Abstract

一种打印机取纸机构,包括一转轴,一套设于该转轴上的送纸装置,该送纸装置相对该转轴转动,该送纸装置包括一抵压端及一远离该抵压端的转臂,该打印机取纸机构还包括一套设于该转轴上受转轴驱动的驱动装置,该驱动装置包括一驱动件,该驱动件包括一驱动臂,该驱动臂转动时抵压该转臂而抬起该抵压端。该打印机取纸机构中该驱动装置结构简单,可受转轴驱动抬起送纸装置而实现取纸操作。

打印机取纸机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一打印机取纸机构,特别是指一置于打印机送纸盘处的打印机取纸机构。
背景技术
在打印机使用完成后,打印机的送纸盘内有时会留有剩余纸张,通常使用者会将纸张取出保存。但在打印完成后,打印机内的取纸臂会自然下垂贴住下一张纸,使纸难以抽出。此时若冒然将纸抽出,会发生取纸轮与纸张咬死的问题,影响打印机的正常使用。
以往的设计上会在送纸盘上增加纸盘盖,当放或抽纸时,必需打开盖子,打开的动作可连动将取纸轮上抬,此时纸张与取纸轮已无接触释放而达到目的。另一种方式是在取纸臂的齿轮组上加入弹簧,而使取纸臂与轴可同动的状态,但是此种方式会增加取纸臂施与纸张的正向力,而造成多张取纸等问题产生。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一方便操作的打印机取纸机构。
一种打印机取纸机构,包括一转轴,一套设于该转轴上的送纸装置,该送纸装置相对该转轴转动,该送纸装置包括一抵压端及一远离该抵压端的转臂,该打印机取纸机构还包括一套设于该转轴上受该转轴驱动的驱动装置,该驱动装置包括一驱动件,该驱动件包括一驱动臂,该驱动臂转动时抵压该转臂而抬起该抵压端。
优选地,该驱动装置还包括一固持地套设于该转轴上的套环,该驱动件套设于该套环。
优选地,该套环包括一环形固定部及一靠近该固定部的环形扩展部,该扩展部相对该固定部具有较大直径,该驱动件套设于固定部。
优选地,该驱动件还包括一环形本体,该驱动臂设置于该本体上。
优选地,该本体面向该扩展部设有若干弹性触臂,该本体面向该固定部凸设有若干支脚,该套环的固定部于远离该扩展部一端设有一凸缘,该弹性触臂抵触于该扩展部一侧,该支脚抵触于固定部,并且该支脚一侧抵靠于该凸缘。
优选地,每一支脚包括一便于该支脚卡入该固定部的楔形末端。
优选地,该转轴包括一驱动轴及一送纸轴,该驱动轴相对该送纸轴转动,该驱动装置套设于该驱动轴上,该送纸装置套设于该送纸轴上。
优选地,驱动轴具有十字形截面。
优选地,该驱动臂呈L形。
优选地,该送纸装置的抵压端安装有一用于压纸的转轮。
相对现有技术,本发明实施方式该打印机取纸机构中该驱动装置结构简单,可受转轴驱动抬起送纸装置而实现取纸操作。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明实施方式中涉及一种打印机取纸机构,该取纸机构包括一机壳10、一安装于该机壳10内的转轴30、一套设于该转轴30上的送纸装置50及一套设于该转轴30上受该转轴30驱动的驱动装置70。
该转轴30包括一驱动轴32及一送纸轴34。该驱动轴32可相对该送纸轴34转动。该驱动装置70套设于该驱动轴32上,该送纸装置50套设于该送纸轴34上。在本实施方式中,该驱动轴32横截面呈十字形,该送纸轴34的横截面为D形。
该送纸装置50包括一壳体52、一转轮54及一齿轮组56。该壳体52包括一抵压端522及一枢转端524,该壳体52于该枢转端524设有圆形通孔并可套设于该送纸轴34使该壳体52相对该转轴30转动。该壳体52靠近该枢转端524一端设有一转臂5242。该转臂5242末端平行于该转轴30轴向弯折而使该转臂5242呈L形。该抵压端522远离该枢转端524。该转轮54设于该抵压端522用于卷纸操作。该齿轮组56设置于该壳体52内,该齿轮组56一端可以与该转轴30连动另一端可与该转轮54连动。
请参阅图2,该驱动装置70包括一套环72及一驱动件74。该套环72直接固持地套设于该转轴30上。该套环72包括一环形固定部722及一靠近该固定部722的环形扩展部724。该扩展部724相对该固定部722具有较大直径。该固定部722于远离该扩展部724一端设有一凸缘7222。该驱动件74包括一环形本体742及一L形驱动臂744。该本体742面向该套环72的扩展部724设有若干弹性触臂7422。该本体742面向该套环72的固定部722凸伸有若干支脚7424。每一支脚7424包括一便于该支脚7424卡入该固定部722的楔形末端。
请参阅图3与图4,组装时,将该送纸装置50套设于该送纸轴34使该送纸装置50的壳体52可相对该送纸轴34转动。将该驱动装置70的套环72固定地套设于该驱动轴32,将该驱动件74套设于该套环72的固定部722。此时,该若干弹性触臂7422抵触于该扩展部724同时该支脚7424的末端抵靠于该固定部722的凸缘7222。该驱动件74由于摩擦力与该套环72同时转动。将组装好的转轴30枢转固定于该机壳10内。
请参阅图5与图6,使用时,该送纸装置50的抵压端522自然下垂抵压于若干打印纸100上,通过一马达或其它驱动元件驱动该驱动轴32沿顺时针转动,该驱动装置70的驱动臂744抵触并挤压该送纸装置50的转臂5242。该送纸装置50受压后该抵压端522被抬起并远离该打印纸100。此时,该打印纸100可自由移出。恢复时,该驱动轴32反转该驱动装置70撤销对该送纸装置50的抵压,该送纸装置50的抵压端522自由下落,该打印纸可正常工作。

Claims (10)

1.一种打印机取纸机构,包括一转轴,一套设于该转轴上的送纸装置,该送纸装置相对该转轴转动,其特征在于:该送纸装置包括一抵压端及一远离该抵压端的转臂,该打印机取纸机构还包括一套设于该转轴上受该转轴驱动的驱动装置,该驱动装置包括一驱动件,该驱动件包括一驱动臂,该驱动臂转动时抵压该转臂而抬起该抵压端。
2.如权利要求1所述的打印机取纸机构,其特征在于:该驱动装置还包括一套设于该转轴上的套环,该套环由该转轴的驱动而转动,该驱动件套设于该套环。
3.如权利要求2所述的打印机取纸机构,其特征在于:该套环包括一环形固定部及一靠近该固定部的环形扩展部,该扩展部相对该固定部具有较大直径,该驱动件套设于固定部。
4.如权利要求3所述的打印机取纸机构,其特征在于:该驱动件还包括一环形本体,该驱动臂设置于该本体上。
5.如权利要求4所述的打印机取纸机构,其特征在于:该本体面向该扩展部设有若干弹性触臂,该本体面向该固定部凸设有若干支脚,该套环的固定部于远离该扩展部一端设有一凸缘,该弹性触臂抵触于该扩展部一侧,该支脚抵触于该固定部,并且该支脚一侧抵靠于该凸缘。
6.如权利要求5所述的打印机取纸机构,其特征在于:每一支脚包括一便于该支脚卡入该固定部的楔形末端。
7.如权利要求1所述的打印机取纸机构,其特征在于:该转轴包括一驱动轴及一送纸轴,该驱动轴相对该送纸轴转动,该驱动装置套设于该驱动轴上,该送纸装置套设于该送纸轴上。
8.如权利要求7所述的打印机取纸机构,其特征在于:驱动轴具有十字形截面。
9.如权利要求1所述的打印机取纸机构,其特征在于:该驱动臂呈L形。
10.如权利要求1所述的打印机取纸机构,其特征在于:该送纸装置的抵压端安装有一用于卷纸的转轮。
