Abstract

一种磁架组合,其包括一机壳、一可收容于该机壳的磁架及一转动安装于该磁架的锁扣件,该机壳设有一锁扣部,该锁扣件包括一扣钩,该锁扣件可在锁扣位置及解锁位置之间转动,当该锁扣件位于锁扣位置时,该锁扣件的扣钩卡固于该机壳的锁扣部,当该锁扣件位于解锁位置时,该锁扣件的扣钩脱离该机壳的锁扣部。上述磁架组合锁扣件的转动而锁定或解锁该磁架,从而可方便、快捷地拆装磁架。

磁架组合
技术领域
本发明涉及一种磁架组合。
背景技术
服务器壳体中通常利用铆接、焊接或螺纹连接等方式安装磁架以收容并固定硬盘。现有的硬盘具有LFF(Large Form Factor,大尺寸)及SFF(Small Form Factor,小尺寸)两种规格,安装不同规格的硬盘需要对应不同规格的磁架,然而利用铆接、焊接或螺纹连接等方式安装的磁架不便于拆装与更换。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种便于拆装的磁架组合。
一种磁架组合,其包括一机壳、一可收容于该机壳的磁架及一转动安装于该磁架的锁扣件,该机壳设有一锁扣部,该锁扣件包括一扣钩,该锁扣件可在锁扣位置及解锁位置之间转动,当该锁扣件位于锁扣位置时,该锁扣件的扣钩卡固于该机壳的锁扣部,当该锁扣件位于解锁位置时,该锁扣件的扣钩脱离该机壳的锁扣部。
上述磁架组合通过锁扣件的转动而锁定或解锁该磁架,从而可方便、快捷地拆装磁架。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明磁架组合的较佳实施方式包括一机壳10、一磁架20及两锁扣件30。
请一并参阅图2,该机壳10为一长方形壳体,其一端设有一供该磁架20装入的开口11。该机壳10设有相对的侧壁13。每一侧壁13的上部于靠近该开口11处向内凸设一弧形的钩扣部131。每一钩扣部131与其所在的侧壁13之间形成一卡固孔133。
该磁架20为一长方形壳体。在本实施方式中,该磁架20适用于收容并固定若干LFF(Large Form Factor,大尺寸)规格的硬盘80。该磁架20的前端设有供这些硬盘80插入的插入口22。该磁架20包括两相对的侧板24,每一侧板24的下部于靠近该插入口22处设有一安装孔243。
每一锁扣件30呈长条状,其长度方向的相对的第一端及第二端分别凸伸一扣钩31及一操作部33。每一锁扣件30的中部设有一枢转孔35。
请参阅图3及4,组装时,利用两螺丝101分别可活动地穿过该两锁扣件30的枢转孔35,并锁入该磁架20的两侧板24的安装孔243中,从而将该两锁扣件30转动安装于该磁架20对应的侧板24。将该磁架20自该机壳10的开口11插入该机壳10,转动该两锁扣件30至解锁位置,此时,该两锁扣件30的长度方向大致平行于该磁架20的插入方向并靠近该磁架20的底部,使得该两锁扣件30的扣钩31可避开该机壳10对应的钩扣部131且该两锁扣件30的操作部33伸出该磁架20的前端。继续向内推动该磁架20,当该磁架20完全收容于该机壳10时,向下转动该两锁扣件30的操作部33,使得该两锁扣件30转动至锁扣位置,此时,两锁扣件30长度方向大致垂直于该磁架20的底部,该两锁扣件30的操作部33插入该磁架20的侧板24与该机壳10的侧壁13之间,从而带动该两锁扣件30的扣钩31自后向前伸入该机壳10对应的卡固孔133中并钩扣于钩扣部131。因此,该磁架20被固定于该机壳10中。需要安装硬盘80时,只需要将硬盘80自该磁架20的插入口22插入即可。
需要拆卸该磁架20时,向远离该机壳10的方向拉动拉动两锁扣件30的操作部33,使该两锁扣件30转动至其解锁位置,其扣钩31脱离该机壳10对应的钩扣部131,从而可继续拉动该两锁扣件30的操作部33而将该磁架20抽出该机壳10。
在其他实施方式中,也可只在磁架20上安装一锁扣件30,也可完成磁架20的安装与拆卸。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,磁架20也可适用于收容并固定若干SFF(Small FormFactor,小尺寸)规格的硬盘。因此,当需要使用SFF规格的硬盘时,只需采用以上相同的方法在机壳10中装入相应的磁架20即可。

Claims (7)

1.一种磁架组合,其包括一机壳、一可收容于该机壳的磁架及一转动安装于该磁架的锁扣件,该机壳设有一锁扣部,该锁扣件包括一扣钩,该锁扣件可在锁扣位置及解锁位置之间转动,当该锁扣件位于锁扣位置时,该锁扣件的扣钩卡固于该机壳的锁扣部,当该锁扣件位于解锁位置时,该锁扣件的扣钩脱离该机壳的锁扣部。
2.如权利要求1所述的磁架组合,其特征在于:该机壳包括两相对的侧壁,该机壳的钩扣部呈弧,并凸设于其中一侧壁的内侧,该钩扣部与其所在的侧壁之间形成一卡固孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的磁架组合,其特征在于:该锁扣件形成一扣钩,当锁扣件位于锁扣位置时,该扣钩伸入该机壳的卡固孔中并钩扣于钩扣部,当锁扣部位于解锁位置时,该扣钩脱出该机壳的钩扣部的卡固孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的磁架组合,其特征在于:该锁扣件呈长条状,其中部设有一枢转孔,该磁架包括两相对的侧板,其中一侧板设有一安装孔,一螺丝可转动地穿过该锁扣件的枢转孔而锁入该磁架的安装孔中。
5.如权利要求4所述的磁架组合,其特征在于:该锁扣件的扣钩形成于该锁扣件的第一端,该锁扣件的与该第一端相对的一第二端形成一操作部,该锁扣件的枢转孔位于该锁扣件的扣钩与操作部之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的磁架组合,其特征在于:该磁架适用于安装大尺寸规格的硬盘。
7.如权利要求1所述的磁架组合,其特征在于:该磁架适用于安装小尺寸规格的硬盘。
