Specifically, the obtaining, by the cloud server, at least one SIM card information includes: the cloud server outputs a login interface to the mobile terminal; the cloud service account and the password meeting the login conditions are obtained, and the cloud service account login process is completed; obtaining at least one SIM card information sent by the mobile terminal (the at least one SIM card information can be obtained through user input); the cloud server is communicated with network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the at least one SIM card information, and whether the at least one SIM card information meets a condition is determined; whether the at least one SIM card information satisfies a condition such as: whether SIM card information is a real-name application, namely whether the SIM card information is related to the identity card information of a user, whether the SIM card information is in arrearage and stop (namely halt) states and the like, and when the SIM card information is the real-name application and the SIM card information is not in the arrearage and stop (namely halt) states, determining the at least one SIM card information; storing the at least one SIM card information in a virtual SIM card respectively; each cloud service account corresponds to at least one virtual SIM card, and each virtual SIM card is associated with one SIM card information. The network side device of the service provider may specifically be a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system of an operator; specifically, how the CRM of the operator determines whether the SIM card information satisfies the preset condition may refer to the prior art, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the service provider is specifically an operator, and the operator is, for example, mobile, connected, or the like; the network side device of the service provider is specifically a network side device of an operator, which is the same as below and is not described in detail again.
As another embodiment, when the mobile terminal does not have the associated cloud service account, the cloud server outputs a registration interface to the mobile terminal, and the user may complete registration based on the guidance information of the registration interface to obtain the cloud service account associated with the mobile terminal.
In step 102, specifically, the cloud server communicates with the network side device of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, and completes a card writing operation based on the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, including:
the cloud server respectively initiates a card writing request to network side equipment of a corresponding service provider based on the at least one virtual SIM card information;
and writing the card writing data of the at least one virtual SIM card into the corresponding virtual SIM card through the network side equipment of the service provider.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a card writing operation flow in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, in this schematic view, taking network devices of three service providers (i.e., operators) corresponding to virtual SIM card information in the cloud server as examples, the network devices are an operator device a, an operator device B, and an operator device C respectively; as shown in fig. 2, the card writing operation method includes:
step 1021, the cloud server sends card writing requests to the operator equipment A, the operator equipment B and the operator equipment C respectively; the card writing request carries virtual SIM card information; carrying virtual SIM card information matched with the operator network for card writing requests sent to different operator devices; the first virtual SIM card corresponds to the operator equipment A, the cloud server sends a first card writing request to the operator equipment A, and the first card writing request carries the first virtual SIM card information, and so on.
Step 1022, the CRM system of the corresponding operator device applies for real-time card writing data according to the virtual SIM card information in the received card writing request, performs message assembly through the on-site card writing system, and sends the card writing data to the cloud server.
And 1023, the cloud server obtains card writing data sent by the operator equipment, and writes the card writing data into the corresponding area of the virtual SIM card.
Specifically, the card writing operation process of the cloud server is a card writing operation process of the simulated mobile terminal, and a specific implementation process is the same as the card writing process of the mobile terminal, except that in this embodiment, the cloud server simulates a card writing operation on each virtual SIM card to the network side device of the corresponding service provider, and the specific operation process may refer to the card writing process of the mobile terminal in the prior art, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
In step 103, specifically, before the cloud server completes the authentication operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information, the method further includes:
the cloud server outputs a selection interface of at least one virtual SIM card to the mobile terminal after the mobile terminal completes login based on the cloud service account;
after the selection result of the mobile terminal is obtained, determining at least one piece of virtual SIM card information to be authenticated;

Specifically, a user logs in a cloud service account at a mobile terminal when using the mobile terminal for the first time; before the authentication operation of the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information is carried out, the mobile terminal prefers one network in a hybrid network to carry out network connection, and based on the network connection, the cloud server outputs a login interface to the mobile terminal; and the mobile terminal inputs a cloud service account and a password on the login interface to log in. That is, before the authentication operation of the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information is completed, the mobile terminal can only use a data network of a certain operator to perform the verification operation and the subsequent configuration operation of the cloud service account. Further, after the cloud service account is successfully logged in, the cloud server outputs a configuration interface to the mobile terminal; the configuration interface comprises at least one SIM card information (such as a mobile phone number) under the cloud service account and corresponding operator information, a user can select the SIM cards which are simultaneously opened in the configuration interface, the SIM cards which are simultaneously opened and characterized to be online at the same time can simultaneously carry out network communication, and for example, when voice communication (namely calling) is carried out through one SIM card, short messages can be received/sent through the other SIM card. As one embodiment, in the configuration interface, if a user wishes to newly open a number in a certain operator, a number selection function is provided for the user to select; after the selection is completed, executing a new account opening card writing process, wherein the specific new account opening card writing process can refer to a new account opening card writing process in the prior art, and is not described herein again; and when the card writing is successful, the newly opened number can be selected by the user. Further, after the user finishes the selection, the cloud server obtains a number selection result sent by the mobile terminal, and determines at least one piece of virtual SIM card information to be subjected to authentication operation based on the number selection result. Further, the cloud server communicates with the network side devices of the service provider (i.e., the operator) corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information one by one, and it can be understood that, in this embodiment, according to a method for authenticating the network side devices of the service provider (i.e., the operator) by the mobile terminal for the SIM information, the cloud server simulates the mobile terminal to authenticate the virtual SIM card information to the network side devices of the service provider (i.e., the operator), and the authentication process may refer to an SIM card authentication process of the mobile terminal in the prior art, which is not described in detail in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the cloud server also obtains attribute information of the mobile terminal, and sends the attribute information of the mobile terminal to the network side device of the corresponding service provider; the attribute information includes an identifier and an address of the Mobile terminal, where the identifier of the Mobile terminal may specifically be an International Mobile Equipment Identifier (IMEI), and the address of the Mobile terminal may be a Media Access Control (MAC) address.
In this embodiment, the network side device of the service provider (i.e. the operator) sets a Register (IMR, IMEI and MAC Register) for associating the IMEI and MAC addresses of the mobile terminal and corresponding virtual SIM card information; when the authentication of the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information is successful, the register binds and stores the IMEI, the MAC address and the virtual SIM card information of the mobile terminal, registers an equipment number in network equipment of a corresponding service provider, opens the use authority of the equipment corresponding to the equipment number, and completes the registration operation on the network equipment of the service provider, so that the mobile terminal can communicate through the authenticated at least one virtual SIM card. Further, after the authentication is completed, the network side device of the service provider sends an authentication success message to the cloud server, and the cloud server outputs an authentication result to the mobile terminal, so that the user can know which numbers are successfully authenticated and can be used.
In this embodiment, no matter which number is selected by the mobile terminal for communication, the cloud server simulates that other numbers are in a hold state, that is, the cloud server simulates that other numbers are in a power-on online state, so as to avoid missing a call or a short message passing through other numbers.
As an embodiment, a status maintenance message is transmitted between the cloud server and the mobile terminal, so that the cloud server can monitor the status of the mobile terminal in real time.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the cloud server stores at least one SIM card information and simulates the card opening and authentication operation of the SIM card, so that the mobile terminal always obtains the communication service authorization; the mobile terminal can select the network with the optimal signal intensity to communicate according to the network signal intensity of the current position, so that the requirement of network switching of multiple systems of multiple operators can be met, the simultaneous online of multiple numbers is realized, and the user experience is greatly improved.
Example two
Based on the first embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides a communication method. Fig. 3 is a second flowchart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 3, under the description based on step 101 to step 104 in the first embodiment, further, the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step 105: the cloud server receives an exit request of the mobile terminal; the quitting request comprises at least one piece of virtual SIM card information and attribute information of the mobile terminal; the attribute information of the mobile terminal includes an identifier and an address of the mobile terminal.
Step 106: the cloud server sends a logout request of the corresponding virtual SIM card information to network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information; the logout request includes virtual SIM card information and attribute information of the mobile terminal.
Step 107: and the cloud server receives a logout result sent by the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information.
In this embodiment, the logout request may also be understood as a logout request, which is equivalent to a logout request issued to the network side device of the service provider (i.e. the operator) when the mobile terminal is powered off. In this embodiment, the mobile terminal may select a number to be logged out (or logged out) from a configuration interface provided by the cloud server, that is, in this embodiment, the mobile terminal may select at least one of the associated at least one SIM card information to perform a logging out (or logging out) operation. Further, after receiving a quit request of the mobile terminal, the cloud server obtains at least one piece of virtual SIM card information and attribute information of the mobile terminal, which are included in the quit request; the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information included in the exit request may specifically be a phone number. In another embodiment, when the mobile terminal receives a shutdown instruction, the mobile terminal actively sends a logout request to the cloud server, where the logout request includes information of all authenticated virtual SIM cards, that is, indicates that all authenticated telephone numbers are logged out.
Further, after receiving the exit request of the mobile terminal, the cloud server sends a logout request of the corresponding virtual SIM card information to the network side device of the service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information. Specifically, the cloud server simulates a shutdown action of the mobile terminal, and requests a logout action of a corresponding virtual SIM card to the network side device of the corresponding service provider (i.e., operator). The network side device of the service provider (i.e., the operator) correspondingly performs a logout operation of the corresponding number, the network side device of the service provider (i.e., the operator) deletes the binding relationship between the device number of the mobile terminal and the mobile phone number, that is, the authentication of the device number of the mobile terminal fails, and a specific logout process may refer to a shutdown logout procedure of the mobile terminal, which is not described in detail in this embodiment. Further, after the logout is completed, the cloud server receives a logout result sent by the network side device of the service provider (i.e., the operator). And when the mobile terminal is not in a power-off state currently, the cloud server outputs the logout result to the mobile terminal.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, the mobile terminal is always authorized by communication service by storing at least one SIM card information in the cloud server and simulating the card opening and authentication operation of the SIM card by the cloud server; the mobile terminal can select a network with the optimal signal intensity to communicate according to the network signal intensity of the current position, so that the requirement of switching multiple systems of networks of multiple operators can be met, and the simultaneous online of multiple numbers is realized; on the other hand, when the number is logged off, the logging off operation of any number can be realized through the interface where the cloud service account is located without shutdown operation, convenience is provided for a user, and the user experience is greatly improved.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the first embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides a communication method. Fig. 4 is a third flowchart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 4, under the description based on step 101 to step 104 in the first embodiment, further, the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step 108: when the cloud server detects that a cloud service account corresponding to the mobile terminal logs in another mobile terminal and the another mobile terminal indicates that third virtual SIM card information associated with the cloud service account is to be used for communication, the cloud server sends a device update request to network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information.
Step 109: after the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information deletes the association relationship between the third virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the mobile terminal and establishes the association relationship between the third virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the another mobile terminal, the cloud server receives an authentication success message sent by the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information; and the authentication success message represents that the other mobile terminal obtains the communication service authorization of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information.
The communication method of the embodiment can be applied to the following scenes: a user logs in a cloud service account through a mobile terminal and selects a mobile phone number to be used; the cloud server detects that the cloud server account number is successfully logged in another mobile terminal and the network connection is normal, and in order to ensure that one cloud service account number can only be used by one mobile terminal, the cloud server sends a device updating request to network side equipment of a service provider (namely an operator); after receiving the device update request, the network side device of the service provider (i.e. the operator) deletes the association relationship of the previous device number (i.e. the IMEI) in the register (IMR), binds the association relationship of the new device number (i.e. the IMEI), the MAC address and the third virtual SIM card information, suspends the usage right of the device corresponding to the device number, and completes the registration operation on the network device of the service provider. That is to say, after another mobile terminal is used to log in a cloud service account, the cloud server does not need to initiate an authentication request operation again, but sends the attribute information of the another mobile terminal to the network device of the service provider for device updating, and after the updating is completed, the another mobile terminal can communicate through the number in the cloud service account.
Further, the network device of the service provider sends an authentication success message to the cloud server, and the cloud server outputs the authentication success message to the mobile terminal (a new mobile terminal logged in later) through a display interface; and simultaneously, the cloud server indicates the off-line of the cloud service account logged in by the original mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, one cloud service account may only be logged in on one mobile terminal, that is, at least one phone number integrated in the cloud service account may only be used on one mobile terminal. Therefore, potential safety hazards caused by SIM card copying in the prior art are avoided, and the network communication safety of the user is greatly improved.
As an embodiment, a status maintenance message is transmitted between the cloud server and the mobile terminal, so that the cloud server can monitor the status of the mobile terminal in real time.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, the mobile terminal is always authorized by communication service by storing at least one SIM card information in the cloud server and simulating the card opening and authentication operation of the SIM card by the cloud server; the mobile terminal can select a network with the optimal signal intensity to communicate according to the network signal intensity of the current position, so that the requirement of switching multiple systems of networks of multiple operators can be met, and the simultaneous online of multiple numbers is realized; on the other hand, one cloud service account can only be logged in on one mobile terminal, that is, at least one phone number integrated in the cloud service account can only be used on one mobile terminal. Based on this, the potential safety hazard that SIM card duplication caused among the prior art has been avoided, user's network communication safety has been promoted greatly, user's experience has been promoted greatly.
Example four
Based on the first embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides a communication method. Fig. 5 is a fourth flowchart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 5, under the description based on step 101 to step 104 in the first embodiment, further, the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step 110: the cloud server detects a network connection state between the cloud server and the mobile terminal; and when the abnormal network connection state with the mobile terminal is detected in a preset detection period, the cloud server sends a corresponding logout request of the virtual SIM card information to the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information.
Step 111: and after the fact that the network side equipment of the corresponding service provider logs out is determined, the mobile terminal does not support communication through the at least one virtual SIM card.
The present embodiment is described mainly from the viewpoint of safety. Specifically, after the cloud server completes authentication operation based on the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, the cloud server maintains network connection with the mobile terminal, a state maintaining message is transmitted between the cloud server and the mobile terminal, and through the state maintaining message, the cloud server monitors the state of the mobile terminal, specifically, the network state of the mobile terminal; if the cloud server determines that the network connection between the mobile terminal and the cloud server is abnormal within a preset detection period (such as 2 hours) through the state keeping message, in order to ensure the safety of the mobile terminal, the cloud server actively initiates a logout request to network side equipment of a service provider (namely an operator) corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, and logs out a network service authorization function of the mobile terminal. After the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information is logged off at the network side device of the corresponding service provider, the mobile terminal cannot use the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information for communication, that is, the mobile terminal cannot use any number in the cloud service account for communication.
As another embodiment, when the mobile terminal is in an abnormal state, for example, lost, the user may log in the cloud server through another mobile terminal, and after the login is completed, the login function under the cloud service account is used to log out all the virtual SIM card information under the cloud service account, which is equivalent to a loss report operation. The cloud server sends a logout request to the network side device of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, and the network side device of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information deletes the binding relationship corresponding to the device number of the mobile terminal, that is, the mobile terminal cannot enjoy the communication service of any number under the cloud service account number when being used. For the specific logout function, reference may be made to the abnormal machine login process in the fifth embodiment, which is not described herein again.
As another implementation manner, in this embodiment, the login interface output by the cloud server includes multiple protection mechanisms, such as password problem setting, identity real-name authentication, and the like, so as to ensure the security of the cloud service account and improve the security.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, the mobile terminal is always authorized by communication service by storing at least one SIM card information in the cloud server and simulating the card opening and authentication operation of the SIM card by the cloud server; the mobile terminal can select a network with the optimal signal intensity to communicate according to the network signal intensity of the current position, so that the requirement of switching multiple systems of networks of multiple operators can be met, and the simultaneous online of multiple numbers is realized; on the other hand, the embodiment of the invention provides multiple security mechanisms to ensure the security of the cloud service account, improve the security of user operation and greatly improve the user experience.
EXAMPLE five
Based on the first embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a communication method, and under the description based on the first embodiment from step 101 to step 104, the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: when the mobile terminal supports communication service authorization of a first service provider and a second service provider and is in a network environment of the first service provider and not in a network environment of the second service provider, the cloud server detects communication data passing through a virtual SIM card corresponding to the second service provider, and transmits the communication data to a client of the mobile terminal through a communication network of the first service provider.
The communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to a specific embodiment.
Suppose the user has integrated the numbers a1 and a2 of the a operator, the numbers B1 and B2 of the B operator, and the number C1 of the C operator. The cloud server has successfully authenticated for the 5 numbers. At this time, any telephone dialed to 5 numbers should be accessible, and short messages sent to 5 numbers can be received.
First application scenario: if the mobile terminal selects the network connection of the A operator, the telephone dialed to a1 and a2 and the short message sent to a1 and a2 can all normally use the network of the A operator without switching and transferring.
Second application scenario: if the mobile terminal selects the network connection of the operator A, at this time, a phone dialed to b1, b2 or c1 or a short message sent to b1, b2 or c1 exists, and the operator network signal of the called number is good, the cloud server sends a network switching instruction to the mobile terminal, and controls the mobile terminal to switch to the operator network corresponding to the called number to answer the phone or receive the short message; for example, the mobile terminal is switched from the A operator network to the B operator network to answer the phone call of B1 or B2 or receive the short message of B1 or B2. When the mobile terminal supports communication service authorization of a first service provider and a second service provider and the mobile terminal selects network connection of the first service provider, when the cloud server detects communication data passing through a virtual SIM card corresponding to the second service provider, instructing the mobile terminal to perform network switching so that the mobile terminal is switched from the network connection of the first service provider to the network connection of the second service provider, and obtaining the communication data through the virtual SIM card corresponding to the second service provider.
The third application scenario: if the mobile terminal selects the network connection of the operator A, at this time, a phone dialed to b1, b2 or c1 or a short message sent to b1, b2 or c1 exists, but the operator network of the called number has no signal or poor signal, the cloud server sends the voice call to a client installed on the mobile terminal in a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) mode through the operator network A.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, the mobile terminal is always authorized by communication service by storing at least one SIM card information in the cloud server and simulating the card opening and authentication operation of the SIM card by the cloud server; the mobile terminal can select a network with the optimal signal intensity to communicate according to the network signal intensity of the current position, so that the requirement of switching multiple systems of networks of multiple operators can be met, and the simultaneous online of multiple numbers is realized; on the other hand, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention has a network switching or a medium-specific function, so that the telephone or the short message is missed in a place with poor or no network signal of a certain operator, and the operation experience of a user is greatly improved.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a communication system. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 6, the communication system includes: the system comprises at least one mobile terminal, a cloud server and network side equipment of at least one service provider; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the mobile terminal is used for completing login operation of a cloud service account on an interface output by the cloud server and obtaining input information, wherein the input information comprises at least one SIM card information; sending the obtained information to the cloud server;
the cloud server is used for respectively storing the at least one SIM card information into at least one corresponding virtual SIM card; the virtual SIM card information acquisition module is also used for communicating with network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information respectively, completing card writing operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information and acquiring corresponding card writing data; and completing authentication operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information so as to enable the mobile terminal to obtain communication service authorization of a service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information; the virtual SIM card management system is also used for controlling all the virtual SIM cards successfully authenticated to be in a holding state; when the virtual SIM card is in a holding state, the mobile terminal supports communication through the virtual SIM card;
and the network side equipment of the service provider is used for performing card writing operation on at least one SIM card information sent by the cloud server and performing authentication operation on the at least one SIM card information.
Specifically, the cloud server is configured to initiate a card writing request to network side devices of corresponding service providers based on the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information; obtaining card writing data of a corresponding virtual SIM card sent by network side equipment of the service provider, and writing the card writing data into the corresponding virtual SIM card; after receiving a confirmation result sent by the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card, completing card writing operation of the at least one virtual SIM card;
and the network side equipment of the service provider is used for carrying out card writing operation on the virtual SIM card information carried in the card writing request based on the card writing request sent by the cloud server, carrying out message assembly through a field card writing system, and sending card writing data to the cloud server.

In this embodiment, the network side device of the service provider is provided with a register, where the register is used to store an association relationship between attribute information of the mobile terminal and virtual SIM card information. It can be understood that the register is provided with a list of devices successfully authenticated in the whole network and records different network authorities of each device.
In this embodiment, specific functional descriptions of the mobile terminal, the cloud server, and the network-side device of the service provider in the communication system may specifically refer to the descriptions in the first to fifth embodiments, and are not described in detail in this embodiment.
FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an application architecture of a communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 7, the mobile terminal may access a plurality of terminals, each terminal user having a cloud service account. A storage area for each cloud service account is set in the cloud server. The communication system in this embodiment can be implemented by a mobile terminal only by software without hardware modification. The mobile terminal activates a pre-installed client, then performs login verification on a cloud service account, and the verification interaction process is transmitted through a selected operator data network; before the authentication is passed, the data network of the operator only performs verification and related configuration operation on the cloud service account, and the mobile terminal is limited from performing other access operation.

FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 8, the cloud server includes: a first communication unit 81, a storage unit 82, a second communication unit 83, and a processing unit 84; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

The processing unit 84 is configured to initiate, through the second communication unit 83, card writing requests to network-side devices of corresponding service providers based on SIM card information in the at least one virtual SIM card, respectively; obtaining card writing data of a corresponding virtual SIM card sent by the network side device of the service provider, and writing the card writing data into a corresponding area of the corresponding virtual SIM card in the storage unit 82; after receiving the confirmation result sent by the network-side device of the service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card through the second communication unit 83, the card writing operation of the at least one virtual SIM card is completed.
Before the authentication operation based on the information of the at least one virtual SIM card is completed, and after the login of the mobile terminal based on the cloud service account is completed, the processing unit 84 is configured to output a selection interface of the at least one virtual SIM card to the mobile terminal through the first communication unit 81; after the selection result of the mobile terminal is obtained, determining at least one piece of virtual SIM card information to be authenticated;
correspondingly, the processing unit 84 is configured to obtain the selected at least one virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the mobile terminal through the first communication unit 81; the attribute information comprises an identifier and an address of the mobile terminal; the second communication unit 83 is used for communicating with the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information respectively to perform the authentication operation of the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, and sending the attribute information of the mobile terminal to the network side equipment of the corresponding service provider, so that the virtual SIM card information corresponding to the network side equipment of the service provider is associated with the attribute information of the terminal, and the virtual SIM card information is registered in the network side equipment of the service provider.
As an embodiment, the processing unit 84 is further configured to receive an exit request of the mobile terminal through the first communication unit 81; the quitting request comprises at least one piece of virtual SIM card information and attribute information of the mobile terminal; the attribute information of the mobile terminal comprises an identifier and an address of the mobile terminal; sending a logout request of the corresponding virtual SIM card information to the network side device of the service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information through the second communication unit 83; the logout request comprises virtual SIM card information and attribute information of the mobile terminal; and receiving a logout result sent by the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information.
As an implementation manner, the processing unit 84 is further configured to send, by the second communication unit 83, a device update request to a network-side device of a service provider corresponding to third virtual SIM card information when it is detected that a cloud service account corresponding to the mobile terminal logs in another mobile terminal and the another mobile terminal indicates that the third virtual SIM card information to be associated with through the cloud service account is to be communicated; after the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information deletes the association relationship between the third virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the mobile terminal and establishes the association relationship between the third virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the other mobile terminal, receiving an authentication success message sent by the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information; and the authentication success message represents that the other mobile terminal obtains the communication service authorization of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information.
As an embodiment, the processing unit 84 is further configured to detect a network connection status with the mobile terminal after completing an authentication operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information; when the network connection state with the mobile terminal is detected to be abnormal in a preset detection period, sending a logout request of corresponding virtual SIM card information to the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information through the second communication unit 83; and after the fact that the network side equipment of the corresponding service provider logs out is determined, the mobile terminal does not support communication through the at least one virtual SIM card.
As an embodiment, the processing unit 84 is further configured to, when communication data passing through a virtual SIM card corresponding to a second service provider is detected when the mobile terminal supports authorization for communication services of the first service provider and the mobile terminal is within a network environment of the first service provider and is not within a network environment of the second service provider, transmit the communication data to the client of the mobile terminal through the communication network of the first service provider.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that, the functions of each processing unit in the cloud server according to the embodiment of the present invention may be understood by referring to the description related to the foregoing communication method, and each processing unit in the cloud server according to the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by an analog circuit that implements the functions described in the embodiment of the present invention, or may be implemented by running software that performs the functions described in the embodiment of the present invention on an intelligent terminal.
In this embodiment, the Processing Unit 84 in the cloud server may be implemented by a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), or a Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) in the cloud server in practical application; the storage unit 82 in the cloud server can be implemented by a memory in the cloud server in practical application; the first communication unit 81 and the second communication unit 82 in the cloud server may be implemented by a transceiver or a transmission antenna in the cloud server in practical applications.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, that is, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially implemented or a part contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.

Claims (16)

1. A method of communication, the method comprising:
the cloud server obtains at least one SIM card information, and the at least one SIM card information is respectively stored in at least one corresponding virtual SIM card; the at least one virtual SIM card is associated with a cloud service account corresponding to the mobile terminal;
the cloud server is respectively communicated with network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, card writing operation based on the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information is completed, and corresponding card writing data are obtained;
the cloud server is respectively communicated with network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, and completes authentication operation based on the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, so that the mobile terminal obtains communication service authorization of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information;
when the mobile terminal selects a first virtual SIM card for communication, the cloud server controls at least one second virtual SIM card to be in a holding state; the at least one second virtual SIM card is other virtual SIM cards except the first virtual SIM card in the at least one virtual SIM card; and when the at least one second virtual SIM card is in a holding state, the mobile terminal supports communication through the at least one second virtual SIM card.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the cloud server respectively communicates with network-side devices of service providers corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, and completes card writing operations based on the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, including:
the cloud server respectively initiates a card writing request to network side equipment of a corresponding service provider based on the at least one virtual SIM card information;
and obtaining card writing data of the corresponding virtual SIM card sent by the network side equipment of the service provider, and writing the card writing data into the corresponding virtual SIM card.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before the cloud server completes an authentication operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information, the method further comprises:
the cloud server outputs a selection interface of at least one virtual SIM card to the mobile terminal after the mobile terminal completes login based on the cloud service account;
after the selection result of the mobile terminal is obtained, determining at least one piece of virtual SIM card information to be authenticated;
correspondingly, the cloud server communicates with the network side device of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, and completes an authentication operation based on the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, including:
the cloud server acquires the selected at least one virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the mobile terminal; the attribute information comprises an identifier and an address of the mobile terminal;
and respectively communicating with the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information to carry out authentication operation on the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, and sending the attribute information of the mobile terminal to the network side equipment of the corresponding service provider, so that the corresponding virtual SIM card information of the network side equipment of the service provider is associated with the attribute information of the mobile terminal, and the virtual SIM card information is registered in the network side equipment of the service provider.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising: the cloud server receives an exit request of the mobile terminal; the quitting request comprises at least one piece of virtual SIM card information and attribute information of the mobile terminal; the attribute information of the mobile terminal comprises an identifier and an address of the mobile terminal;
sending a logout request of the corresponding virtual SIM card information to network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information; the logout request comprises virtual SIM card information and attribute information of the mobile terminal;
and receiving a logout result sent by the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information.

The method of claim 1, further comprising: when the cloud server detects that a cloud service account corresponding to the mobile terminal logs in another mobile terminal and the another mobile terminal indicates that third virtual SIM card information associated with the cloud service account is to be communicated, the cloud server sends a device updating request to network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information;
after the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information deletes the association relationship between the third virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the mobile terminal and establishes the association relationship between the third virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the another mobile terminal, the cloud server receives an authentication success message sent by the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information; and the authentication success message represents that the other mobile terminal obtains the communication service authorization of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after completing the authentication operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information, the method further comprises:
the cloud server detects a network connection state between the cloud server and the mobile terminal; when the abnormal network connection state with the mobile terminal is detected in a preset detection period, the cloud server sends a corresponding logout request of the virtual SIM card information to network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information;
and after the fact that the network side equipment of the corresponding service provider logs out is determined, the mobile terminal does not support communication through the at least one virtual SIM card.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: when the mobile terminal supports communication service authorization of a first service provider and a second service provider and is in a network environment of the first service provider and not in a network environment of the second service provider, the cloud server detects communication data passing through a virtual SIM card corresponding to the second service provider, and transmits the communication data to a client of the mobile terminal through a communication network of the first service provider.
8. A cloud server, the cloud server comprising: the device comprises a first communication unit, a storage unit, a second communication unit and a processing unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first communication unit is used for communicating with the mobile terminal and obtaining at least one SIM card information;
the storage unit is configured to store the at least one piece of SIM card information obtained by the first communication unit into corresponding at least one virtual SIM card corresponding area, respectively; the at least one virtual SIM card is associated with a cloud service account corresponding to the mobile terminal;
the second communication unit is used for communicating with the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information;
the processing unit is used for completing card writing operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information through the second communication unit to obtain corresponding card writing data; the mobile terminal is further used for completing an authentication operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information through the second communication unit so as to enable the mobile terminal to obtain communication service authorization of a service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information; the mobile terminal is also used for simulating that at least one second virtual SIM card is in a holding state when the mobile terminal selects the first virtual SIM card for communication; the at least one second virtual SIM card is other virtual SIM cards except the first virtual SIM card in the at least one virtual SIM card; and when the at least one second virtual SIM card is in a holding state, the mobile terminal supports communication through the at least one second virtual SIM card.

The cloud server according to claim 8, wherein the processing unit is configured to initiate, by the second communication unit, card writing requests to network-side devices of corresponding service providers based on SIM card information in the at least one virtual SIM card, respectively; and card writing data of the corresponding virtual SIM card, which is sent by the network side equipment of the service provider, is obtained and written into the corresponding area of the corresponding virtual SIM card in the storage unit.

The cloud server of claim 8, wherein the processing unit is configured to output, to the mobile terminal, a selection interface of at least one virtual SIM card through the first communication unit after a login of the mobile terminal based on a cloud service account is completed before an authentication operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information is completed; after the selection result of the mobile terminal is obtained, determining at least one piece of virtual SIM card information to be authenticated;
correspondingly, the processing unit is configured to obtain the selected at least one virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the mobile terminal through the first communication unit; the attribute information comprises an identifier and an address of the mobile terminal; and the second communication unit is respectively communicated with the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information to carry out authentication operation on the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information, and the attribute information of the mobile terminal is sent to the network side equipment of the corresponding service provider, so that the corresponding virtual SIM card information of the network side equipment of the service provider is associated with the attribute information of the mobile terminal, and the virtual SIM card information is registered in the network side equipment of the service provider.

The cloud server according to claim 8, wherein the processing unit is further configured to receive an exit request of the mobile terminal through the first communication unit; the quitting request comprises at least one piece of virtual SIM card information and attribute information of the mobile terminal; the attribute information of the mobile terminal comprises an identifier and an address of the mobile terminal; sending a logout request of the corresponding virtual SIM card information to network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information through the second communication unit; the logout request comprises virtual SIM card information and attribute information of the mobile terminal; and receiving a logout result sent by the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information.

The cloud server according to claim 8, wherein the processing unit is further configured to send a device update request to a network-side device of a service provider corresponding to third virtual SIM card information through the second communication unit when it is detected that a cloud service account corresponding to the mobile terminal logs in to another mobile terminal and the another mobile terminal indicates that the third virtual SIM card information to be associated with through the cloud service account is to be communicated; after the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information deletes the association relationship between the third virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the mobile terminal and establishes the association relationship between the third virtual SIM card information and the attribute information of the other mobile terminal, receiving an authentication success message sent by the network side equipment of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information; and the authentication success message represents that the other mobile terminal obtains the communication service authorization of the service provider corresponding to the third virtual SIM card information.

The cloud server according to claim 8, wherein the processing unit is further configured to detect a network connection status with the mobile terminal after completing an authentication operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information; when the network connection state with the mobile terminal is detected to be abnormal in a preset detection period, sending a corresponding logout request of the virtual SIM card information to network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the at least one piece of virtual SIM card information through the second communication unit; and after the fact that the network side equipment of the corresponding service provider logs out is determined, the mobile terminal does not support communication through the at least one virtual SIM card.

The cloud server of claim 8, wherein the processing unit is further configured to, when the mobile terminal supports authorization for communication services of a first service provider and a second service provider and the mobile terminal is located in a network environment of the first service provider and not located in a network environment of the second service provider, detect communication data passing through a virtual SIM card corresponding to the second service provider, transmit the communication data to the client of the mobile terminal through the communication network of the first service provider.
15. A communication system, the communication system comprising: the system comprises at least one mobile terminal, a cloud server and network side equipment of at least one service provider; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the mobile terminal is used for completing login operation of a cloud service account on an interface output by the cloud server and obtaining input information, wherein the input information comprises at least one SIM card information; sending the obtained information to the cloud server;
the cloud server is used for respectively storing the at least one SIM card information into at least one corresponding virtual SIM card; the virtual SIM card information acquisition module is also used for communicating with network side equipment of a service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information respectively, completing card writing operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information and acquiring corresponding card writing data; and completing authentication operation based on the at least one virtual SIM card information so as to enable the mobile terminal to obtain communication service authorization of a service provider corresponding to the at least one virtual SIM card information; the virtual SIM card management system is also used for controlling all the virtual SIM cards successfully authenticated to be in a holding state; when the virtual SIM card is in a holding state, the mobile terminal supports communication through the virtual SIM card;
and the network side equipment of the service provider is used for performing card writing operation on at least one SIM card information sent by the cloud server and performing authentication operation on the at least one SIM card information.
16. The system according to claim 15, wherein the network side device of the service provider is provided with a register, and the register is used for storing the association relationship between the attribute information of the mobile terminal and the virtual SIM card information.
