一种阴极移动推杆机构,包括滑轮架、连杆、轴承座、斜块及空心立柱支座,所述连杆上方垂直运动的方管上安装滑轮架,位于滑轮架底部滚轮的正下方设有斜块,斜块一侧设有轴承座;位于两个斜块之间设有空心立柱支座,连杆一端通过螺栓固定于H形钢架上。本发明有益效果为:通过改进为开模具浇铸形式,可节约材料及人工成本,保证设备精度,减少人为误差和焊接变形产生的误差,确保阴极杆两侧垂直运动的精度,降低设备的故障率,提高设备的利用率和产品合格率;在占地空间上与传统技术比较,有利于减少阴极移动的占地面积,节约至少一半的水平方向的空间,这样管路可整齐的排放以实现部件的标准化,便于设备维护与更换,整体布局美观。

本发明涉及电镀、铸造设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种阴极移动推杆机构。
背景技术
阴极移动连杆机构一般用于电镀设备的电镀工艺机构,一般情况下,各部件均用钢板切割后,再加工、钻孔,最后组焊、组装。整个过程中存在着材料浪费较大、加工工序繁多、人工成本大,精度难以保证等问题。此外,电镀设备比较大、管路多、占地面积大,阴极移动需要联动,并且有水平、垂直方向的传动,必须要占有一定的空间。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种能够节省水平方向的占用空间、布局美观、便于维护、减少人为误差和焊接变形误差、可确保设备精度的阴极移动推杆机构,以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种阴极移动推杆机构,包括滑轮架、连杆、轴承座、斜块及空心立柱支座,所述连杆上方垂直运动的方管上安装滑轮架,位于滑轮架底部滚轮的正下方设有斜块,斜块一侧设有轴承座;位于两个斜块之间设有空心立柱支座,连杆一端通过螺栓固定于H形钢架上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述的阴极移动推杆机构,包括滑轮架1、连杆2、轴承座3、斜块4及空心立柱支座5,所述连杆2上方垂直运动的方管上安装滑轮架1,位于滑轮架1底部滚轮的正下方设有斜块4,斜块4一侧设有轴承座3;位于两个斜块4之间设有空心立柱支座5,连杆2一端通过螺栓固定于H形钢架6上以确保连杆2机构水平方向的精度,再利用工装,保证滑轮架1部件的垂直精度。工作时,可通过连杆2水平方向往复运动,利用斜块4推动垂直方向的方管,从而带动阴极导电头上下移动;其中的连杆2、斜块4、空心立柱支座5等均用浇铸方法成型,各接触面用刨、铣加工并装在底部的H形钢架6上。

1.一种阴极移动推杆机构,包括滑轮架(1)、连杆(2)、轴承座(3)、斜块(4)及空心立柱支座(5),其特征在于:所述连杆(2)上方垂直运动的方管上安装滑轮架(1),位于滑轮架(1)底部滚轮的正下方设有斜块(4),斜块(4)一侧设有轴承座(3);位于两个斜块(4)之间设有空心立柱支座(5),连杆(2)一端通过螺栓固定于H形钢架(6)上。
