Abstract

一种啮合滚动轴承,轴承中的滚动体是一个柱体上满布纵向平行齿的齿柱滚动体,轴承的内圈与外圈组成的滚道满布与齿柱体相啮合的齿槽。齿柱滚动体均布在齿槽滚道中,当轴承工作时,齿柱滚动体与齿槽滚道啮合运行,可以很好的确保齿柱滚动体的定位,使到齿柱滚动体之间在工作时不会相互碰撞磨擦,消除滚动体与保持架之间必然存在的碰撞磨擦。本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是取消保持架,减少滚动体与其的碰撞磨擦,有效降低轴承高温和失油时间,从而延长轴承的使用寿命。

啮合滚动轴承
技术领域
本发明是一种轴承,特别是一种通过利用齿轮啮合的方式来自动定位的滚动轴承。
背景技术
滚动轴承有带和不带保持架的两种结构。大型轴承一般要求承受较大的负荷,常不带保持架,而在内外滚道间装满滚动体,这让滚动体之间极易产生相互之间的接触磨擦,大大增加了轴承摩擦高温的导致工作寿命缩短。大多数中小型滚动轴承都带有保持架,保持架的主要作用一是保持架将滚动体等距离隔开,均布在滚道得圆周上以防止工作时滚动体间直接互相碰撞和摩擦,以便将摩擦和发热保持在最低水平;二是引导并带动滚动体在正确的滚道上滚动,提供均匀的负荷分布和安静、等速的运行;三是在无负荷区引导滚动体,改善轴承内的滚动条件,防止具有破坏性的滑动;四是在分离型轴承中,将滚动体和一个套圈组合在一起,以防止滚动体脱落。因此保持架在滚动轴承中很重要,但是保持架会因摩擦、应变和惯性力而受到机械应力,它们还可能受到某些润滑剂、润滑剂添加剂或其老化的产物、有机溶剂或冷却剂的化学作用而受损导致轴承结束其使用寿命。
滚动轴承在实际工作中,由于高速动转,所有的滚动件之间及滚动体与保持架、外圈都产生有滑动磨擦,从而引起高温失油,导致轴承束死损坏。
发明内容
针对上述的现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于节省保持架,让滚动件在滚道中自定位,减少的运动磨擦,从而让轴承主体保持在最低的磨擦和发热水平下,实现延长轴承的工作寿命目标。
本发明中轴承主体包括有内圈、外圈、拔叉座、滑套、齿柱、密封圈、罩壳。本发明的技术方案是轴承中的滚动体是一个柱体上满布纵向平行齿的齿柱滚动体,轴承的内圈与外圈组成的滚道两侧满布与齿柱体相啮合的齿槽。齿柱滚动体均布在齿槽滚道中,当轴承工作时,因为齿柱滚动体与齿槽滚道是啮合运行,即使没有保持架,也可以很好的确保齿柱滚动体的定位,使到齿柱滚动体之间在工作时不会相互碰撞磨擦,更消除了滚动体与保持架之间必然存在的碰撞磨擦。
齿柱滚动体在齿槽滚道中啮合运行方式,也可以保证轴承高加速运转时滚动体除了纯滚动之外还会产生的径外运行的引导。
齿柱滚动体与齿槽滚道的表面都是满布齿槽,更有利于吸附保留更多的润滑油,有利于轴承的润滑。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是取消保持架,减少滚动体与其的碰撞磨擦,有效降低轴承高温和失油时间,从而延长轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,轴承主体包括有外圈01、内圈02、拔叉座03、齿柱滚动体04、滑套05、齿槽滚道06、密封圈07/1、密封圈07/2、罩壳08结合组成,其中齿柱滚动体是一个柱体上满布纵向平行齿的滚动体,轴承的内圈02与外圈01上的滚道满布与齿柱滚动体相啮合的齿槽,两者组合形成的滚道或两者本身带有的滚道,在本发明中统称为齿槽滚道06。齿柱滚动体04均布在外圈01和内圈02组成的齿槽滚道06中,当轴承工作时,因为齿柱滚动体04与齿槽滚道06是啮合运行,即使没有保持架,也可以很好的确保齿柱滚动体04的准确定位,使到齿柱滚动体04之间在工作时不会相互碰撞磨擦,更消除了滚动体与保持架之间必然存在的碰撞磨擦,从而实现降低轴承内部的磨擦不让轴承温度超高延长使用寿命的目标。
实施过程中,齿柱滚动体04,可以如4-a一样,整体是外形是球形;也可以如4-b一样,整体外形是一个柱状。
齿柱滚动体04是实心的,也可以是空心,以减轻轴承的重量。
齿槽滚道06,即可以同时设置在内外圈上,也可以只设置在内圈02或外圈01上。

Claims (4)

1.啮合滚动轴承,主要由内圈、外圈、拔叉座、滑套、齿柱、密封圈、罩壳组成,其特征在于轴承中的滚动体是一个柱体上满布纵向平行齿的齿柱滚动体,轴承的内圈与外圈组成的滚道满布与齿柱滚动体相啮合的齿槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的啮合滚动轴承,其特征在于齿柱滚动体整体外观上是圆柱形或圆球形。
3.如权利要求1所述的啮合滚动轴承,其特征在于齿柱滚动体是实心或是空心的。
4.如权利要求1所述的啮合滚动轴承,其特征在于滚道上的齿槽可以同时设置在内外圈上,也可以只设置在内圈或外圈上。
