一种内墙涂料
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,提供一种高耐久性、防水防潮、环保的内墙涂料。
技术背景
内墙涂料属于建筑材料,对其通常要考虑力学性能、物理性能、耐久性能、化学性能、健康性能、防火-耐火性能、外观性能、生产、施工性能及可循环利用性能等。针对高性能内墙涂料的研制,不少发明者提出了解决方案。
如中国专利《CN1397602内墙涂料》提供了一种由起粘合作用的水剂基料拌和起填料作用的粉末辅料和少量起化学固化作用的添加剂配制而成的内墙涂料。涂复的墙面质地坚硬,不沾尘,不易碰损,并具阻燃性能。中国专利《CN1407037超强内墙涂料》提供了一种由水、聚乙烯醇、纤维素钠熬制而成的胶水和由双飞粉、轻质碳酸钙、灰钙粉、滑石粉、膨胀土构成的固体物质混合而成的内墙涂料。具有附着力强、墙面光亮、在低温和高温环境中不断裂的优点。中国专利《CN1045987内墙涂料及制作方法》提供一种由面粉制成的浆糊作粘合剂,加入防腐剂、滑石粉、石膏粉、等原料制成。具有附着力强、涂层厚、成本低廉、原材料易筹集等优点。
已有技术在提高硬度、附着力、防火性能上均取得了一定进展,但也存在不足。主要表现为:1、耐久性差,一般5~10年后各种性能大幅下降;2、防水防潮性差,在南方潮湿的环境下性能不佳;2、环保性差,在生产和使用过程中产生有害气体,严重危害人体健康和环境。
发明内容
基于以上认识,本发明的目的是提供一种内墙涂料,该内墙涂料具有高耐久性、防水防潮、环保的特点。
为达到上述目的,本发明基于如下技术方案:1、采用硅砂粉末,具有抗氧化、抗风化、抗腐蚀等性能,增强涂料的耐久性;2、采用硅藻土、高岭土、混炼剂、水泥,增强涂料的防水防潮性和水硬性;3、生产和使用过程中发生的反应不产生对人体和环境有害的物质。
本发明中各组分的质量份数为:
硅砂粉末    1~4%
聚乙烯醇    1~3.8%
水玻璃      3~6.4%
水          53~67%
芳香油      0.04~0.07%
钛白粉      1.5~4.0%
碳酸钙      10~18.5%
硅藻土      2.5~3.9%
高岭土      3.0~4.4%
滑石粉      3.0~3.8%
立德粉  3.0~3.6%
水泥    3.0~4.2%
具体实施方式
以下为本发明的一种具体实施方式,各组分质量分数为
硅砂粉末  1.2%
聚乙烯醇  3.5%
水玻璃    4.2%
水        60.35%
芳香油    0.05%
钛白粉    1.2%
碳酸钙    12.0%
硅藻土    3.5%
高岭土    3.5%
滑石粉    3.5%
立德粉    3.5%
水泥      3.5%
配制方法为:将水加热到80~100℃,加入聚乙烯醇进行完全溶解,加入芳香油、水玻璃搅拌混合均匀,然后加入硅砂粉末、碳酸钙、硅藻土、高岭土、滑石粉,冷却后加入立德粉、钛白粉、水泥混合均匀即得。

芳香油                              0.04~0.07%
钛白粉                              1.5~4.0%
碳酸钙                              10~18.5%
硅藻土                              2.5~3.9%
高岭土                              3.0~4.4%
滑石粉                              3.0~3.8%
立德粉                              3.0~3.6%
水泥                                3.0~4.2%
