技术领域
本文公开的主题涉及机械锚固装置领域,并且更具体地涉及用于将物体或结构附连于混凝土基料的螺旋锚固装置。
背景技术
具有各种各样尺寸和螺纹牙形的用于将物体固定到诸如混凝土、砖、石块等基材的机械紧固件。常规的螺旋锚固装置包括对称的和非对称的螺纹牙形。对称的螺纹牙形包括具有由与下倾斜面相同的上倾斜面限定的尖锐齿顶的螺纹形状。非对称螺纹牙形包括具有由与下倾斜面不同的上倾斜面限定的尖锐齿顶的螺纹形状。一个这种类型的非对称螺纹牙形是锯齿螺纹。在锯齿螺纹中,承压螺纹面垂直于螺旋锚固装置的轴线。锯齿螺纹使紧固件能够承受在一个方向上的非常高的轴向推力。然而,当锯齿螺纹使用在诸如混凝土、砖、石块的具有相对较低的抗拉强度性质的基质中时,锯齿螺纹的有效性较低。

为了确保螺旋锚固装置2和混凝土基材14之间的强制接合,本体4包括沿中间部分8延伸的多个螺纹20。根据示例性实施方式的一方面,多个螺纹20一直延伸直到尖端7。通过使多个螺纹20一直延伸到尖端7,螺旋锚固装置2不仅与混凝土基材14相接合,还容易穿透除此之外的诸如木料和/或铝的任何基质,例如盖板、壁骨等。所述多个螺纹20中的每个螺纹包括头部侧表面22和尖部侧表面23。如图2中最佳示出的,头部侧表面22相对于垂直于纵轴线9延伸的正交轴线30成α角。相反地,尖部侧表面23相对于正交轴线30成β角。根据示例性实施方式,α角在大约30°与大约40°之间,而β角在大约15°与大约25°之间。根据示例性实施方式的一方面,α角大约为35°。根据示例性实施方式的另一方面,β角大约为20°。根据示例性实施方式的又一方面,α角比β角大大约10°。
通过这种布置,α角和β角的构造在多个螺纹20与混凝土基材14之间产生了的楔形部。楔形部利用混凝土基材14的抗压强度性质确保多个螺纹20与混凝土基材14之间更坚固地接合。除了产生楔形部之外,多个螺纹20上的α角和β角的构造还减小了将螺旋锚固装置2安置在混凝土基材14中所需要的扭矩。通过减小扭矩,在将螺旋锚固装置2驱入混凝土基材14中时移位的混凝土也减少了。通过减少移位的混凝土的量,螺旋锚固装置2提供了增强的拔出阻力。除了所述多个螺纹20之外,螺旋锚固装置2还包括多个对中螺纹40。对中螺纹40有助于在将螺旋锚固装置2驱入混凝土基材14中时使本体40在孔13内保持居中。另外,通过将螺纹20一直延伸到尖端7,使螺旋锚固装置2不仅适于将物体附连于由混凝土和/或其它砖石形成的基质,而且还可以穿透位于混凝土和/或砖石基质之外的材料,从而减小拔出应力。
虽然已参照示例性实施方式描述了本发明,但是本领域普通技术人员将了解,可以做出各种变型并且可以用等同物代替本发明的元件,而不脱离本发明的范围。另外,可以做出许多改型以使具体情况或材料与本发明的教示相适应而不脱离本发明的基本范围。因此,认为本发明不限于作为用于实现本发明所构思的最佳模式而公开的具体实施方式,而是本发明将包括落入权利要求范围内的所有实施方式。

Claims (16)

1.一种螺旋锚固装置,包括:
包括头端的本体,所述本体经过中间部分延伸到尖端,所述中间部分限定所述螺旋锚固装置的轴线;以及
沿所述中间部分延伸的多个螺纹,所述多个螺纹中的每个螺纹包括头部侧表面和尖部侧表面,所述头部侧表面相对于与所述螺旋锚固装置的轴线垂直的轴线成第一角度,所述尖部侧表面相对于与所述螺旋锚固装置的轴线垂直的所述轴线成第二角度,所述第一角度在30°与40°之间,所述第一角度比所述第二角度大15°,并且所述第二角度在15°与25°之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋锚固装置,其中,所述第一角度为35°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋锚固装置,其中,所述第二角度为20°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋锚固装置,还包括对中螺纹,所述对中螺纹邻近所述多个螺纹围绕所述中间部分延伸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋锚固装置,其中,所述多个螺纹沿所述中间部分延伸直到所述尖端。
6.一种形成螺旋锚固装置的方法,所述方法包括:
形成具有头端的螺旋本体,所述螺旋本体经过中间部分延伸到尖端,所述中间部分限定
所述螺旋锚固装置的轴线;
沿所述中间部分形成多个螺纹,所述多个螺纹中的每个螺纹包括头部侧表面和尖部侧表面;
将所述头部侧表面形成为相对于与所述螺旋锚固装置的轴线垂直的轴线成介于30°与40°之间的第一角度;以及
将所述尖部侧表面形成为相对于与所述螺旋锚固装置的轴线垂直的轴线成介于15°与25°之间的第二角度,其中,所述第一角度比所述第二角度大15°。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,将所述第一角度形成为35°。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,将所述第二角度形成为20°。
9.根据权利要求6所述的方法,还包括:形成邻近所述多个螺纹围绕所述中间部分延伸的对中螺纹。
10.根据权利要求6所述的方法,还包括:沿所述中间部分直到所述尖端形成所述多个螺纹。
11.一种混凝土和砖石螺旋锚固装置,包括:
根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的螺旋锚固装置,其中,所述混凝土螺旋锚固装置被构造并且设置为将物体附连于混凝土基材,并且穿透位于所述混凝土基材之外的木料。
12.根据权利要求11的混凝土和砖石螺旋锚固装置,还包括对中螺纹,所述对中螺纹邻近所述多个螺纹围绕所述中间部分延伸。
13.根据权利要求11所述的混凝土和砖石螺旋锚固装置,其中,所述本体由表面硬化的低碳钢形成。
14.根据权利要求13所述的混凝土和砖石螺旋锚固装置,其中,所述低碳钢的编号介于AISI1016与AISI 1030之间。
15.根据权利要求14所述的混凝土和砖石螺旋锚固装置,其中,所述低碳钢为AISI 1022钢。
16.根据权利要求11所述的混凝土和砖石螺旋锚固装置,其中,所述本体由不锈钢形成。
