本发明涉及的是连杆提升工具,属于发动机生产工装技术领域。
背景技术
汽车发动机的连杆在发动机中是比较精密的零件,稍有碰伤就会使该零件使用寿命降低,本发明就是为了解决发动机流水线生产过程中取放连杆的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题为了解决发动机流水线生产过程中取放连杆的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案连杆提升工具,包括手柄1、左右对称的夹臂2、联动手柄3、导向圆柱销4和压簧5,其特征在于左右对称的夹臂2分别用销钉连接在手柄2的两端,夹臂2可绕所述销钉旋转,所述夹臂2上开有斜腰孔,联动手柄3位于手柄1下部,联动手柄3上有圆柱状突台,圆柱状突台能插入所述的斜腰孔内,导向圆柱销4插入手柄2和联动手柄3之间的孔内,压簧5对称安装在圆柱销4的两侧。
所述夹臂2的夹持部有压块7,夹块5上有与连杆连接的螺栓定位孔。
本发明的优点:夹持连杆方便,结构简单实用。

具体实施方式
连杆提升工具,包括手柄1、左右对称的夹臂2、联动手柄3、导向圆柱销4和压簧5,其特征在于左右对称的夹臂2分别用销钉连接在手柄2的两端,夹臂2可绕所述销钉旋转,所述夹臂2上开有斜腰孔,联动手柄3位于手柄1下部,联动手柄3上有圆柱状突台,圆柱状突台能插入所述的斜腰孔内,导向圆柱销4插入手柄2和联动手柄3之间的孔内,压簧5对称安装在圆柱销4的两侧。
所述夹臂2的夹持部有压块7,夹块5上有与连杆连接的螺栓定位孔。
所述导向圆柱销4在连杆提升工具中起到导向作用。
所述两个对称的斜腰孔在连杆提升工具的虎口方向可以成锐角,也可以称钝角。当成锐角时,联动手柄3位于图1所示状态时,压簧5处于不受压状态,当手握紧联动手柄3时,连杆提升工具的虎口打开,松开连杆。用处:当需要夹持连杆时,手握紧联动手柄,打开连杆提升工具的虎口,将连杆放入虎口内,松手,连杆提升工具将连杆夹住,然后人工上紧夹块5上的螺钉。再提起连杆提升工具时,此时由于螺钉将连杆提升工具的虎口固定住,所以虎口是打不开的。当虎口成钝角时,联动手柄3位于图1所示状态时,压簧5处于轻度受压状态,原理及用途同上述相同。

Claims (2)

1.连杆提升工具,包括手柄(1)、左右对称的夹臂(2)、联动手柄(3)、导向圆柱销(4)和压簧(5),其特征在于左右对称的夹臂(2)分别用销钉连接在手柄(2)的两端,夹臂(2)可绕所述销钉旋转,所述夹臂(2)上开有斜腰孔,联动手柄(3)位于手柄(1)下部,联动手柄(3)上有圆柱状突台,圆柱状突台能插入所述的斜腰孔内,导向圆柱销(4)插入手柄(2)和联动手柄(3)之间的孔内,压簧(5)对称安装在圆柱销(4)的两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连杆提升工具,其特征在于所述夹臂2的夹持部有压块7,夹块5上有与连杆连接的螺栓定位孔。
