Abstract

本发明公开了一种纯烧垃圾流化床锅炉,主燃区采用两层炉墙材料,内层为隔热材料层,外层为防磨材料层;炉膛采用绝热炉膛形式,炉膛内部全部用耐火耐磨浇注料覆盖;垃圾给料口采用宽垃圾给料口形式;水冷排渣口采用大水冷排渣口形式;空气预热器采用前置空气预热器形式,且前置空气预热器设置在烟道的第二流程中,所述烟道位于分离器出口,呈U型布置,由垂直膜式水冷壁组成,共有二个流程,第一流程为空烟道,第二流程布置了前置空气预热器、过热器的对流受热面,前置空气预热器的热风出口温度为400~450℃;受热面采用顺列结构、大管节距形式。本发明结构合理,运行稳定,无需掺煤。有利于减轻环境污染,环保节能。

纯烧垃圾流化床锅炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纯烧垃圾流化床锅炉。
背景技术
随着社会经济的不断发展和全民环保意识的不断增强,我们国家对锅炉行业节能减排的要求也越来越高,相关的节能环保政策也在不断的颁布实施。循环流化床燃烧技术用于处理生活垃圾正是适应了这一形势,它不仅实现了垃圾的大幅度减容,而且实现了低污染燃烧。因此,循环流化床垃圾焚烧锅炉技术近几年得到快速发展,很有发展前景。目前国内已有不少流化床垃圾焚烧炉投入运行,但由于中国垃圾成分复杂,水份大,热值低,在流化床垃圾锅炉上焚烧时其床温不稳定容易熄火,故都掺烧一定比例的煤,掺煤比例10%~30%。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,运行稳定,无需掺煤的纯烧垃圾流化床锅炉。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种纯烧垃圾流化床锅炉,包括主燃区、炉膛、垃圾给料口、水冷排渣口、空气预热器,其特征是:主燃区采用两层炉墙材料,内层为维持好床温的隔热材料层,外层为保护内层隔热材料的防磨材料层;炉膛采用绝热炉膛形式,炉膛内部全部用耐火耐磨浇注料覆盖;垃圾给料口采用宽垃圾给料口形式;水冷排渣口采用大水冷排渣口形式;空气预热器采用前置空气预热器形式,且前置空气预热器设置在烟道的第二流程中,所述烟道位于分离器出口,呈U型布置,由垂直膜式水冷壁组成,共有二个流程,第一流程为空烟道,第二流程布置了前置空气预热器、过热器的对流受热面,前置空气预热器的热风出口温度为400~450℃;受热面采用顺列结构、大管节距形式。
所述宽垃圾给料口的宽度为1.8~2m。
所述大水冷排渣口的尺寸长x宽为300x600mm。
受热面过热器管节距为200mm,空气预热器管节距为90mm,省煤器管节距70mm。
给料口内部采用保证垃圾给料均匀的耐冲击铸钢板。
本发明结构合理,运行稳定,无需掺煤。有利于减轻环境污染,环保节能。

具体实施方式
一种纯烧垃圾流化床锅炉,包括主燃区2、炉膛3、垃圾给料口5、水冷排渣口6、空气预热器1,主燃区采用两层炉墙材料,内层为维持好床温的隔热材料层,外层为保护内层隔热材料的防磨材料层,主燃区采用隔热防磨材料以稳定床温,锅炉床温对流化床垃圾锅炉的稳定运行起绝对性的作用,目前流化床垃圾炉之所以掺煤主要是因为主燃区吸收热量降低了床温,在垃圾入炉时床温无法稳定。炉膛采用绝热炉膛形式,炉膛内部全部用耐火耐磨浇注料覆盖;采用绝热炉膛提高返料温度,垃圾中水份含量高,热值低,其燃烧产生的热量要用来自身水份的蒸发,以及炉膛吸热,散热损失,灰渣热损失,剩余热量带出炉膛,要保证循环回路稳定的温度场,减少炉膛吸热成为关键。垃圾给料口采用宽垃圾给料口形式,流化床垃圾锅炉中给料是关键,垃圾给料是否均匀关系到炉膛内压力及床温的稳定。传统垃圾给料口较小浇注料易剥落容易造成垃圾成团入炉,给料口内部采用耐冲击铸钢板保证垃圾给料均匀。水冷排渣口采用大水冷排渣口形式,排渣是否顺利是流化床垃圾锅炉正常运行的保证。常规排渣口多采用铸钢件,锅炉运行后经常出现因铸造缺陷引起开裂排渣口结焦无法排渣现象。本锅炉设计采用较大水冷排渣口一方面杜决了铸钢件缺陷造成结焦情形,另一方面能够保证大的不可燃垃圾顺利从排渣口排出。空气预热器采用前置空气预热器形式,且前置空气预热器设置在烟道4的第二流程中,所述烟道位于分离器出口,呈U型布置,由垂直膜式水冷壁组成,共有二个流程,第一流程为空烟道,第二流程布置了前置空气预热器、过热器的对流受热面,该结构能够延长烟气炉内停留时间,保证锅炉产汽量,控制过热器进口烟温防止过热器高温腐蚀,下部转弯烟道借助重力分离烟尘减轻其后受热面的积灰。前置空气预热器的热风出口温度为400~450℃,将一次热空气温度提高至垃圾顺利着火燃烧所需要的温度;受热面采用顺列结构、大管节距形式,防止结垢,根据垃圾炉烟气特性及吹灰器7的作用半径,充分合理设置吹灰器数量及布置位置,减少吹灰死角,有效清除积灰以保证锅炉长时间连续运行。
所述宽垃圾给料口的宽度为1.8~2m。所述大水冷排渣口的尺寸长x宽为300x600mm。受热面过热器管节距为200mm,空气预热器管节距为90mm,省煤器管节距70mm。

1.一种纯烧垃圾流化床锅炉,包括主燃区、炉膛、垃圾给料口、水冷排渣口、空气预热器,其特征是:主燃区采用两层炉墙材料,内层为维持好床温的隔热材料层,外层为保护内层隔热材料的防磨材料层;炉膛采用绝热炉膛形式,炉膛内部全部用耐火耐磨浇注料覆盖;垃圾给料口采用宽度为1.8m~2m的垃圾给料口形式;水冷排渣口采用尺寸长×宽为300mm×600mm的水冷排渣口形式;空气预热器采用前置空气预热器形式,且前置空气预热器设置在烟道的第二流程中,所述烟道位于分离器出口,呈U型布置,由垂直膜式水冷壁组成,共有二个流程,第一流程为空烟道,第二流程布置了前置空气预热器、过热器的对流受热面,前置空气预热器的热风出口温度为400℃~450℃;受热面采用顺列结构形式,受热面过热器管节距为200mm,空气预热器管节距为90mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯烧垃圾流化床锅炉,其特征是:给料口内部采用保证垃圾给料均匀的耐冲击铸钢板。
