本发明属于涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种涂料用导电剂。
 
背景技术
在使绝缘体表面获得导电性的各种方法中,以涂施导电性涂料较为简便易行。使绝缘体导电的方法有:在高分子化合物中引进导电基团;借助于接触还原,电镀,溅射等使金属附着在表面;掺加表面活性剂、吸湿剂等;掺入金属、炭黑等导电性粉末。
 
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种涂料用导电剂,施工容易、性能稳定,成本低。
技术方案:一种涂料用导电剂,以质量份计包括:聚丙烯腈10~20份,石墨5~10份,铜粉5~10份,镍粉5~10份,四氰基喹啉并二甲烷10~20份。优选:聚丙烯腈15份,石墨10份,铜粉10份,镍粉10份,四氰基喹啉并二甲烷20份。
有益效果:含有导电剂的涂料,在涂覆与绝缘体上后,使其变为导体。不受环境湿度的影响,适用于静电记录纸和感光纸。
