Claims (8)

1.一种人体用锻炼设备,所述锻炼设备具有分别用于双腿和/或双臂的、能连续转动的操纵元件(17a、17b;18a、18b)和指示装置(1a),所述指示装置设计成,显示出在所述操纵元件(17a,17b;18a;18b)处进行的锻炼的对称度,
其特征在于,
在所述指示装置(1a)上设有至少三个区域(2至6),其中,将一中央区域(2)分派给一从完美的对称锻炼至一给定的、对称锻炼的下水平值的值域,在所述中央区域(2)的左边和右边各设有至少一个另外的区域(3、4;5、6),将所述另外的区域分派给一具有比对称锻炼的所述下水平值更低的水平值的值域;其中,根据所达到的对称锻炼的程度,将一附加元素(7)定位在所述区域(2至6)之一上;其中,如果所述操纵元件的左侧(17a、18a)被以过弱的方式操纵,则所述附加元素(7)被定位在所述至少一个另外的区域(3、4;5、6)中布置在所述中央区域(2)左边的区域上,而如果所述操纵元件(17b、18b)的右侧被以过弱的方式操纵,则所述附加元素(7)被定位在所述至少一个另外的区域(3、4)中在右边或左边位于所述中央区域(2)旁边的区域上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锻炼设备,其特征在于,对于在左边和右边与所述中央区域(2)相邻的区域(3、4),在左边和右边相邻地各设有其它的区域(5、6),根据对左侧操纵元件和右侧操纵元件(17a、17b;18a、18b)的操纵的差别而将所述附加元素(7)布置在所述其它的区域(5、6)上。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的锻炼设备,其特征在于,所述区域(3、4、5、6)与所述中央区域(2)相距越远,则所述区域(3、4;5、6)的高度越小。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的锻炼设备,其特征在于,所述附加元素(7)能依照对称度在所指示出的各区域(2、3、4、5、6)之间水平地移动。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的锻炼设备,其特征在于,在所述附加元素(7)变换区域时发出信号。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的锻炼设备,其特征在于,所述指示装置(1a)适于同时指示出附加的锻炼参数,尤其是指示出力参数(10a、10b)、转速参数(9a、9b)、优胜者分数(13),以用于比较。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的锻炼设备,其特征在于,设有一控制装置(1),所述控制装置适于发出光学、声学或触觉信息。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的锻炼设备,其特征在于,所述控制装置(1)适用于产生脉搏控制的锻炼,其中,一能被设定的脉搏区域(16)向下或向上地在相应操纵元件(17a、17b;18a、18b)上对制动的负载级进行调节。
