一种小型柔性分料送料机械手,涉及一种机械手,包括分料装置和送料装置,所述的分料装置包括滑槽和固定在滑槽两侧的支架,滑槽内设有滑块,滑块的一侧与双作用单杆气缸的气缸杆相连,双作用单杆气缸位于支架的外侧,滑槽上还设有端盖;所述的滑块上设有一储料孔,端盖上分别设有进料孔和进气孔,滑槽上设有出料孔,所述的进料孔与储料孔同轴,所述的进气孔与出料孔同轴;所述的送料装置包括带支架的垂直位移气缸和送料器,送料器固定在垂直位移气缸下方,所述的送料器内设有滑道,滑道一端通向送料器底部,另一端通向送料器侧面,并通过软管与滑槽上的出料孔相连。本发明可以准确快速的对微小物料进行分料、供料,实现快速准确的安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械手,具体地说是一种小型柔性分料送料机械手。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,机械手越来越多的被运用到各类领域,尤其是自动化生产线,但目前自动化生产线所使用的机械手大多比较大,不适合生产体积较小的零件,由于微小零件不易加持,对机械手的制造要求就会很严格,既要实现高精度的抓取还要提高工作可靠性,对于像塑料柱、弹簧这类的微小零件抓取很不方便,分料送料安装也非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种小型柔性分料送料机械手,解决上述问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种小型柔性分料送料机械手,其特征是,包括分料装置和送料装置,所述的分料装置包括滑槽和固定在滑槽两侧的支架,滑槽内设有滑块,滑块的一侧与双作用单杆气缸的气缸杆相连,双作用单杆气缸位于支架的外侧,滑槽上还设有端盖;所述的滑块上设有一储料孔,端盖上分别设有进料孔和进气孔,滑槽上设有出料孔,所述的进料孔与储料孔同轴,所述的进气孔与出料孔同轴;所述的送料装置包括带支架的垂直位移气缸和送料器,送料器固定在垂直位移气缸下方,所述的送料器内设有滑道,滑道一端通向送料器底部,另一端通向送料器侧面,并通过软管与滑槽上的出料孔相连;所述的端盖的进料孔处还设有光纤传感器;所述的送料器内还设有一气道与滑道相通,气道口与气管相连。
本发明的有益效果是:可以准确快速的对微小物料进行分料、供料,实现快速准确的安装。

具体实施方式
如图1,图2,图3所示,一种小型柔性分料送料机械手,包括分料装置和送料装置,所述的分料装置包括滑槽1和固定在滑槽1两侧的支架2,滑槽1内设有滑块3,滑块3的一侧与双作用单杆气缸4的气缸杆相连,双作用单杆气缸4位于支架2的外侧,滑槽1上还设有端盖5;所述的滑块3上设有一储料孔31,储料孔31与供料装置连接,端盖5上分别设有进料孔51和进气孔52,进气孔52与供气装置相连接,滑槽1上设有出料孔11,所述的进料孔51与储料孔31同轴,所述的进气孔52与出料孔11同轴;所述的送料装置包括带支架的垂直位移气缸6和送料器7,送料器7固定在垂直位移气缸6下方,如图4所示,送料器7内设有滑道71,滑道71一端通向送料器7底部,另一端通向送料器7侧面,并通过软管8与滑槽1上的出料孔11相连;为了能及时知道物料是否有进入到滑槽1内,在端盖5的进料孔51处还设有光纤传感器9,当物料正常通过进料孔51进入滑槽1内时,设备正常运作,当缺少物料时,光纤传感器9会将信号反馈给控制器给出缺件提示;当物料送入送料器7中的滑道71时,由于滑道71是弯道,为了更好的保证物料能送入到指定工位,因此在送料器7内还设有一气道72与滑道71相通,气道口与气管相连,当物料进入滑道71时,同时气道72供气给物料一个向下的力保证物料的下落。
工作原理:工作时,物料由供料装置经过端盖5上的进料孔51送入滑块3上的储料孔31中,双作用单杆气缸4带动滑块3向右移动至端盖5上的进气孔52处,由于进气孔52与滑槽1上的出料孔11同轴,因此当进气孔52通气时,物料从滑槽1上的出料孔11吹出并通过软管8由侧面进入送料器7的滑道71内,同时送料器7在垂直位移气缸6的带动下已向下运动至对应工装处,物料从送料器7底部吹出送入指定工位,完成安装。

1.一种小型柔性分料送料机械手,其特征是,包括分料装置和送料装置,所述的分料装置包括滑槽和固定在滑槽两侧的支架,滑槽内设有滑块,滑块的一侧与双作用单杆气缸的气缸杆相连,双作用单杆气缸位于支架的外侧,滑槽上还设有端盖;所述的滑块上设有一储料孔,端盖上分别设有进料孔和进气孔,滑槽上设有出料孔,所述的进料孔与储料孔同轴,所述的进气孔与出料孔同轴;所述的送料装置包括带支架的垂直位移气缸和送料器,送料器固定在垂直位移气缸下方,所述的送料器内设有滑道,滑道一端通向送料器底部,另一端通向送料器侧面,并通过软管与滑槽上的出料孔相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型柔性分料送料机械手,其特征是,所述的端盖的进料孔处还设有光纤传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型柔性分料送料机械手,其特征是,所述的送料器内还设有一气道与滑道相通,气道口与气管相连。
