Abstract

本发明提出了一种设置有自动平衡保温阀的太阳能热水器水箱。所述自动平衡保温阀设置在水箱通气口内,阀体呈片状,或由定片和动片组成,动片与定片之间设有活动间隙;或由动片和动片与通气口内壁的连接件组成,动片与通气口内壁之间设有活动间隙。本发明的保温阀具有良好的自动平衡功能,其动片张合度大小受压力差控制;可实现通气口通流截面积的自行调节。水箱上水、放水操作顺畅,当水箱无压差存在,保温阀为静态原状,只有微小间隙平衡箱内外压力,能有效防止对流团产生,明显降低了通气口的对流换热损失,提高了水箱的保温效果;且该阀结构简单、制作难度小、耗材少,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能热水器储水箱,特别是涉及设置有自动平衡保温阀的太阳能热水器水箱。
背景技术
太阳能热水器水箱,通常均兼有储水和保温的双重功能,水箱保温性能的优劣,在国家标准中,是以其热损系数作为指标的,热损系数也是衡量太阳能热水器整体质量的重要指标之一。为此长期以来,业内科技人员对提高水箱的保温性能给予了高度关注,除了对水箱设置内胆,并在水箱外壳与内胆之间充填保温材料外,还对水箱的通气口增设盖或阀,来防止水箱内热量无止境地向大气中散发。这种技术手段有效地提高了水箱的保温性能,但是,在通气口上加盖,失却了通气口的作用,又产生了水箱的上水、放水操作不畅的新问题;在通气口上加阀,如:专利200920269760.7公开的一种太阳能热水器进、出气自动启闭保温阀,其技术方案是采用进、出气双向单向阀,以平衡水箱内外的压力差,不影响水箱的顺利上水和放水使用,当压力平衡时两个单向阀同时关闭,从而阻止水箱中热气向外散发,达到保温目的。然而该阀的应用依然存在如下不足之处:结构复杂,组合零件较多,可靠性差,维修麻烦,而且通气口的通流面积大小不可调整,故尚有改进的必要。
发明内容
本发明针对上述所存在的不足之处,提出了一种设置有自动平衡保温阀的太阳能热水器水箱,目的在于通过对阀体结构进行全面创新,实现以最简单的阀结构,自动调整水箱通气口的通流面积,平衡水箱内外的压力差,解决业内长期以来均未获妥善解决的水箱保温问题。
本发明的技术解决方案:
本发明以下所述的技术解决方案,均包括设有外壳、内胆、进出水口、通气口的太阳能热水器水箱本体,外壳、内胆之间充填有保温材料,通气口一端与内胆腔相通,另一端与大气相通。各技术解决方案的特征是:
技术解决方案之一:所述的通气口内设置有自动平衡保温阀(以下简称保温阀),该保温阀呈片体状,由定片和动片组成,其定片为设有连接段的环形片体,环的外周边与通气口截面形状相一致,且与通气口内壁作密封连接;动片位于定片的内环中,动片的部分外周边与环形定片的连接段相连,动片的外周边与定片的内环边之间设有活动间隙。其进一步技术解决方案:动片的部分外周边与环形定片的连接段相连方式,或是定片与动片为无接缝的整体件,或是定片与动片为分体连接的整体件。
技术解决方案之二:所述的通气口内设置有自动平衡保温阀,该保温阀呈片体状,由定片和动片组成,其定片外周边与通气口截面形状相一致,且与通气口内壁作密封连接;该定片为花瓣状的镂空片体;动片呈花瓣状,定片与动片的中心相连,动片的“花瓣”边缘与定片镂空的“花瓣”边缘之间设有活动间隙。
技术解决方案之三:所述的通气口内设置有自动平衡保温阀,该保温阀呈片体状,由动片和动片与通气口内壁的连接件组成,其动片外周边与通气口截面形状相一致,动片与通气口内壁之间设有活动间隙;动片与通气口内壁的连接件设置在通气口轴向的内壁上。其进一步技术解决方案是所述连接件为弹性支撑脚。
技术解决方案之四:所述的通气口内设置有自动平衡保温阀,该保温阀呈片体状,由动片和动片与通气口内壁的连接件组成,其动片外周边与通气口截面形状相一致,动片与通气口内壁之间设有活动间隙;动片与通气口内壁的连接件两端各设置在通气口内壁的相对处。其进一步技术解决方案是所述连接件为铰链轴;所述的动片,或分成两片分别设置在铰链轴的两侧,或分成多片对称地设置在铰链轴的两侧,且片与片之间设有活动间隙。
     以上各技术解决方案中,
所述的活动间隙为0.5-3毫米。
所述的保温阀均安装在通气口靠近水箱内胆的位置。
所述的保温阀定片和动片的材质或为不锈钢,或为弹簧钢,或为橡胶。
所述的通气口通向大气的一端安装有架空于其上的防雨罩。
本发明的有益效果
(一)本发明在通气口中增设了保温阀,明显降低了通气口的对流换热损失,
特别是在冬季,相当于为暖壶口加上了盖子,使水箱中的热量难以散发,提高了水箱的保温效果;本发明在通气口顶端所安装的防雨罩能有效防止雨、雪进入通气口和保温阀,防止保温阀不因冬天温度过低而冻堵,保持阀体正常工作。
(二)本发明的保温阀具有良好的自动平衡功能,其动片张合度大小受压力差控制;可实现通气口通流截面积的自行调节。当水箱上水时,自来水通过管道进入水箱内,压缩水体上面的空气,水箱内的空气压力比箱外大,保温阀动片在压力作用下通流面积增大,多余的空气顺利排泄到箱外;当水箱放水时,箱内的空气压力小于箱外,在压力差作用下,保温阀反向开启,向箱内补充空气;当水箱在非运行状态,因无压差存在,保温阀为静态的原状,只有微小间隙用以平衡箱内外压力,能有效防止对流团产生,从而达到保温之目的。且该阀结构简单、耗材少,制作难度小,实用性强。

本发明包括设有外壳1、内胆2、进出水口3、通气口4的太阳能热水器水箱本体,外壳、内胆之间充填有保温材料5,通气口内靠近内胆腔部位设置有自动平衡片体状保温阀6,通气口的顶端架设有防雨罩7。

实施例一的保温阀由环形定片61和圆形动片62组成,动片位于定片中,动片的部分外周边与定片在连接段63处相连,动片的外周边与定片的内环边之间设有活动间隙8。

实施例二的保温阀由花瓣状的镂空定片64和花瓣状动片65组成,定片与动片的中心相连,动片的“花瓣”边缘与定片镂空的“花瓣”边缘之间设有活动间隙8。

实施例三的保温阀由圆形动片66和动片弹性支撑脚661组成,动片与通气口内壁41之间设有活动间隙8。

综上,本发明的各实施例所给出的保温阀均能达到相同的发明目的。

1.设置有自动平衡保温阀的太阳能热水器水箱,包括设有外壳、内胆、进出水口、通气口的太阳能热水器水箱本体,外壳、内胆之间充填有保温材料,通气口一端与内胆腔相通,另一端与大气相通,其特征在于:所述的通气口内设置有自动平衡保温阀,该保温阀呈片体状,由定片和动片组成,其定片外周边与通气口截面形状相一致,且与通气口内壁作密封连接;该定片为花瓣状的镂空片体;动片呈花瓣状,定片与动片的中心相连,动片的“花瓣”边缘与定片镂空的“花瓣”边缘之间设有活动间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设置有自动平衡保温阀的太阳能热水器水箱,其特征在于:所述的活动间隙为0.5-3毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设置有自动平衡保温阀的太阳能热水器水箱,其特征在于:所述的保温阀均安装在通气口靠近水箱内胆的位置;保温阀定片和动片的材质或为不锈钢,或为弹簧钢,或为橡胶。
