技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所详细定义的类型的、用于装配在机动车顶盖上的顶盖模块。
背景技术
原则上由现有技术已知了,将功能部件布置在机动车的顶盖区域中,并且在此特别布置在商用车辆或公共汽车的顶盖区域中。例如对此参照DE 10 2005 028 853 A1,其展示了用于商用车辆、特别是用于客车的顶盖,其中在顶盖中集成了功能单元,该功能单元可以具有燃料电池设备的电部件部分或用于消防的装置。
此外由DE 103 50 177 A1公开了一种用于机动车的、具有集成的空调装置的顶盖模块。除了空调装置之外提出,在顶盖模块中还布置了燃料电池系统。所说明的顶盖模块可以设计为具有相邻的组件的、完全预装配的机动车顶盖。该顶盖模块特别包括一个支撑顶盖结构,其可以在装配结束时整体地安装在机动车上。
因此在用于不同的机动车时灵活性非常受限制,这是因为通过顶盖模块的、整体地预装配的顶盖结构相应地限制了分别匹配的机动车。如果不同的机动车设计带有顶盖模块,那么对于各种机动车类型来说需要不同的顶盖模块,这导致顶盖模块成本过高并且昂贵。
此外事实上,包括电部件的顶盖模块的另一个缺点在于,机动车的乘客、特别是在轿车或客车中的乘客相比较而言紧挨顶盖模块的电子部件而坐,这是因为这些部件直接布置在乘客上方。由于电磁辐射因此会对人员产生危害,并且安装在该机动车中的电子部件由于在顶盖模块中安装的电学的和/或电子的部件而会被干扰。
发明内容
在此本发明的目的在于,提出一种功能性的顶盖模块,该顶盖模块在其稳定性和电磁兼容性(EMV)方面确保了最佳的结构。
根据本发明,该目的通过一种具有在权利要求1的特征部分中所述的特征的顶盖模块来实现。由从属权利要求给出了顶盖模块的有利的设计方案和改进方案。
在根据本发明的顶盖模块中的部件无论如何都包括电储能模块。根据本发明,在电储能模块和机动车顶盖之间,在支撑框架上布置有屏蔽板。该非自支撑设计的屏蔽板可以优选地设计为镀锌的薄板部件。其相对于机动车顶盖并且进而相对于机动车中的人员和电子组件屏蔽了在顶盖模块的支撑框架上的部件。因此形成了非常简单并且紧凑的结构,该结构在电磁兼容性方面在和机动车或和布置在机动车中的电子部件和/或乘坐机动车的人员相联系是没有危害的。此外通过自支撑地支撑顶盖模块的支撑框架而实现了一种结构,该结构在将顶盖模块装配到不同的机动车上时显示出高灵活性。特别地可以这样设计顶盖模块,即其和连接元件之间具有标准化的间距,因此当不同的机动车在顶盖区域中分别在类似的间距上具有固定元件时,该顶盖模块例如可以相应地匹配于不同的机动车、特别是制造商的不同的客车。通过支撑框架也可以在机动车顶盖的形状的范畴中获得一定的灵活性,这是因为可以通过相应的纵向支柱和横向支柱这样设计机动车顶盖,即确保了到顶盖的一定距离,因此机动车顶盖可以根据安装在其上的顶盖模块而不同地弯曲。
如对于屏蔽板而言通常和顶盖模块中电子部件的接地装置联系在一起那样,屏蔽板绝对安全地进行屏蔽,而这并不取决于布置在顶盖模块下面的机动车顶盖的材料和设计方案。
此外在根据本发明的顶盖模块的另一个非常有益并且有利的设计方案中提出,顶盖模块包括用于机动车的混合驱动装置的电存储器。除了已经提到的、例如可以以蓄电池或超级电容形式设计的电存储器模块以外,顶盖模块的作为用于机动车的电存储器的这个设计方案也应一同包括电力电子设备的相应组件以及逆变器。因此形成基本自给自足工作的电存储器,其例如可以使用在商用车辆、特别是客车中的混合驱动装置、特别是柴电混合动力装置中。优选地,整个顶盖模块可以仅仅是该电存储器。

具体实施方式

4.根据权利要求1,2或3中任一项所述的顶盖模块,其特征在于,所述电储能模块(13)由高功率电容器构成。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的顶盖模块,其特征在于,所述电储能模块(13)在行驶方向(F)上布置在前方。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的顶盖模块,其特征在于,所述部件还包括至少一个逆变器(11.1)和一个电力电子设备(11.2)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的顶盖模块,其特征在于,所述顶盖模块包括用于所述机动车(1)的混合驱动装置的电存储器(12)。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的顶盖模块,其特征在于,通向并且来自所述部件(13,11)的电线元件(21)分别彼此紧密地布置。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的顶盖模块,其特征在于,所述电储能模块(13)具有通风装置(19)。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的顶盖模块,其特征在于,可将通过空调装置(14)冷却的空气输送到在所述机动车(1)的所述行驶方向(F)上处于所述电储能模块(13)之前的区域。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的顶盖模块,其特征在于,可利用保护罩(4)封闭所述顶盖模块。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的顶盖模块,其特征在于,所述机动车(1)设计为商用车辆、特别设计为客车。
