and step S106, under the condition of receiving the opening confirmation message sent by the user equipment, opening the 4G or 4G IMS for the user equipment.
Through the steps, the notification message is sent by detecting the function of the user equipment, and the service is opened for the user equipment after the confirmation message of the user equipment is received, so that the problem of complicated service procedures for handling the 4G/IMS and the like by the user in the related technology is solved, and the service opening efficiency of the user is improved.
Preferably, the detecting that the user equipment supports the 4G comprises: detecting that the user equipment performs location updating through an S6a port; detecting that the user equipment supports the 4G IMS comprises: when detecting that the user equipment carries out location updating through an S6a port, the SRVCC parameter carries the SRVCC parameter used for carrying out the dual-mode single-standby wireless voice call of the IMS. Therefore, whether the user is a potential 4G/IMS service user can be judged, and whether the 4G/IMS service needs to be opened or not is determined.
Optionally, before sending the notification message for inquiring whether to turn on 4G or 4G IMS to the user equipment, the method further includes: determining that the user equipment does not open the 4G or 4G IMS; and/or determining that no notification message has been sent to the user equipment. When the HSS detects that the mobile phone with the 4G/IMS service capability is accessed to the network, the HSS judges whether the user signs the 4G service or places a number in an IMS domain by inquiring the stored user signing information so as to determine whether to send a short message to the user.
Preferably, sending a notification message to the user equipment for inquiring whether to turn on 4G or 4G IMS comprises: identifying whether a notification message is sent to the user equipment; after the notification message is sent to the user equipment, the identifier is changed from the notification message which is not sent to the user equipment to the notification message which is sent to the user equipment; and clearing the identification of the user equipment. The function of automatic number allocation of the 4G/IMS domain is realized by upgrading the software version of the current network HSS. The upgraded HSS system can detect whether the mobile phone has the 4G/SRVCC capability through the service signaling, thereby judging whether the user is a potential 4G/IMS service user. If the 2G/3G user does location update through the port S6a, the user is judged to have the 4G capability actually. And if the request message carries the SRVCC capability parameter when the 4G user performs the location update of the S6a port, the 4G user is considered to have the IMS service capability. When the HSS detects that the mobile phone with the 4G/IMS service capability is accessed to the network, whether the user signs the 4G service or places the number in the IMS domain is judged by inquiring the stored user signing information. If the user does not open the 4G/IMS service, the HSS further inquires the dynamic information of the user, checks whether the ' notice sent to the BOSS ' is set or not, if the mark is not set, the HSS considers that the notice is not sent to the BOSS, and then the HSS sends a notice instruction to notify an operator's accounting system. After receiving the instruction, the tent system inquires whether the user needs to open the 4G/IMS service by means of sending a short message and the like, and if the user needs to open the 4G/IMS service, the tent system directly sends a number placing instruction to the HSS to open the 4G/IMS service.
In order to prevent unnecessary additional annoyance to the user, the HSS does not send the notification to the billing system again if it detects that the notification has been sent. And if the HSS detects that the user has opened the 4G/IMS service, the HSS does not send a notification to the tent system. Thereby effectively avoiding harassment to the user.
The HSS system also provides the function of clearing or setting notification flags for specific users in order for the operator to perform maintenance of data in special cases. For example, if the user rejects the first interaction and the subsequent user wants to use the information, the billing account can clear the notification flag through an instruction, so that the HSS will send the notification to the billing account next time.
The HSS system provides log record and the like for the function, and is beneficial to an operator to analyze through the log to obtain first-hand data, so that the HSS system is more beneficial to developing the service.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an application scenario according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the application scenario includes: HSS server, BOSS, SMSC (Short Message Service Center), user terminal, core network and base station.
Firstly, a user accesses a 4G network, an HSS detects the capability of an application terminal, the HSS informs a BOSS user of the terminal capability, the user confirms the automatic subscription 4G or IMS service through an SMSC, and informs the user of the automatic subscription confirmation, the subscription 4G or IMS service through the SMSC.
According to the scheme provided by the invention, the problem of complicated business procedures of handling 4G/IMS numbers and the like by a user in the related technology is solved, and the effect of automatically opening the business is further achieved.
