本发明提供了一种现场生产轻质墙体材料,属于一种建筑用材料,所述的墙体材料由粉煤灰、水泥、陶粒、陶砂、草酸和水按配比制成。这种墙体材料可在现场浇注成墙体,一次成型,形成的墙体强度大、表面光洁程度高、无接缝、不裂缝、不龟裂、不易变形,与框架主体连接固定效果好。墙体轻,墙体外表面可直接进行刮瓷、刮腻子等,门口、窗口构件及电源线路、管盒等可直接浇铸在墙体上,安装牢固、节省人工。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种新型墙体材料,尤其是一种现场生产的墙体材料。
背景技术
目前的建筑大多是框架结构,建设过程中要在框架之间填充建筑材料,以构成外墙和内墙墙体。以前的填充用建筑材料为红砖,但取土烧砖会耗费大量土地资源,已逐渐被禁止。其它的填充建筑材料如砌块以及内墙用的预制材料存在墙体较重,易发生开缝、龟裂、起鼓等质量问题,且施工速度慢,整体性差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种现场生产墙体材料,以提高施工进度,提高墙体质量。
本发明是这样实现的,一种现场生产轻质墙体材料,所述的墙体材料由下述配比的原料制成,
粉煤灰 230-350重量份
水泥 180-230重量份
陶粒 250-350重量份
陶砂 80-140重量份
草酸 0.3-0.7重量份
水 180-220重量份。
这种墙体材料可在现场浇注成墙体,一次成型,形成的墙体强度大、表面光洁程度高、无接缝、不裂缝、不龟裂、不易变形,与框架主体连接固定效果好。墙体轻,墙体外表面可直接进行刮瓷、刮腻子等,门口、窗口构件及电源线路、管盒等可直接浇铸在墙体上,安装牢固、节省人工。
具体实施方式
下面进一步说明本发明。
本发明现场生产轻质墙体的制作方法是,将传统模板或机械模具在墙位现场安装固定。按重量比称取上述原料并混合搅拌均匀,然后将其注入模板内侧,无需震动,10小时后可拆除模板对墙体的进行修整,就会得到成品墙体。
门口、窗口构件及电源线路、管盒等可直接浇铸在墙体上。这样比墙体制成后再安装要牢固,且节省人工。
墙体的厚度可根据工程需要进行调整,增加了房屋居住的私密性和使用面积。
所述的水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥。
实施例1
称取粉煤灰230公斤、水泥230公斤、陶粒250公斤、陶砂140公斤、草酸0.3公斤、水220公斤。将上述原料混合搅拌均匀,制成现场生产轻质墙体材料。
实施例2
称取粉煤灰350公斤、水泥180公斤、陶粒350公斤、陶砂80公斤、草酸0.7公斤、水180公斤。将上述原料混合搅拌均匀,制成现场生产轻质墙体材料。
实施例3
称取粉煤灰290公斤、水泥200公斤、陶粒300公斤、陶砂115公斤、草酸0.5公斤、水200公斤。将上述原料混合搅拌均匀,制成现场生产轻质墙体材料。
