技术领域
本发明涉及一种既满足排水标准,又具有耐压强度高的一种300-4000mm排水缠绕双灵管及制作方法,属排水管制造领域。
背景技术
CN 2532342Y、名称“塑料螺旋管”, 由一定长度带T形肋的塑料板材通过卷管机作螺旋形卷绕将板底另一面的第一结合部与第二结合部相搭接制成管子后,在管子2个T形肋之间设有Ω形钢带,Ω形钢带的两端弯钩分别嵌入2个T形肋内;2个T形肋间设有塑料护套,护套两端设有弯钩形扣、焊接块,弯钩形扣与T形肋顶部扣合,焊接块与T形肋顶部焊接;Ω形钢带位于护套与板底之间。本实用新型增强塑料螺旋管承压能力;护套的使用大幅度地增加了塑料螺旋管在酸碱腐蚀性大的地层中使用年限。本实用新型为市政排水、排污工程、环保工程、远距离输水工程和农业节水灌溉工程提供价廉而可靠的大型塑料管道。其不足之处:耐压强度低,并且在同等耐压情况下,其制造成本非常高。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既满足排水标准,又具有耐压强度高的一种300-4000mm排水缠绕双灵管及制作方法。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。排水管由内层与加强筋复合构成的设计,是本发明的主要技术特征。这样做的目的在于:由于加强筋的内层是采用PP塑料构成,而聚丙烯(PP塑料)是继尼龙之后发展的又一优良树脂品种,它是一种高密度、无侧链、高结晶必的线性聚合物,该线性聚合特能够与构成加强筋外层的玻纤塑混合物形成良好的配合,而玻璃纤维具有绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高的特点,它与PE塑料混合所成型的加强筋外层,不仅能够提高整个加强筋的机械强度,而且耐压性能非常高,是PE耐压性能的3倍以上,因此将其作为排水管加强筋的外层,既可以有效地承受来自内层(管内)的水压,对外可以承受外界的压力,确保排水管不变形、不损坏。
技术方案1:一种300-4000mm排水缠绕双灵管,它包括排水管,所述排水管由内层和加强筋层构成,加强筋层呈波浪形且位于内层上。
技术方案2:一种300-4000mm排水缠绕双灵管的制作方法,其特征是:先将塑料挤出机挤出的PE塑料条致密无泄露地缠绕在芯模上且构成排水管内层,然后将PP塑料通过塑料挤出机挤出条状PP塑料条呈波浪状缠绕在排水管PE内层且构成排水管加强筋内层,最后将玻纤混合料通过塑料挤出机挤出条状混合料致密无泄露地缠绕在排水管加强筋内层且构成排水管加强筋外层。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是在同样管径的条件下,比同类管子节约PE材料25%,环钢度比同类结构管高20%;二是耐压高,比同类实壁管高3倍以上;三是连接方使,15分钟左右即可连接好一条且连接可靠,100%无渗漏。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1-3。一种300-4000mm排水缠绕双灵管,它包括排水管,所述排水管由内层1和加强筋层构成,加强筋层呈波浪形且位于内层1上。所述加强筋层由内层2和外层3复合构成,内层2为PP塑料、外层3为玻纤塑混合层。所述加强筋外层3由30%-50%的玻纤与70%-50%PE塑料混合挤出成型,但不局限于此比例的配合,可根据实际需要进行调整。所述排水管承插口壁内预埋有电加热丝。
实施例1-1:在实施例1的基础上,所述玻璃纤维塑混合层由30%的玻璃纤维与70%PE塑料混合挤出成型。
实施例1-2:在实施例1的基础上,所述玻璃纤维塑混合层由50%的玻璃纤维与50%PE塑料混合挤出成型。
实施例1-3:在实施例1的基础上,所述玻璃纤维塑混合层由40%的玻璃纤维与60%PE塑料混合挤出成型。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,一种300-4000mm排水缠绕双灵管的制作方法,先将塑料挤出机挤出的PE塑料带致密无泄露地缠绕在芯模上且构成排水管内层,然后将PP塑料通过塑料挤出机挤出倒V字形PP塑料条后,经冷却定形后经复合模时,玻纤混合料通过复合模致密无泄露地复合在倒V字形PP塑料条上后,最后缠绕在排水管内层即形成由波浪形加强筋层构成的排水管,排水管承插口壁内预埋有电加热丝。

1.一种300-4000mm排水缠绕双灵管,它包括排水管,其特征是:所述排水管由内层和加强筋层构成,加强筋层呈波浪形且位于内层上;所述加强筋层由内层和外层复合构成,内层为PP塑料、外层为玻纤塑混合层,玻纤塑混合层由30%-50%的玻纤与70%-50%PE塑料混合挤出成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的300-4000mm排水缠绕双灵管,其特征是:所述排水管承插口壁内预埋有电加热丝。
3.一种300-4000mm排水缠绕双灵管的制作方法,其特征是:先将塑料挤出机挤出的PE塑料带致密无泄露地缠绕在芯模上且构成排水管内层,然后将PP塑料通过塑料挤出机挤出倒V字形PP塑料条后,经冷却定形后经复合模时,玻纤混合料通过复合模致密无泄露地复合在倒V字形PP塑料条上后,最后缠绕在排水管内层即形成由波浪形加强筋层构成的排水管,排水管承插口壁内预埋有电加热丝。
