Description

本发明涉及一种液体加热或冷却循环器,更具体地涉及一种加热和冷却诸如蛋液之类的液体并能方便地清洗的液体加热和冷却循环器。
作为常规使用的液体加热或冷却循环器,至今为止已提出了许多种构造,代表性的如日本实用新型公开30-781和33-17286中所公开的构造。
上述实用新型30-781公开了一种具有许多通孔的平板式结构,而上述实用新型33-17286公开了一种具有许多侧向安置的管子的管式结构。
在上述液体加热或冷却循环器中,存在着下列问题。
在实用新型30-781的构造中,上述平板中的上述通孔经常发生液体的堵塞。
在实用新型33-17286的构造中,上述侧向管子经常发生液体的堵塞,而且由于这些管子是侧向安置的,清洗非常困难。
鉴于先有技术装置的这些缺点,本发明的主要目的是提供一种加热或冷却诸如蛋液之类的液体并能方便地进料和方便地清洗的液体加热和冷却循环器。
根据本发明的液体加热或冷却循环器包括:一个圆筒形的罐体,许多根按照上述罐体的轴垂直设置在该罐体中的管子,支承上述管子的上部和下部的上支承板和下支承板,一个可以拆卸地安装在上述上支承板上并具有一个上开口的上导向罐体,一个可以拆卸地安装在上述下支承板下并具有一个下开口的下导向罐体,一个连接在上述罐体 上用于加热或冷却上述罐体内部的加热或冷却机构,上述管子是在垂直状态下使用的。
在本发明的液体加热或冷却循环器中,可以在垂直管子中使液体平稳地循环而不发生液体的堵塞。
本发明可以刚巧在由于在上述罐体中加热上述蛋液而产生凝胶状态之前将蛋液有效地送入。
此外,本发明可以沿同一方向操作一对阀门而完成液体的循环、进料和排放,不会产生误操作。
图1表示本发明的液体加热或冷却循环器的整体构造;
图2表示图1的平面视图;
图3表示图1的部分侧视图;
图4A和图4B分别表示图1的平面视图和前视图;
图5表示阀门处于操作状态时的循环器的整体构造;
图6的A和B为表示阀门其它操作状态的部分前视图;
图7表示液罐的侧视截面图。
下面通过参考附图说明本发明的液体加热或冷却循环器的最佳实施例。
标号1表示管件,该管件1的一端安装了一个出口2,另一端安装了一个入口3。
上述管件1的中央部分安装了一个第一阀门4和一个第二阀门5,阀门4和5按照箭头标记开通。
一个位于上述阀门4和5之间的进料口6连接到液罐7的供料口8上,一个位于上述液罐7上的排液口9通过排液管10连接到上述出口2上。
上述阀门4和5连接到一个泵11上,泵11沿箭头标记馈送液体物料。
标号12表示一个锅炉,一个出口13连接到上述液罐7的入口14上,一个入口15连接到上述液罐7的出口16上,循环泵17安置在上述出口16和入口15之间,由上述锅炉12加热的热水循环到上述液罐7中。
一个单通阀门18置于上述排液管10中,液体在该阀门中只沿箭头标记流过。
上述液罐的构造如图7所示,它由罐体20构成,罐体20具有上述入口14和出口16,上支承板21和下支承板22安装在上述罐体20的上部之上和下部之下。
许多根管子23垂直安置在上支承板21和下支承板22之间,上下支承板是用螺杆24和螺母件25可以拆卸地安装的。
一个具有排液口9的上导向罐体26用螺母件27安装在上支承板21上,一个具有供料口8的下导向罐体28用螺母件29安装在下支承板22之下。
现在说明本发明的液体加热或冷却循环器的操作:
在图1的状态中,一种液体物料如蛋液从物料罐30通过上述入口3、第二阀门5、泵11、第一阀门4、进料口6、供料口8、管子23、排液口9和管子10送入出口2。
其次,在操作图5所示的阀门4和5的情况下,上述液罐7中的液体物料被迫从上述供料口8通过上述第二阀门5、泵11、第一阀门4和出口2排出,从而很容易地完成上述液罐7内部的清洗。在上述清洗过程中,在锅炉12中加热的热水被送入液罐7的罐体20的 内部,从而加热管子23。此外,当阀门4和5被调节成图6的A和B时,液罐7中的一个循环和物料罐30中的一个循环就完成了。
上面所述的有蛋液通过的各种管子均由耐蛋液腐蚀的铝合金材料制成。

Claims (2)

1、一种液体热交换循环器,包括:
一个圆筒形罐体,
多根具有铝合金内表面并沿着所述罐体的垂直轴垂直设置在所述罐体中的管子,
分别支承所述管子的上部和下部的上支承板和下支承板,
一个可拆卸地安装在所述上支承板上并具有一个上开口的上导向罐,
一个可拆卸地安装在所述下支承板上并具有一个下开口的下导向罐,
用于使一种液体循环通过每一根所述管子的机构,
连接到所述罐体上用于控制所述罐体内温度的热交换机构,
一个其第一端连接在所述上开口处仅允许所述液体从所述上开口流出的单通阀,
一根连接所述单通阀的第二端并终止于一个出口内的排液管,
一个连接一个入口用于将所述液体供入所述罐体的供液罐,
一个具有两个工作位置和一个阀体的第一阀门,它的第一端连到所述入口,
一个具有两个工作位置和一个阀体的第二阀门,它的第一端连到一个供料口,而它的第二端连到所述出口,
一个连接在所述第一阀门的阀体和所述第二阀门的阀体之间的泵,
其特征是:
当所述第一和第二阀门都处于其第一工作位置时,液体从所述供液罐经过所述入口和所述第一阀门循环到所述泵、所述第二阀门、所述供料口到所述下开口,并通过所述罐体由所述上开口排出,循环到所述单通阀、所述排液管至所述出口,
当所述第一和第二阀门都处于其第二工作位置时,所述罐体中的液体经所述下开口流出,循环到所述供料口、所述第一阀门、所述泵、所述第二阀门和所述出口。
2、根据权利要求1的循环器,其特征是所述液体是蛋液。
