技术领域
本公开涉及发电机封装布置,其利于将较重的发电机安装到较小的齿轮箱上,而不会不利地影响齿轮箱重量,同时保持希望的发电机设计特征。
背景技术
随着现代商用飞机向更电子化的构造转变,相对较大的发电机被安装到较小的发动机机舱中。这些相对较重的发电机还被安装到较小的附件齿轮箱。随着发电机重量开始成为附件齿轮箱负载中的大部分,有必要对附件齿轮箱进行特殊的设计改变以适应发电机。而且,由于发电机通常离开附件齿轮箱悬臂安装,较重的发电机会导致悬垂弯矩增大,这要求增大附件齿轮箱壳体的壁厚和重量。
发明内容
根据本公开示例性方面的附件系统包括发电机,该发电机与附件齿轮箱整体安装,使得发电机的驱动齿轮与齿轮系啮合接合。
根据本公开示例性方面的发电机包括驱动轴组件,其被支撑在发电机壳体内。驱动齿轮、主发电机动力部分和永磁体发电机(PMG)由驱动轴组件驱动,永磁体发电机(PMG)关于主发电机动力部分安装成与驱动齿轮相对。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出了发电机20,其通过驱动齿轮20G安装到飞机附件齿轮箱AG(示意性示出),驱动齿轮20G绕发电机旋转轴线A旋转以形成附件齿轮箱系统10。在公开的非限制性实施例中,可利用整体安装的齿轮箱发电机和2极整体安装的齿轮箱发电机。应理解的是,发电机可替代地为起动发电机或其他这种机器。应认识到的是,2极机器以相对较高速度操作并且可具有比4极机器相对较大的芯,然而4极机器提供了相对较大的转子机械强度并且可具有相对较高的可靠性。应认识到的是,任何极数设计的发电机均可与附件齿轮箱AG为一整体,如本文所述。
发电机20包括限定了安装法兰20F的发电机壳体20H,该安装法兰20F相对于附件齿轮箱AG在驱动齿轮20G的轴向外侧。驱动齿轮20G在贝状部(scallop)21处延伸穿过发电机壳体20H的侧区域以与附件齿轮箱AG内的齿轮系G啮合。驱动齿轮20G与附件齿轮箱AG的齿轮系G为一整体。也就是说,驱动齿轮20G是齿轮系G的一部分,使得驱动齿轮20G下游的齿轮用于驱动相关联的附件系统。
参照图2,发电机20通常包括主发电机动力部分22、激励器24、整流器组件26和可选的永磁体发电机(PMG)28。发电机20提供了封装布置,在其中,发电机20最重的部分(例如主发电机动力部分22)通常邻近齿轮箱安装法兰20F定位并且至少部分地在附件齿轮箱AG内。
主发电机动力部分22提供交流(AC)功率到飞机电气总线(未示出)。激励器24提供激励电流到主发电机动力部分22的场。整流器组件26为了主发电机动力部分22的主场部分而提供激励器电枢交流(AC)功率到直流(DC)功率的转换。如果要求发电机自激,则发电机20还将包括PMG 28,其为了发电机场激励功率而提供AC功率到发电机控制单元。
主发电机动力部分22、激励器24和可选的PMG 28安装在共用转子轴组件30上,该共用转子轴组件30被主轴承34A、34B支撑在发电机20的发电机壳体20H内。在一个非限制性实施例中,齿轮箱安装法兰20F和主发电机动力部分22轴向位于主轴承34A、34B之间,激励器24安装在转子轴组件30上位于第二主轴承34B的轴向外侧。可选的PMG 28可位于主发电机动力部分22的轴向外侧或与主发电机动力部分22的发电机驱动齿轮G相对,并且激励器24与主发电机动力部分22安装在齿轮箱的相同侧。
整流器组件26安装到转子轴组件30内部。整流器组件26典型地包括三个或六个分立二极管36,其布置成使得它们提供对激励器24产生的AC功率的整流。整流器组件26的DC输出供给到主发电机动力部分22的主场中。
二极管36在转子轴组件30内部的定位提供了发电机20内的空间的高效利用。分立的二极管36和相关联的电连接以紧凑方式布置使得二极管36将容易地装配在二极管壳体38内,该二极管壳体38装配在转子轴组件30内。二极管壳体38提供对二极管36的支撑、电连接和各种电路的绝缘。应理解的是,额外的部件可设在二极管壳体38内以提供支撑和电绝缘。
参照图3,激励器24的三相输出连接到旋转整流器AC连接并且整流器组件26的DC输出连接到主发电机动力部分22。激励器24的AC输出经由导线提供到整流器组件26,该导线从激励器24向内延伸到整流器组件26。导线附接到激励器24内的独立绕组并且独立地连接到整流器组件26内的三个AC电路。整流器组件26的DC输出经由导线或母线连接到发电机动力部分22,该导线或母线从整流器组件26轴向和径向延伸到发电机动力部分22。
本文公开的发电机20装置还允许分解器(未示出)封装在其中。分解器是包括转子和定子的旋转装置。分解器转子安装到转子轴组件30并且定子安装到壳体。分解器提供电信号,该电信号能够被控制单元用于发电机或起动机/发电机以识别发电机或起动机/发电机转子相对于发电机壳体20H的位置。分解器转子和定子的确切构造可变化,并且可由绕线转子或实心转子构成。分解器定子由一个或多个绕组构成,该绕组与由分解器转子产生的旋转磁场耦合。该耦合产生了定子绕组内的电信号,该电信号供给到控制单元以确定转子位置。转子位置信息被控制单元用于确定适当的控制信号,该控制信号必须应用到发电机或起动机/发电机以实现正确操作。
发电机20提供了封装布置,在其中,发电机20最重的部分接近齿轮箱安装法兰20F定位。这最小化了必须由附件齿轮箱AG反作用的悬垂力矩,并且允许发电机壳体和附件齿轮箱壳体二者更轻。该封装布置还最小化壳体以及发电机和齿轮箱之间的轴/轴承重量,这是因为它们是共用部件。
应理解的是,相对位置术语,例如“前”、“后”、“上”、“下”、“之上”、“之下”等等是参照车辆的正常操作姿态的,并且不应被认为是以其他方式限制。
应理解的是,在全部几张附图中相同附图标记指示相应或相似元件。还应理解的是,尽管在所示实施例中公开了具体部件装置,但是其他装置将从中获益。

Claims (12)
1.一种附件系统,包括:
包括齿轮系的附件齿轮箱;以及
发电机,其与所述附件齿轮箱整体安装,使得所述发电机的驱动齿轮与所述齿轮系啮合接合。
2.如权利要求1所述的附件系统,其中,所述齿轮系包括第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮与所述驱动齿轮啮合接合。
3.如权利要求1所述的附件系统,其中,所述齿轮系包括第一和第二齿轮,所述第一和第二齿轮均与所述驱动齿轮啮合接合。
4.如权利要求1所述的附件系统,其中,在所述驱动齿轮从所述发电机分离的情况下,所述齿轮系是可驱动的。
5.如权利要求1所述的附件系统,进一步包括:
发电机壳体,其限定贝状部,所述驱动齿轮延伸穿过贯通所述贝状部形成的开口。
6.如权利要求5所述的附件系统,进一步包括由所述发电机壳体限定的安装法兰,所述安装法兰轴向定位成邻近主发电机动力部分。
7.如权利要求5所述的附件系统,进一步包括被支撑在所述发电机壳体内的驱动轴组件,所述驱动齿轮由所述驱动轴组件驱动。
8.如权利要求7所述的附件系统,进一步包括由所述驱动轴组件驱动的激励器,所述激励器与由所述驱动轴组件驱动的主发电机动力部分位于所述驱动轴组件的同一侧上。
9.一种发电机,包括:
发电机壳体;
驱动轴组件,其被支撑在所述发电机壳体内;
驱动齿轮,其由所述驱动轴组件驱动;
主发电机动力部分,其由所述驱动轴组件驱动;以及
永磁体发电机,其由所述驱动轴组件驱动,所述永磁体发电机关于所述主发电机动力部分安装成与所述驱动齿轮相对。
10.如权利要求9所述的发电机,进一步包括由所述驱动轴组件驱动的激励器,所述激励器相对于所述驱动齿轮与所述主发电机动力部分轴向地位于所述驱动轴组件的相同侧上。
11.如权利要求9所述的发电机,其中,所述发电机壳体限定贝状部,并且所述驱动齿轮延伸穿过贯通所述贝状部形成的开口。
12.如权利要求9所述的发电机,进一步包括由所述发电机壳体限定的安装法兰,所述安装法兰轴向定位成邻近所述主发电机动力部分。
