Abstract

一种拦油栅含有漂浮的挠性软管形式的上部和附在其下并伸入水中的挡板(3)。为使拦油栅的弯曲度能容易地按使用情况来调节,上部由一种纤维材料构成的并两端敞开的一根外软管(1′)和一根设置在其内的可充气的内软管(8)所构成。内软管的弯曲度或其分段是通过约束件来实现的,这些约束件可通过例如按预定间隔环绕内软管装设的带状节气环(11)来构成。由拦油栅组成段装配成的较长的栅组件可配备一根贯穿其全长的充气软管。

Description

本发明涉及一种拦油栅,它包括由挠性软管构成的漂浮于水面上的上层部分和与该上层部分底部连接并延伸至水面以下一定距离的拦板,上述上层部分由纤维状材料制成的外层软管和置于该外层软管内的可充气的内层软管构成。
这种拦油栅已为人们所公知,如DE    27    28    291号专利申请的公开文本中所描述的拦油栅。拦油栅一般由前后连续的多个节段组成,这样可获得较大的柔性以便适应海浪的起伏而不致使油从拦油栅上面或拦油栅的挡板下面流走。挡板的下边缘一般设有重物以便使其在海浪起伏的情况下一直保持垂直状态。由于柔性结构较为复杂、造价较高,故用于风浪较小的水域的拦油栅一般制成直线连续型。
本发明的目的在于提供一种拦油栅,该拦油栅具有非常简单的结构,并且既能成基本上为直线的形式用于平静的水域,也可成弯曲形用于开阔海域。为了实现本发明的目的,本发明的特征在于内层软管按一定间距设有可增加其弯曲度的约束件,该约束件可由沿内层软管按一定间距设置的节气环构成,该节气环最好由带状材料制成。
下面参照附图以实施例形式对本发明及其它特征和优点加以描述,其中:

在附图中,标号1表示栅的上层部分,该上层部分由防油纤维状材料制成,当栅不用时可将上层部分中的气体全部放出。在图1和图2中该栅具有圆形截面。
上层部分1通过纵向接合缝2与挡板3相连,该挡板向下延伸,其底边通过接合缝4与软管状边缘5相连。在软管状边缘中设有保持挡板垂直状态的重物,如图所示,它包括位于底部软管5内的由绳7连接起来的多个重物6。
拦油栅的上层部分包括内层软管8,如图3所示,该内层软管8在两端由接合缝9封闭住,而在该接合缝上设有至少一个连接内外的短接管10。内层软管置于挠性外层软管1′内,其大小为:当充气时,它刚好占满外层软管内部的整个空间。
由于内层软管8的作用,拦油栅可方便地弯曲成弓形,而在各节段之间却没有设置可能形成裂缝的“铰接点”。可以事先对内层软管设置约束件,而实际上,如图5所示,约束件可以很简单地例如采用设置在均匀的软管8上的挠性带状材料制成的节气环11来形成。以上这样做的优点在节段的长度、即节气环11之间的距离可根据需要在任何时间加以调整。在平静的水域,可直接采用不设约束件的内层管子,约束件的设置数量及软管的充气程度决定拦油栅的特性和漂浮深度。在图6中,水面用标号12表示。
图7为按本发明所制成的栅的较大比例的和较为完整的透视图。
上层部分1和挡板3制造成使其在一端、具体是在区域1a和3a处相对内层软管8的端部长出一段距离,这些区域1a和3a上具有孔13或相应的装置。利用上述孔13或相应的装置可在抛放拦油栅之前事先将拦油栅 的各栅段前后连接起来。尚未充气的连接在一起的多个栅段卷绕成卷放置在船甲板上,其长度约为200米,含有5~10个相互连接起来的栅段。
可将一段软管14置于各栅段的上层部分1内来进行充气,这些软管段14通过连接件15相互接通以及与相应的短接管10连通。连接件15可为分立的三通,这样在装配拦油栅时可以很方便地形成连续的充气软管线。连接件15上也可设置压力限制阀。在上层部分1内还可设置一根贯穿整个拦油栅的牵引绳16。为了便于装配,可将绳16分成多个绳段,各绳段之间设有连接装置17。
整个拦油栅是扁平地盘绕成卷,使用时展开,因为软管14即使在盘卷内仍能保持畅通,故可使用泵通过与上述盘卷中心相连的软管14向内层软管8充入空气。较大的外层软管1′在离开盘卷时就膨胀起来。

Claims (5)

1、一种拦油栅,包括由挠性软管构成的漂浮于水面的上层部分(1)和与该上层部分底部连接并延伸至水面以下一定距离的挡板(3),所述上层部分由纤维材料制成的外层软管(1′)和置于该外层软管内的可充气内层软管(8)构成,其特征在于所述内层软管(8)按一定间距设有可增加其弯曲度的约束件,所述约束件由围绕着内层软管(8)设置的节气环(11)构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的拦油栅,其特征在于所述节气环(11)在内层软管(8)上布置的间距可以自由地按需要进行调整。
3、根据权利要求1所述的拦油栅,其特征在于所述节气环(11)由挠性带状材料制成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的拦油栅,其中多个栅段前后连接构成一个栅组件,其特征在于该栅组件装配有贯穿整个栅组件的、由通过连接件(15)相互连接以及与各内层软管(8)的短接管(10)连通的多段充气软管(14)构成的连续的充气软管线。
5、根据权利要求4所述的拦油栅,其特征在于由各段充气软管(14)构成的充气软管线可在各连接件(15)处拆装,以方便栅组件的装配。
