Abstract

本发明涉及家用电器的电冰箱技术领域，具体涉及风冷冰箱风道结构。本发明的风冷冰箱风道结构包括装配在冰箱内胆的风道泡沫隔板（1）和风道面板（2），所述风道泡沫隔板（1）和风道面板（2）的对应位置设有将冷气送到冰箱前部和上部的风道的空腔。本发明的风道结构形成立体冷流风道，可改善冷气在冰箱内的流动，避免因物品存放不当而导致的冷气流动不畅。同时，箱内温度分布均匀后，可减少冰箱的开机数，节省能源。

一种风冷冰箱风道结构
技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器的电冰箱技术领域，具体涉及一种风冷冰箱风道结构。
背景技术
现有电冰箱风道比较单一，蒸发器和风机安装在冷冻室，通过风机带走蒸发器上冷量，通过风道面板到冷冻室，再从风道面板和冰箱内胆之间回到蒸发器。这种方式，冷气难以吹到冰箱前面，且冷气下沉，易造成冷冻室上部,前部的温度偏高，影响耗电量。
现有技术的最大缺点就是：冰箱内装上抽屉或放入食品后，冷气很难吹到前面，导致前部温度偏高
因此，改进风道就显得十分必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种能增加冰箱前部和上部冷气通过的风道结构。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：
本发明风冷冰箱风道结构，包括装配在冰箱内胆的风道泡沫隔板和风道面板，所述风道泡沫隔板和风道面板的对应位置设有将冷气送到冰箱前部和上部的风道的空腔。通过风道面板上的出风口，能将冷气导向冰箱内温度偏高处。其形状和大小，根据所需冷气量的大小，可作相应调整。
所述冷气空腔由设在风道泡沫隔板上的凹槽和设在风道面板的对应位置的凸掾构成。
或者所述冷气空腔由设在风道泡沫隔板上的凹槽和设在风道面板的凹槽构成。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是：
本发明不改变冰箱内基本结构而增加出风口，从而增加冰箱内温度偏高处的冷气流量，从顶部吹出的冷气和从后部吹出的冷气形成立体冷流，减小温度差，保证箱内温度更加均匀，降低耗电量。本发明的风道结构形成立体冷流风道，可改善冷气在冰箱内的流动，避免因物品存放不当而导致的冷气流动不畅。同时，箱内温度分布均匀后，可减少冰箱的开机数，节省能源。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，风冷冰箱风道结构包括装配在冰箱内胆的风道泡沫隔板1和风道面板2，风道泡沫隔板1和风道面板2的对应位置设有将冷气送到冰箱前部和上部的风道的空腔。
如图2，风道泡沫隔板1上的设置凹槽11，该凹槽将冷气导向冰箱内温度偏高处。其形状和大小，根据所需冷气量的大小，可作相应调整。
如图3，风道面板2上设有凸掾21，凸掾21的位置，与风道泡沫隔板1的凹槽相对应，利用发泡层的厚度，将冷气导向冰箱内温度偏高的方向，减少箱内容积损失和冷气向周围流失。凸掾21的高度与发泡层隔板1所设的凹槽11相配合，形状和大小根据工业设计和所需冷气量来调整。

1.一种风冷冰箱风道结构，包括装配在冰箱内胆的风道泡沫隔板（1）和风道面板（2），其特征在于：所述风道泡沫隔板（1）和风道面板（2）的对应位置设有将冷气送到冰箱前部的风道的空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风冷冰箱风道结构，其特征在于：所述冷气空腔由设在风道泡沫隔板（1）上的凹槽和设在风道面板（2）的对应位置的凸掾构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风冷冰箱风道结构，其特征在于：所述冷气空腔由设在风道泡沫隔板（1）上的凹槽和设在风道面板（2）的凸掾构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的风冷冰箱风道结构，其特征在于：所述冷气空腔由设在风道泡沫隔板（1）上的凹槽和设在风道面板（2）的凹槽构成风道，风道面板（2）上有出风口。
