本发明是一种硫化模具,特别涉及一种节约能源的带内层装置的硫化模具。包括硫化模腔,所述的硫化模腔中的两端设有蒸汽入口,所述的硫化模腔中设有内层装置,内层装置设在蒸汽入口的一侧。结构简单,节约能源,减轻企业负担。

技术领域
本发明是一种硫化模具,特别涉及一种节约能源的带内层装置的硫化模具。
背景技术
现有技术中的硫化模具在使用时,要大量的使用蒸汽,在使用时,往往蒸汽会充溢整个硫化模腔,硫化模腔体积非常的大,硫化模腔的使用频繁,但往往使用面只在硫化模腔的最外圈,这样就极大的浪费了能源,长久使用,能企业增加负担,同时严重的消耗能源。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种带有内层装置的硫化模腔。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种带内层装置的硫化模具,包括硫化模腔,所述的硫化模腔中的两端设有蒸汽入口,所述的硫化模腔中设有内层装置,内层装置设在蒸汽入口的一侧。内层装置把硫化模腔分了腔体,使蒸汽得到很好的利用,大大的减少了能源的损耗,同时减轻了企业的负担。
作为优选,所述的内层装置包括圈层,所述的圈层与硫化模腔内壁相固定。圈层把硫化模腔隔开了,使蒸汽得到充分的利用。
作为优选,所述的内层装置包括支撑圈层,支撑圈层插接在梳化模腔中。支撑圈层的牢固度大大的增强,支撑圈层两端的紧固筘起到很好的支撑作用。
作为优选,所述的支撑圈层的两个端部上设有紧固筘,紧固筘与支撑圈层通过螺钉相紧固。
作为优选,所述的内层装置为金属件。
作为优选,所述的内层装置中的圈层和支撑圈层与硫化模腔通过焊接层相固定。
因此,本发明提供的带内层装置的硫化模具,结构简单,节约能源,减轻企业负担。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:如图1、图2和图3所示,一种带内层装置的硫化模具,包括硫化模腔1,所述的硫化模腔1中的两端设有蒸汽入口5,所述的硫化模腔1中设有内层装置,内层装置设在蒸汽入口5的一侧,所述的内层装置包括圈层2,所述的圈层2与硫化模腔1内壁相固定;所述的内层装置包括支撑圈层2-1,支撑圈层2-1插接在梳化模腔1中;所述的支撑圈层2-1的两个端部上设有紧固筘3,紧固筘3与支撑圈层2-1通过螺钉4相紧固,所述的内层装置为金属件,所述的内层装置中的圈层2和支撑圈层2-1与硫化模腔1通过焊接层相固定。

1.一种带内层装置的硫化模具,包括硫化模腔(1),其特征在于:所述的硫化模腔(1)中的两端设有蒸汽入口(5),所述的硫化模腔(1)中设有内层装置,内层装置设在蒸汽入口(5)的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带内层装置的硫化模具,其特征在于:所述的内层装置包括圈层(2),所述的圈层(2)与硫化模腔(1)内壁相固定。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的带内层装置的硫化模具,其特征在于:所述的内层装置包括支撑圈层(2-1),支撑圈层(2-1)插接在梳化模腔(1)中。
4.根据权利要求3 所述的带内层装置的硫化模具,其特征在于:所述的支撑圈层(2-1)的两个端部上设有紧固筘(3),紧固筘(3)与支撑圈层(2-1)通过螺钉(4)相紧固。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3 所述的带内层装置的硫化模具,其特征在于:所述的内层装置为金属件。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3 所述的带内层装置的硫化模具,其特征在于:所述的内层装置中的圈层(2)和支撑圈层(2-1)与硫化模腔(1)通过焊接层相固定。
