Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种盖,用于密封容器,例如瓶。
背景技术
预期包含液体的瓶或其它容器需要盖,盖能形成容器的密封,其有效地防止包含于其中的液体泄漏。在某些现有瓶中,内部泡沫闭合件或内衬安置于瓶盖的底侧上用于密封目的,通常在二次加工中胶合到瓶盖。因此,泡沫内衬的使用向瓶盖构造引入了额外材料和劳动。此外,在泡沫内衬变得受损的情况下,泡沫内衬的密封能力可能受到不利影响,可能会导致液态内含物泄漏。泄漏也可由于容器中的内部压力变化而发生,例如在冷冻和随后解冻液态内含物期间可引入这种内部压力变化,这会不利地影响泡沫内衬和容器之间的密封。
作为擅开显示(tamper-evident)措施,瓶和其它容器通常用塑料收缩套包装,塑料收缩套至少部分地在容器闭合件上延伸且向下延伸到容器本身上。令人遗憾的是,这些收缩套常常可令消费者很难移除以便打开容器并获得对其中产品的接近。

根据需要,在本文中公开了本发明的详细实施例;但应了解所公开的实施例只是示范本发明,本发明可以不同和替代形式实施。附图未必按照比例绘制,且某些特点可被夸大或缩小以示出特定构件的细节。因此,本文所公开的具体结构和功能细节不应被理解为具有限制意义,而是仅作为代表性基础以教导本领域技术人员不同地采用本发明。
根据本发明的一方面,提供一种用于容器的防漏闭合件,其也便于更容易地移除在容器外部上的擅开显示密封装置。参看图1,示出根据本发明的方面的瓶盖,且大体上以附图标记10标注。瓶盖10可用于密封具有颈部的容器(未图示),例如瓶。容器可容纳液态物质,根据本发明的一非限制方面,液态物质可以是液态能量补剂或能量饮料。这种液态能量补剂或能量饮料可包含下列成份中的一种或多种:烟酸、维生素B6(例如,盐酸吡哆醇)、叶酸和维生素B12(例如,氰钴胺)、牛磺酸、葡醛内酯、苹果酸、N-乙酰L-酪氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、咖啡因和胞磷胆碱。
在参看图1以及图2至5,瓶盖10具有大体上圆形顶壁12,圆形顶壁12具有顶面14和底面16。环形外裙部18从顶壁12的最外部周围下垂,环形外裙部18具有外表面20和外表面22。外表面20可有肋部,如图1和5所示,以更容易由消费者抓握。内表面22可包括螺纹部分24,其可具有标准的螺旋配置,被布置成与容器颈部外部上的相对应形状的螺纹部分(未图示)配合以将瓶盖10固定到容器上。当然,也完全可设想到其它用于将瓶盖10附连到容器的其它手段。根据本发明的非限制性方面,如在图5中所描绘,瓶盖10的外径可为大约0.9英寸,在外裙部内表面22之间的瓶盖10的内径可为大约0.8英寸,瓶盖10高度可为大约0.6英寸,且外裙部18到顶壁底面16的长度可为大约0.5英寸。当然,应了解根据本发明的瓶盖10不限于这些绝对或相对尺寸。
瓶盖10还包括环形内裙部26或插塞,如在图2至图5中所描绘,其被布置成密封地接合于容器颈部的内径内。内裙部26也从顶壁12下垂,被设置成与外裙部18以同心关系从外裙部18径向向内。内裙部26也可用于引导瓶盖10到容器上的适当位置,且可包括锥形,如在图5中最佳地示出,其可进一步便于相对于容器颈部定位和插入内裙部26。根据本发明的非限制性方面,如在图5中所描绘,内裙部26的外径可为大约0.6英寸,内裙部26的内径可为大约0.5英寸,内裙部26的厚度可为大约0.03英寸,且内裙部26的深度可为大约0.09英寸,其中锥形的长度可为大约0.04英寸。因此,内裙部26的长度可为外裙部18长度的大约20%。同样,应了解根据本发明的瓶盖10不限于这些绝对或相对尺寸。
当瓶盖10装配到容器上时,内裙部26接触容器颈的内表面(其邻靠顶壁底面16),使得容器颈部紧密地接纳在外裙部18与内裙部26之间,从而密封容器且阻碍流体从那里流失。可通过适当地定制内裙部26和容器颈部内径的大小来形成紧密的干涉配合,以防止容器的液态内含物泄漏,即使在例如冻结/解冻(其引起容器内部压力变化)的条件下。
另外根据本发明的方面,瓶盖10可是注射模制的且具有由塑料材料形成的单件构造。根据本发明的一方面,瓶盖10可由聚丙烯或由聚丙烯和乙烯丙烯的共聚物构成。向基体聚丙烯材料添加乙烯丙烯可降低瓶盖10的脆性且增加其抗冲击性。当然,应了解还设想到用于构造瓶盖10的其它材料。
液态能量补剂或能量饮料的特定成分,例如维生素B6、维生素B12和叶酸可氧化且随后经历令人不悦的颜色变化。当现有技术泡沫内衬用于密封目的时,液体浸泡到泡沫内衬的边缘内可导致氧化,且残留物表现为暗物质,这通常令消费者不悦。使用根据本发明带内裙部26的瓶盖10排除了液体能量补剂或能量饮料遇到的这个问题。此外,用于瓶盖10构造的塑料材料提供了比现有技术泡沫内衬中使用的开孔泡沫塑料更高水平的抗氧渗透性,从而可延长液态能量补剂或能量饮料的保存期。
参看图1和图4至5,根据本发明的一方面,顶壁顶面14可大体上凹陷且外裙部18可包括环形凸缘28,环形凸缘28绕顶壁12的周边从顶面14向上延伸。根据本发明的一非限制方面,从凸缘28限定的平面到顶面14的距离可从在凸缘28附近的大约0.095英寸变为顶壁12中心处或附近的大约0.105英寸。因此,从顶壁12的顶面14中心到凸缘28限定的平面的距离可为瓶盖10总高度的大约10%,15%或20%。但应了解瓶盖10不限于这些绝对或相对尺寸。还应了解如本文所用的术语“凹陷”并不限于描述具有恒定曲率半径的表面,而是用于表示表面的总体外观。
在一实施例中,顶壁12的凹陷跨越瓶盖10直径的大约80%、85%或90%,但也能设想到其它比例。顶面14的凹陷允许收缩套部分地跨越在该凹陷上,且具有足够的直径以为消费者的手指或手指甲提供更易于接近瓶盖10上的收缩套边缘的途径。凹陷顶面14的大小也提供符合人体工学的表面,其与消费者手指的自然弯曲合作以帮助移除收缩套包装。
继续参看图1和图4至图5,凸缘28可用于多种目的。如上文所述,一个目的为可扩大收缩套与顶面14凹陷之间的高度差,允许消费者容易接近收缩套的边缘以便于它的移除。凸缘28的第二目的可加强瓶盖10以抵抗破裂,如在容器掉落或盖10另外碰撞坚硬表面的情况下。凸缘28构造需要最少量的塑料材料,这产生轻质但坚固的瓶盖10。在一实施例中,凸缘28可具有瓶盖10直径的大约10%或15%厚度,但也能设想到其它比例。维持轻质瓶盖10具有成本效益并促进注射模制过程中的快速循环时间。另外,凸缘28和其与凹陷顶面14成角度连接的陡度的组合形成独特的“阴影边框(shadow box)”效果以突显设于顶面14上的任何标记,例如图1所描绘的标志30。消费者的眼睛可被吸引到下凹的标志30和标志30与背景之间的对比,且因此这种配置可形成一种独特的三维品牌标识。当然,应了解本文所描绘的具体标志30是纯示范性的,且根据本发明也可完全设想到其它标志或标记。

Claims (20)
1.一种盖,用于密封具有颈部的容器,所述盖包括:
环形外裙部,其具有内表面和外表面,所述外裙部的顶部形成环形凸缘;
大体上凹陷的顶壁,其从由所述凸缘限定的平面径向向内且在由所述凸缘限定的平面下方延伸,所述顶壁具有顶面和底面;以及
环形内裙部,其从所述顶壁底面向下延伸,且从所述外裙部径向向内并与所述外裙部同心地布置,其中当所述盖附连到所述容器颈部上时,所述内裙部被配置成与所述容器颈部的内表面密封地接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盖,其还包括安置于所述外裙部和所述凸缘周围的收缩套,所述收缩套部分地跨越所述顶壁,在所述顶壁与所述收缩套之间限定一空间,使得手指的至少一部分适合放于它们之间以便于移除所述收缩套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的盖,其中所述凹陷的顶壁的直径是所述盖直径的至少大约80%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的盖,其中从所述顶壁顶面的中心到由所述凸缘限定的平面的距离是所述盖高度的至少大约10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的盖,其中所述顶壁顶面包括标记。
6.根据权利要求5所述的盖,其中所述顶壁在所述凸缘附近以陡峭角向内延伸,使得在所述顶壁周围形成阴影,从而相对于所述标记产生阴影边框效果。
7.根据权利要求1所述的盖,其中所述外裙部、所述顶壁和所述内裙部由聚丙烯和乙烯-丙烯的共聚物一体地形成,以降低所述盖的脆性且增加其抗冲击性。
8.根据权利要求1所述的盖,其中所述内裙部包括内向锥形部分,以便于相对于所述容器颈部的内表面定位所述内裙部。
9.根据权利要求1所述的盖,其中所述外裙部的外表面包括多个肋部。
10.根据权利要求1所述的盖,其中所述外裙部的内表面包括螺纹部分,用于与所述容器颈部外表面上相对应的螺纹部分配合。
11.一种盖,用于密封包含能量饮料的瓶,所述盖包括:
环形外裙部,其具有内表面和外表面,所述外裙部的顶部形成环形凸缘;
大体上凹陷的顶壁,其从由所述凸缘限定的平面径向向内且在由所述凸缘限定的平面下方延伸,所述顶壁具有顶面和底面,其中所述凹陷的顶壁的直径为所述盖的直径的至少大约80%;以及
环形内裙部,其从所述顶壁底面向下延伸,且从所述外裙部径向向内并与所述外裙部同心地布置,其中当所述盖附连到所述容器颈部上时,所述内裙部被配置成与所述容器颈部的内表面密封地接合,以防止能量饮料氧化。
12.根据权利要求11所述的盖,其还包括安置于所述外裙部和所述凸缘周围的收缩套,所述收缩套部分地跨越所述顶壁,在所述顶壁与所述收缩套之间限定一空间,使得手指的至少一部分适合放于它们之间,以便于移除所述收缩套。
13.根据权利要求11所述的盖,其中从所述顶壁顶面的中心到由所述凸缘限定的平面的距离是所述盖的高度的至少大约10%。

大体上凹陷的顶壁,其从由所述凸缘限定的平面径向向内且在由所述凸缘限定的平面下方延伸,所述顶壁具有顶面和底面,其中从所述顶壁顶面的中心到由所述凸缘限定的平面的距离是所述盖高度的至少大约10%,且其中所述顶壁的顶面包括标记;以及
环形内裙部,其从所述顶壁底面向下延伸,且从所述外裙部径向向内并与所述外裙部同心地布置,其中当所述盖附连到所述容器颈部上时,所述内裙部被配置成与所述容器颈部的内表面密封地接合;
其中所述顶壁在所述凸缘附近以陡峭角向内延伸,使得在所述顶壁周围形成阴影,从而相对于所述标记产生阴影边框效果。
