的那样偏离锥形部分。相反,它实际上具有比锥形部分50的角小的倾斜角,从而自然地偏向至锥形部分上。
下面将参照图15至图18对第三再装填单元的实例进行描述。这在多数方面与第一实施例相同,此处仅描述显著区别。
正如在图15中可以看出,出口阀元件33′不同地成形。在这种情况下,具有直径减小部分60,当阀靠近时该直径减小部分60安装在环形壁30内以帮助密封环形壁。
该对减压阀40已经被单个常规的伞形阀61取代。
带有其易碎件29的保持件26已经被多个间断的肩部62取代,如图18所示,肩部62与瓶子20的颈部上的互补肩部63接合。凸缘64防止瓶子的颈部向内偏斜。一旦处于图18的位置,肩部之间的接合就牢固到足以防止盖子因为所有实际目的而从瓶子上被去除。这通过盖子上的如图16和图17所示的键槽配置64更为便利,键槽配置64与瓶子上的互补突出件(未示出)接合,以防止盖子21和瓶子20之间相对转动。

Claims (12)

1.一种分配器,其包括带有用于分配液体的致动机构的基底单元和能够以倒置构造插入所述基底单元中的再装填单元,所述再装填单元的出口最低以便向所述基底单元供应液体,所述再装填单元包括伸入所述再装填单元中并且限定所述再装填单元的出口的环形壁,所述环形壁在其最内端能够被偏压到所述环形壁上的阀元件封闭,所述基底单元包括中空插口和围绕所述插口的顶部并与所述插口的顶部间隔开的环形密封件,由此,所述再装填单元插入所述基底单元中使所述插口进入所述环形壁并将所述阀元件从所述环形壁提起,从而限定了自所述再装填单元经由在所述插口的顶部和/或所述阀元件的底部形成的至少一个切去部分并且沿着所述中空插口而下的流路,并且所述环形密封件用于所述插口和所述环形壁之间的密封,其中所述阀元件被至少一个弹性件偏压到所述环形壁上,所述阀元件与所述弹性件一体地制造,并且所述弹性件延伸进入固定到所述再装填单元的盖子上的围绕阀板中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其中所述至少一个弹性件的一端与所述阀元件连接,另一端连接在所述环形壁的最内端的下方沿径向向外的位置处,所述弹性件被构造成使得当所述阀元件被从所述环形壁提起时,在所述阀元件和所述环形壁之间出现流路。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的分配器,其中具有多个弹性元件,在所述弹性元件之间具有间隙以提供所述流路。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其中所述阀板夹在所述盖子和固定板之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的分配器,其中在所述盖子、所述阀板或所述固定板中的一个中设置有一个或多个固定支柱,以使各个元件相对于彼此定位。
6.如权利要求1所述的分配器,其中所述再装填单元填充有粘度比水大的液体。
7.一种用于分配器的再装填单元,所述再装填单元包括开口,所述开口位于在使用时为最低端的一端处,所述开口包括环形壁,所述环形壁伸入所述再装填单元中并且其最内端能够被偏压到环形壁上的阀元件封闭,其中所述阀元件被至少一个弹性件偏压,所述至少一个弹性件的一端与所述阀元件连接,另一端连接至所述环形壁的最内端的下方沿径向向外的位置,所述弹性件被构造成使得当所述阀元件被从所述环形壁提起时,在所述阀元件和所述环形壁之间出现流路,其中具有多个弹性元件,在所述弹性元件之间具有间隙以提供所述流路,所述阀元件与所述弹性件一体地制造,并且所述弹性件延伸进入固定到所述再装填单元的盖子上的围绕阀板中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的再装填单元,其中所述阀板夹在所述盖子和固定板之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的再装填单元,其中在所述盖子、所述阀板或所述固定板中的一个中设置有一个或多个固定支柱,以使各个元件相对于彼此定位。
10.根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的再装填单元,其中所述开口是液体出口并且所述阀元件是液体出口阀元件。
11.根据权利要求7所述的再装填单元,其中所述开口是进气口并且所述阀元件是空气减压阀元件。
12.根据权利要求7所述的再装填单元,其填充有粘度比水大的液体。
