a third receiving unit, configured to receive a login registration request sent by a terminal through a public network core network, where the login registration request includes a terminal unique identifier;

if the terminal type is a public network single-mode terminal, opening a household in a unified database, and distributing a private network number for the terminal;
and if the terminal type is a public-private network dual-mode terminal, inquiring a private network number corresponding to the unique terminal identifier from the unified database according to the unique terminal identifier.

receiving a registration request sent by a terminal through a public network core network, wherein the registration request comprises a terminal unique identifier and a terminal type, and the terminal type comprises a public network single-mode terminal or a public-private network dual-mode terminal;
sending the registration request to a private network core network;
receiving a registration response message sent by the private network core network, wherein the registration response message comprises a private network number of the terminal, and the private network number is determined by the private network core network according to the type of the terminal;
establishing a corresponding relation between the unique terminal identifier and a private network number;
and forwarding the registration response message to the terminal through the public network core network.
2. The method for processing the code number of the public and private network convergence system according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a login registration request sent by a terminal through a public network core network, wherein the login registration request comprises a terminal unique identifier;
acquiring authentication parameters from a unified database of the private network core network according to the terminal unique identifier or a private network number corresponding to the terminal unique identifier, and sending a verification message to the terminal to initiate an authentication challenge;
receiving a challenge response message sent by the terminal, and authenticating the terminal according to the authentication parameters and the challenge response message;
after passing the authentication, sending a user login message to the private network core network, informing the terminal to log in through a public network, and requesting cluster subscription data of the terminal;
and sending a login registration response message to the terminal, wherein the login registration response message comprises the cluster subscription data of the terminal.
3. The method for processing the code number of the public and private network convergence system according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a trunking service request message sent by a calling terminal through a public network core network, wherein the trunking service request message comprises a unique identifier of the calling terminal;
determining the private network number of the calling terminal according to the corresponding relation between the unique identification of the calling terminal and the private network number;
and using the private network number of the calling terminal to replace the unique identification of the calling terminal in the trunking service request message, and sending the trunking service request message to a private network core network so that the private network core network indicates the calling identity in the trunking service request sent to the called party.
4. The method for processing the code number of the public and private network convergence system according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a trunking service request message sent by the private network core network, wherein the service request message comprises a private network number of a called terminal;
determining the unique identifier of the called terminal according to the corresponding relation between the unique identifier of the called terminal and the private network number;
and replacing the private network number of the called terminal in the trunking service request message with the unique identifier of the called terminal, and sending the trunking service request message to a public network core network so that the public network core network acquires the temporary identifier of the called terminal in the public network according to the unique identifier of the terminal for addressing.
5. The method for processing the code number of the public and private network convergence system according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the registration request also comprises a public network number of the terminal, establishing a corresponding relation among the unique identifier of the terminal, the private network number and the public network number, wherein the public network number is determined by a public network core network according to self-stored context information of the terminal, so that the public network number is used for dialing and displaying.
6. A code number processing method of a public and private network convergence system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a registration request sent by a public network cluster server, wherein the registration request comprises a terminal unique identifier and a terminal type, and the terminal type comprises a public network single-mode terminal or a public-private network dual-mode terminal;
determining the private network number of the terminal according to the terminal type;
sending a registration response message to the public network cluster server, wherein the registration response message comprises a private network number of the terminal, so that the terminal performs cluster service according to the private network number;
the determining the private network number of the terminal according to the terminal type includes:
if the terminal type is a public network single-mode terminal, opening a household in a unified database, and distributing a private network number for the terminal; and if the terminal type is a public-private network dual-mode terminal, inquiring a private network number corresponding to the unique terminal identifier from the unified database according to the unique terminal identifier.
7. The method for processing the code number of the public-private network convergence system according to claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a login registration request sent by the public network cluster server, wherein the login registration request comprises a terminal unique identifier;
acquiring authentication parameters from the unified database according to the unique terminal identifier or the private network number corresponding to the unique terminal identifier, and returning the authentication parameters to the public network cluster server;
and after the public network cluster server completes the authentication of the terminal, receiving a user login message sent by the public network cluster server, recording the login of the terminal through the public network, and returning cluster signing data of the terminal to the public network cluster server.

after receiving the cluster service request, judging whether the access mode of the called terminal is public network access;
