一种变矩节能抽油机。主要解决现有游梁抽油机中轴两端游梁距离不变,造成能耗浪费的问题。其特征在于:轨道架(1)固定在游梁(4)尾端,轨道架(1)内上下有导轨,滚轮(2)置于轨道架(1)内的导轨之间,连杆(3)上端与滚轮(2)轴相连接。该变矩节能抽油机中轴两端游梁距离可变,进而具有能耗低的特点。

变矩节能抽油机
技术领域:
本发明涉及油田采油领域所用的举升设备,尤其是变矩节能抽油机。
背景技术:
在油田采油领域中,普遍采用游梁抽油机,由游梁上下摆动将油井中的井液不断提升到地面。而现有游梁抽油机由于中轴两端游梁距离是不变的,电机功率也是不变的,这样在上下冲程时,所消耗的能量也是不变,因而造成能耗浪费,尤其在上冲程,不利于推广应用。
发明内容:
为了克服现有游梁抽油机中轴两端游梁距离不变,造成能耗浪费的问题。本发明提供一种变矩节能抽油机。该变矩节能抽油机中轴两端游梁距离可变,进而具有能耗低的特点。
本发明的技术方案是:该变矩节能抽油机包括轨道架、滚轮以及连杆。轨道架固定在游梁尾端,轨道架内上下有导轨,滚轮置于轨道架内的导轨之间,连杆上端与滚轮轴相连接。
本发明具有的有益效果是:该变矩节能抽油机由于采用在在游梁尾端安装有轨道架,轨道架内的导轨之间夹持有滚轮,连杆上端与滚轮轴相连接的优化结构。利用滚轮在游梁尾端前后滚动,改变力臂,在上冲程时,增加力臂长度,在下冲程时,缩短力臂长度,因而降低能耗。所以说该变矩节能抽油机中轴两端游梁距离可变,进而具有能耗低的特点,有利于推广应用。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图将对本发明作进一步说明:
由附图所示,该变矩节能抽油机包括轨道架1、滚轮2以及连杆3。轨道架1为矩形框架,轨道架1内上下有导轨,轨道架1固定在游梁4尾端上面。滚轮2夹持在轨道架1内的导轨之间,并能够在轨道架1内左右移动。连杆3上端与滚轮2轴相连接。
实际使用时,由于采用连杆3在游梁4尾端前后移动,也就是在上冲程时,由滚轮2带动连杆3向后移动,增加力臂长度,进而减少电机功率,也就降低能耗;在下冲程时,由滚轮2带动连杆3向前移动,缩短力臂长度,进而减少电机功率,也就降低能耗,最终在上下冲程时都降低能耗。
该变矩节能抽油机通过现场实验取得显著效果。

1.一种变矩节能抽油机,包括轨道架(1)、滚轮(2)以及连杆(3),其特征在于:轨道架(1)固定在游梁(4)尾端,轨道架(1)内上下有导轨,滚轮(2)置于轨道架(1)内的导轨之间,连杆(3)上端与滚轮(2)轴相连接。
