Abstract

模具及其成型产品
技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具,特别是涉及一种可消除毛边干涉的模具及其成型产品。
背景技术
模具制造业中,在模具成型时,由于公母模插破面的配合不良和生产损耗,容易导致在成型的产品上出现毛边。
请参阅图1,为一种成型产品的立体图。该成型产品20’具有一与转轴30’配合的轴孔201’,产品规格要求转轴30能在轴孔201’里转动且具有良好的转动性。
请参阅图2,为制造成型产品20’所用模具的剖面图。该模具10’包括母模101’、公模102’和公模入子103’,该母模101’、公模102’和公模入子103’分别具有预定的形状,使三者合模后可以形成一与该成型产品20’的形状相匹配的模穴12’,向该模穴12’内注塑即可形成具有预定形状的成型产品20’。然而,在注塑成型时,该成型产品20’的轴孔201’的孔口由公模入子103’与母模101’直接插破成型,如图3所示,在轴孔201’的孔口处极易产生毛边21’,从而影响轴孔201’的孔径,导致转轴30’装配不良或转动不良。在生产中只能靠增加工序去除毛边21’,并且需要频繁修模,既浪费了人力、增加了成本,又造成了生产的不稳定。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可消除产品毛边干涉的模具。
还有必要提供一种可消除毛边干涉的成型产品结构。
一种模具,包括母模、公模及公模入子,该母模、公模和公模入子分别具有预定的形状,在母模与公模入子合模时的插破面处,该母模下方及该公模入子的上方分别设有一条凸肋。该母模、公模和公模入子合模后形成一与需要成型的预定产品的形状相匹配的模穴,向该模穴内注塑即可成型具有预定形状的预定产品。
一种成型产品,由一模具注塑成型,该模具包括母模、公模及公模入子,该母模、公模和公模入子分别具有预定的形状,用于在合模后形成一与成型产品的形状相匹配的模穴。该成型产品具有一轴孔,该轴孔两端的孔口部周边分别形成有一避空位。
本发明通过在模具的插破面处的母模下方及公模入子的上方分别增设一条凸肋,使成型产品的轴孔两端的孔口部周边分别增设避空位,有效地消除了孔口处的毛边对轴孔的孔径造成的影响,使生产稳定,避免了额外的人力和维护成本损耗。

具体实施方式
请参阅图4,为本发明一种消除产品毛边干涉的模具10合模状态的剖面图。该模具10包括母模101、公模102及公模入子103,其中,该母模101、公模102和公模入子103分别具有预定的形状,在母模101与公模入子103合模时的插破面11处,该母模101下方及该公模入子103的上方还分别设有一条凸肋1011、1031。该母模101、公模102和公模入子103合模后形成一与需要成型的预定产品的形状相匹配的模穴12,向该模穴12内注塑即可成型具有预定形状的预定产品。
请一并参阅图5,由该模具10注塑成型出来的成型产品20具有一轴孔201,轴孔201两端的孔口部周边对应于模具10上的凸肋1011、1031位置分别形成有一避空位2021、2022。
请参阅图6,轴孔201两端的孔口由公模入子103与母模101直接插破成型,当公母模插破面11配合不良或具有生产损耗时,在轴孔201两端的孔口处会产生毛边21。通常情况下,该毛边21的高度不会超过h。本实施方式中,避空位2021、2022的深度均为H,且该深度H大于毛边的高度h。这样,即使在轴孔201两端的孔口处产生毛边21也不会影响轴孔201的孔径,转轴30可以装配到轴孔201里并能在轴孔201里自由转动。
本发明通过在模具10的插破面11处的母模101下方及公模入子103的上方分别增设一条凸肋,使成型产品20的轴孔201两端的孔口部周边分别增设避空位,有效地消除了孔口处的毛边对轴孔201的孔径造成的影响,使生产稳定,避免了额外的人力和维护成本损耗。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种模具,包括母模、公模及公模入子,该母模、公模和公模入子分别具有预定的形状,其特征在于,在母模与公模入子合模时的插破面处,该母模下方及该公模入子的上方分别设有一条凸肋;该母模、公模和公模入子合模后形成一与需要成型的预定产品的形状相匹配的模穴,向该模穴内注塑即可成型具有预定形状的预定产品。
2.一种成型产品,由一模具注塑成型,该模具包括母模、公模及公模入子,该母模、公模和公模入子分别具有预定的形状,用于在合模后形成一与成型产品的形状相匹配的模穴,该成型产品具有一轴孔,其特征在于,该轴孔两端的孔口部周边分别形成有一避空位。
3.如权利要求2所述的成型产品,其特征在于,该避空位的深度大于在轴孔两端的孔口处产生的毛边的高度。
