Abstract

一种台车式退火炉在线测量钢温的方法,属于金属材料热处理领域,它利用台车式退火炉后壁的两个看火孔,是将两个独立接线的铠装热电偶分别从两个看火孔插入,铠装热电偶外接无纸记录仪,台车退火炉装钢完毕后将台车拉入,同时将铠装热电偶固定于钢材中部的上表面,然后将炉门关闭,进行正常退火。通过在线检测,可以测定退火钢料表面的温度,动态监控炉内钢温的变化,从而满足对退火钢温有特殊保硬度要求的钢材退火要求。

技术领域
本发明属于金属材料热处理领域,具体涉及一种台车式退火炉在线测量钢温的方法。
背景技术
高合金钢轧制、锻造结束后都要进行退火处理,尤其是对硬度有明确要求的轧锻材,退火保温阶段钢种和炉温之间的差异会对其有直接影响,目前台车式退火炉主要采用自动化控温装置对炉温进行监测,其未设计测量钢温的装置,无法满足保硬度钢材的退火需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种台车式退火炉在线测量钢温的方法,其目的是利用现有的台车式退火炉满足生产保硬度钢材的退火需求。
本发明利用台车式退火炉后壁的两个看火孔,是将两个独立接线的铠装热电偶分别从两个看火孔插入,铠装热电偶外接无纸记录仪,台车退火炉装钢完毕后将台车拉入,同时将铠装热电偶固定于钢材中部的上表面,然后将炉门关闭,进行正常退火。
本发明利用现有台车退火炉的两个看火孔,无需对台车炉进行大的改造。
通过在线检测,可以测定退火钢料表面的温度,动态监控炉内钢温的变化,从而满足对退火钢温有特殊保硬度要求的钢材退火要求。
具体实施方式:
实施例:本发明在山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司型材厂径锻作业区1、2#台式退火炉进行了试验。
利用炉后的两个看火孔,将两支独立接线的铠装热电偶分别从两个看火孔插入,每支铠装热电偶外接无纸记录仪,每支铠装热电偶采用4米以上的长线连接;台车退火炉装钢完毕后将台车拉入,将铠装热电偶固定于钢材中部的上表面。然后将炉门关闭,进行正常退火。

1. 一种台车式退火炉在线测量钢温的方法,利用台车式退火炉后壁的两个看火孔,其特征是将两个独立接线的铠装热电偶分别从两个看火孔插入,铠装热电偶外接无纸记录仪,台车退火炉装钢完毕后将台车拉入,同时将铠装热电偶固定于钢材中部的上表面,然后将炉门关闭,进行正常退火。
