背景技术
生产纳米塑料打包带时,原料中需要添加填充料、改性材料、辅料助剂等,尤其是采用填充料降低材料成本,添加填充料多时,塑料打包带的理化指标明显下降。 
发明内容
本发明一种纳米塑料打包带,塑料打包带如PP、PET、PE、PA原材料等,配方中常含填充料、改性材料、辅料助剂,将配方成分中的材料细化粒径制成纳米级的,特别是填充料如碳酸钙、滑石粉等,添加量较大,细化粒径制成纳米级,以提高材料的拉伸强度和回弹性,增强材料的防水、耐化学性。 
本发明采用如下技术方案 
选取纳米塑料打包带配方中的填充料、或改性材料、或辅料助剂,用湿磨法将其研磨细化粒径制成纳米级材料,然后和配方中其它材料混合,通过塑料挤出机生产打包带。 
具体实施方式
一种纳米塑料打包带实施方式:选取纳米塑料打包带配方中的填充料、或改性材料、或辅料助剂,用湿磨法将其研磨细化粒径制成纳米级的,然后和配方中其它材料混合,通过塑料挤出机生产打包带即可。
