Description
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the field of electronic communication, in particular to a method, equipment and a communication system for accessing a mobile terminal to a wireless network.
Background
Femtocell is a small-sized, low-power cellular base station, mainly used in indoor places such as homes and offices, and is also called a Femtocell. It is used as a supplement to the indoor coverage of cellular networks to provide voice and data services to users. Its appearance is generally similar to a Wi-Fi AP, either alone or integrated in a home gateway as part of a home network.
The access mode of the Femtocell may be set by the user, for example, by adding the user identifier of the mobile terminal to the Femtocell access user list, so as to allow the mobile terminal to access the wireless network using the Femtocell. Currently, a user typically calls a carrier administrator, and then the carrier administrator manually adds a user identifier to a Femtocell access user list. For example, when a new mobile terminal using the Femtocell to access the wireless network needs to be added, the user calls an operator administrator, and the administrator adds the user identifier of the mobile terminal needing to be added with the Femtocell in the Femtocell access user list in the server database, so that the new mobile terminal can use the Femtocell to access the wireless network.
When the Femtocell access wireless network is used, the number of mobile terminals which can access the wireless network by using the Femtocell is limited, for example, one Femtocell supports the simultaneous access of 4-6 mobile terminals. Generally, only the user identifier of the mobile terminal allowed to be accessed is recorded in the access user list corresponding to the Femtocell, and the server unconditionally allows the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identifier recorded in the access user list to use the Femtocell to access the wireless network. However, in actual operation, sometimes a Femtocell user may want to temporarily add some mobile terminals to access a Femtocell, at this time, the user needs to call an operator administrator to notify the user identifier of a mobile terminal that needs temporary access, and then the operator administrator manually adds the user identifier of the mobile terminal that needs temporary access to an access user list, so that the mobile terminal that needs temporary access can access a wireless network through the Femtocell.
It can be seen from the prior art that there is no convenient way to update the access user list so as to realize that the mobile terminal temporarily uses the Femtocell to access the wireless network, only the Femtocell user can contact the operator administrator, and the administrator manually adds the corresponding user identifier in the Femtocell access user list in the server database. The mode that the mobile terminal uses the Femtocell to access the wireless network is realized by manually modifying the access user list by the administrator, the access operation time is long, the operation process is complex, and the error rate is high, so that the mobile terminal cannot be quickly accessed to the wireless network.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for a mobile terminal to access a wireless network, where the method includes the following steps:
The distance between the mobile terminal and the Femtocell needs to be within the NFC communication range of the near field communication, e.g. 3 cm, without any NFC communication hindering items between the mobile terminal and the Femtocell.
The subscriber identity may comprise a mobile subscriber ISDN number MSISDN or an international mobile subscriber identity IMSI or an electronic serial number ESN.
The method for the mobile terminal to send the user identifier of the mobile terminal to the Femtocell may specifically include:
the mobile terminal directly sends the user identification of the mobile terminal to the Femtocell through NFC; or,
the mobile terminal firstly prompts a user whether to use the Femtocell to access a wireless network; and after receiving an instruction input by a user and confirming that the Femtocell is used for accessing the wireless network, the mobile terminal sends the user identification of the mobile terminal to the Femtocell through NFC.
And step 12, the Femtocell forwards the received user identification of the mobile terminal to the server.
And step 13, after the received user identification of the mobile terminal is added to the Femtocell access user list, the server sends an access success notice to the mobile terminal.
The adding, by the server, the received user identifier of the mobile terminal to the Femtocell access user list may specifically include:
the server sends a first message to at least one fixed terminal and informs the fixed terminal that a temporary terminal is ready to access; after receiving an instruction which is sent by any fixed terminal and allows the temporary terminal to access, the server adds the user identification of the temporary terminal in a Femtocell access user list; the Femtocell access user list comprises a Femtocell identifier and a user identifier of a mobile terminal, the user identifier of the mobile terminal in the Femtocell access user list comprises the user identifier of a fixed terminal and the user identifier of a temporary terminal, the fixed terminal is the mobile terminal which is permanently allowed to use the Femtocell to access the wireless network by a server, and the temporary terminal is the mobile terminal which is temporarily allowed to use the Femtocell to access the wireless network by the server. The mode that the user identification of the temporary mobile terminal is added into the Femtocell access user list after the instruction allowing the temporary terminal to access is received is safer, because the user identification of the temporary mobile terminal is added into the Femtocell access user list under the condition of obtaining the consent of the fixed terminal user, namely the fixed terminal agrees, the temporary terminal can use the Femtocell to access the wireless network.
And after receiving the user identification of the mobile terminal forwarded by the Femtocell, the server directly adds the received user identification of the mobile terminal in the Femtocell access user list. The method is fast, accurate and error-free, the temporary terminal user identification is added into the Femtocell access user list, manual excessive intervention is not needed, and the method is suitable for the condition with low safety requirements.
When the server successfully adds the user identification of the temporary terminal in the Femtocell access user list, the server sends a second message to the temporary terminal and/or at least one fixed terminal; wherein the second message includes the user identification of the temporary terminal with successful access.

The server inquires the access validity of the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification in the Femtocell access user list; the determining the access validity of the mobile terminal may specifically include:
firstly, a server reads an access effective time and a duration corresponding to a user identifier in a Femtocell access user list; determining an access failure time according to the access effective time and the duration; when the current time of the system reaches or exceeds the access failure time, the server judges that the access of the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification is failed, otherwise, when the current time of the system does not reach the access failure time, the server judges that the access of the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification is effective; or,
the duration refers to the time period from the effective time to the ineffective time, and the mobile terminal can use the Femtocell to access the wireless network in the time period. The duration may be one or more time lengths preset on the server for any temporary terminal, or the duration may be customized by the user of the mobile terminal and issued simultaneously or after the transmission of the allow temporary terminal join instruction.
Secondly, the server reads the access failure time corresponding to the user identification in the Femtocell access user list; and when the current time of the system reaches or exceeds the access failure time, the server judges that the access of the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification is failed, otherwise, when the current time of the system does not reach the access failure time, the server judges that the access of the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification is effective.
When the access of the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification in the Femtocell access user list is invalid, the server deletes the user identification of the mobile terminal which is accessed to the invalid from the Femtocell access user list; the specific deletion mode may include:
the server sends a fourth message to at least one fixed terminal to inform the fixed terminal that the temporary terminal reaches the failure moment, and after receiving a command of deleting the temporary terminal sent by any fixed terminal, the server deletes the user identifier of the temporary terminal in the Femtocell access user list; or,
and after the server sends a fifth message to the mobile terminal with access failure, deleting the user identification of the mobile terminal with access failure from the Femtocell access user list, wherein the fifth message comprises the temporary terminal with access failure to be deleted by the server.
After receiving the first message, the second message, the third message, the fourth message and the fifth message, the Femtocell can forward the first message, the second message, the third message, the fourth message and the fifth message to the mobile terminal through NFC or Femtocell radio frequency. The message is sent so that the fixed terminal and the temporary terminal can know the access progress in time when the temporary terminal is allowed to use the Femtocell to access the wireless network.
And step 14, after receiving the access success notification sent by the server, the mobile terminal accesses the wireless network by using the Femtocell.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the mobile terminal approaches to the Femtocell and is within the Near Field Communication (NFC) range of the Femtocell and the Femtocell, the mobile terminal sends the user identification of the mobile terminal to the Femtocell through NFC; the mobile terminal and the Femetocell both support NFC; the Femtocell forwards the received user identification of the mobile terminal to the server; after adding the received user identification of the mobile terminal to the Femtocell access user list, the server sends an access success notification to the mobile terminal; and after receiving the access success notification sent by the server, the mobile terminal accesses the wireless network by using the Femtocell. The mobile terminal sends the user identification of the mobile terminal to the Femtocell through the NFC, the Femtocell forwards the user identification to the server, the server completes the updating of the Femtocell access user list, and the mobile terminal uses the Femtocell to access the wireless network, so that the process that a user calls to contact an operator administrator to update the Femtocell access user list is omitted, the consumed time is reduced, errors possibly caused by manual operation are avoided, and the problems of long access operation time, complex operation process and high error rate can be solved.
