本发明涉及一种制造有机的摩擦片的方法,具有以下方法步骤:生产液态的摩擦材料浆液(1);将织物(2)置入摩擦材料浆液(1)中;将摩擦材料浆液(1)连同置入的织物(2)一起干燥和饱和;以及从干燥过的摩擦材料上撤去织物(2)。

制造有机的和/或含碳的摩擦片的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造具有表面结构的有机摩擦片的方法。 
背景技术
有机的摩擦片材料、也包括含碳的材料通常具有光滑的表面。为了影响摩擦特性,可以通过铸造、机械加工和/或凹槽形状的不同实施方式产生具有某种结构的表面。 
在本发明的范畴中进行的试验中得到了具有某种结构的表面对于摩擦特性、磨损和低温可控性(Kaltschaltbarkeit)的有利影响。 
但在已知的制造方法中为了产生具有某种结构的表面需要额外的制造步骤,其在各种情况下都导致了时间上和成本上的耗费。 
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,提出一种制造有机摩擦片的方法,利用该方法能够以技术上简单的方式和方法制造具有某种表面结构的摩擦片。 
该目的通过权利要求1的特征实现。 
根据本发明能够在无需额外的制造步骤的前提下制造具有某种表面结构的摩擦片,从而使根据本发明所制造的摩擦片具有最佳的摩擦特性以及最佳的低温可控性(Kaltschaltbarkeit)和提高的摩擦强度。 
从属权利要求的内容涉及本发明的有利改进。 
因此可以对织物在其结构上进行选择和匹配,从而能够产生所需的表面结构。为此,尤其是可以采纳织物的纤维条子的厚度、织物的网眼大小和/或编织类型作为影响因素。

图1示出了具有置入的织物的摩擦材料浆液,以及 
图2示出了干燥过的摩擦片的摩擦片表面的俯视图,该摩擦片具有一种对应于图1的织物的结构。 
具体实施方式
在图1中根据第一方法步骤展示了摩擦材料浆液1,其中置入了织物2。织物2具有纤维条子,其中以附图标记3和4展示了两个十字交叉的纤维条子,以代表所有的纤维条子。纤维条子3和4的厚度、织物2的网眼大小以及编织类型能够匹配为可实现制成的摩擦片的所需的表面结构。 
在具有置入的织物2的摩擦片浆液1干燥和饱和之后将该织物撤去,从而产生制成的摩擦片,其在图2中以附图标记5表示。该摩擦片5的摩擦面具有一种表面结构6,该表面结构与织物2的类型和形状一致。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于制造改善低温可控性的、具有表面结构的有机摩擦片的方法,具有以下方法步骤:
-生产液态的摩擦材料浆液(1);
-将织物(2)置入摩擦材料浆液(1)中;
-将摩擦材料浆液(1)连同置入的织物(2)一起干燥和饱和;以及
-从干燥过的摩擦材料上撤去织物(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述织物(2)在其纤维条子(3、4)的厚度、网眼大小和/或其编织类型上能够与摩擦材料(5)的要达到的表面结构(6)相匹配。
