本发明公开了一种基于硅酸盐水泥的抗流挂保温砂浆,其组份按重量比为硅酸盐水泥80~200,粉煤灰20~50,玻化微珠60~100,重质碳酸钙10~20,可再分散性乳胶粉3~10,纤维素醚0.1~0.5,聚乙烯醇0.1~0.5,柠檬酸0.05~0.3,聚丙烯纤维0.05~0.5,淀粉醚0.05~0.3,蒙脱石粉0.05~0.3,水120~200。本发明通过对保温砂浆组份的改进,使其具有了非常好的抗流挂、抗滑淌性能,且施工性能好,极大地提高了施工效率,为现代建筑节能材料领域带来了显著的进步。

一种基于硅酸盐水泥的抗流挂保温砂浆
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑节能材料,具体地说是保温砂浆。
背景技术
保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经生产企业搅拌混合而制成的一种预拌干粉砂浆。主要用于建筑外墙保温,具有施工方便、耐久性好等优点。现在的保温砂浆由于组份的缺陷,在机械施工中常出现流挂、滑淌等问题,为施工带来极大的不便,造成其施工性能差、效率低等问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术所存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种能有效防止流挂、滑淌等问题,且施工性能好,能提高施工效率的抗流挂抗滑淌保温砂浆。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为一种基于硅酸盐水泥的抗流挂保温砂浆,其组份按重量比为硅酸盐水泥80~200,粉煤灰20~50,玻化微珠60~100,重质碳酸钙10~20,可再分散性乳胶粉3~10,纤维素醚0.1~0.5,聚乙烯醇0.1~0.5,柠檬酸0.05~0.3,聚丙烯纤维0.05~0.5,淀粉醚0.05~0.3,蒙脱石粉0.05~0.3,水120~200。
当本发明按照以下组份重量比配置时能达到更好的抗流挂抗滑淌效果:硅酸盐水泥90~150,粉煤灰20~40,玻化微珠70~90,重质碳酸钙12~18,可再分散性乳胶粉4~8,纤维素醚0.2~0.4,聚乙烯醇0.1~0.3,柠檬酸0.1~0.2,聚丙烯纤维0.05~0.3,淀粉醚0.05~0.2,蒙脱石粉0.05~0.2,水150~180。
当本发明按照以下组份重量比配置时能达到最佳的抗流挂抗滑淌效果:硅酸盐水泥100,粉煤灰30,玻化微珠80,重质碳酸钙15,可再分散性乳胶粉6,纤维素醚0.3,聚乙烯醇0.2,柠檬酸0.15,聚丙烯纤维0.1,淀粉醚0.1,蒙脱石粉0.1,水170。
当上述组分中粉煤灰为一级粉煤灰时,本发明抗流挂抗滑淌效果更好。
有益效果:本发明通过对保温砂浆组份的改进,使其具有了非常好的抗流挂、抗滑淌性能,且施工性能好,极大地提高了施工效率,为现代建筑节能材料领域带来了显著的进步。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案 为前提下进行实施,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施方式一:一种基于硅酸盐水泥的抗流挂保温砂浆,其组份按重量比为硅酸盐水泥80,粉煤灰20,玻化微珠60,重质碳酸钙10,可再分散性乳胶粉3,纤维素醚0.1,聚乙烯醇0.1,柠檬酸0.05,聚丙烯纤维0.05,淀粉醚0.05,蒙脱石粉0.05,水120。
实施方式二:一种抗流挂保抗滑淌温砂浆,其组份按重量比为硅酸盐水泥200,一级粉煤灰50,玻化微珠100,重质碳酸钙20,可再分散性乳胶粉10,纤维素醚0.5,聚乙烯醇0.5,柠檬酸0.3,聚丙烯纤维0.5,淀粉醚0.3,蒙脱石粉0.3,水200。
当本发明按照上述一二两种实施例所述的组份配比时,可以达到较好的抗流挂和抗滑淌效果。
实施方式三:一种基于硅酸盐水泥的抗流挂保温砂浆,其组份按重量比为硅酸盐水泥90,粉煤灰20,玻化微珠70,重质碳酸钙12,可再分散性乳胶粉4,纤维素醚0.2,聚乙烯醇0.1,柠檬酸0.1,聚丙烯纤维0.05,淀粉醚0.05,蒙脱石粉0.05,水150。
实施方式四:一种基于硅酸盐水泥的抗流挂保温砂浆,其组份按重量比为硅酸盐水泥150,一级粉煤灰40,玻化微珠90,重质碳酸钙18,可再分散性乳胶粉8,纤维素醚0.4,聚乙烯醇0.3,柠檬酸0.2,聚丙烯纤维0.3,淀粉醚0.2,蒙脱石粉0.2,水180。
当本发明按照上述三四两种实施例所述的组份配比时,可以达到更好的抗流挂和抗滑淌效果。
实施方式五:一种基于硅酸盐水泥的抗流挂保温砂浆,其组份按重量比为硅酸盐水泥100,一级粉煤灰30,玻化微珠80,重质碳酸钙15,可再分散性乳胶粉6,纤维素醚0.3,聚乙烯醇0.2,柠檬酸0.15,聚丙烯纤维0.1,淀粉醚0.1,蒙脱石粉0.1,水170。本发明按照本实施例所述的组份配比时,能达到最佳的抗流挂和抗滑淌效果。

1.一种基于硅酸盐水泥的抗流挂保温砂浆,其特征在于:其组份按重量比为硅酸盐水泥80~200,粉煤灰20~50,玻化微珠60~100,重质碳酸钙10~20,可再分散性乳胶粉3~10,纤维素醚0.1~0.5,聚乙烯醇0.1~0.5,柠檬酸0.05~0.3,聚丙烯纤维0.05~0.5,淀粉醚0.05~0.3,蒙脱石粉0.05~0.3,水120~200。
