本发明公开了一种墙壁保温涂料,其按下列原料按照重量配比搅拌制成:56-67份丙烯酸乳液,10-20份聚天门冬氨酸酯,20份空心玻璃微球,10份陶瓷纤维,15-25份立德粉,8份氟碳润湿流平剂FCP-54,15-18份硅灰石粉,6份消泡剂,3份聚丙烯酸铵盐分散剂。本发明的产品具有很好的隔热、保温作用,能明显保持建筑物室内环境温度,且不需专门喷涂设备施工,原料价格低廉。

本发明涉及一种墙壁保温涂料,属于化工涂料技术领域。
技术背景
20世纪70年代后,世界气候变暖,地球能源日趋枯竭。在我国能源消耗中,建筑能耗大约占全国能源消耗的1/4,而建筑用保温材料仅占总量的11%左右,可见建筑节能潜力很大。在国外大力普及隔热保温材料的背景下,可以预知,我国将逐步出台对新住宅需要采取隔热保温措施的法规。建筑隔热材料中建筑隔热涂料因经济、使用方便和隔热效果好等优点而越来越受到人们的青睐,发展前景光明。目前,在大部分建筑的保温材料中起保温作用的是泡沫塑料、膨胀珍珠岩和空心微珠等成分。他们是利用颗粒内部的孔隙和和颗粒之间的空隙,阻止热流的传递和辐射传热,并取得一定的保温效果。但随着国家对建筑材料要求的进一步提高,对建筑材料的保温效果提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种保温性优良的墙壁保温涂料,能有效保持室内环境温度。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用一个技术方案是:一种墙壁保温涂料按下列原料按照重量配比搅拌制成:56-67份丙烯酸乳液,10-20份聚天门冬氨酸酯,20份空心玻璃微球,10份陶瓷纤维,15-25份立德粉,8份氟碳润湿流平剂FCP-54,15-18份硅灰石粉,6份消泡剂,3份聚丙烯酸铵盐分散剂。
本发明的产品具有很好的隔热、保温作用,能明显保持建筑物室内环境温度,且不需专门喷涂设备施工,原料价格低廉。
