下面参考图1-图10描述本申请实施例的展台充电接头的结构示意图。
本申请公开了一种展台充电接头,该展台充电接头能够安装在展台200的 固定结构100上且用于给电子设备充电。
如图1-图10所示,展台充电接头包括底座1、插接头2、背板3和锁紧件4,底座1能够配合在固定结构100内,插接头2可拆卸地设在底座1上,插接头2能够与电子设备插接,背板3位于插接头2的后侧,且背板3可转动地连接在底座1上,锁紧件4能够锁紧或者释放背板3。背板3被锁紧时,背板3相对底座1固定;背板3被释放时,背板3可相对底座1转动。
可以理解的是,由于插接头2可拆卸的设在底座1上,在实际使用过程中可以根据实际需要更换不同的插接头2以适应不同的插接口。由此,使得本实施例中的展台充电接头能够适应具有不同插口的电子设备。也就是说,本实施例的展台充电接头能够兼容具有不同插口的电子设备,拓展了展台充电接头的适用范围。
需要补充说明的是,在本实施例中,背板3可转动地设在底座1上,且背板3位于插接头2后侧。在实际使用过程中,可以根据电子设备的实际厚度调整背板3的位置从而使得背板3能够稳定地贴合在电子设备的后侧。由此,本实施例的展台充电接头能够兼容不同厚度的电子设备,拓展了展台充电接头的适用范围。与此同时,增设的锁紧件4能够确保在实际与电子设备配合时不会相对背板3转动,确保了电子设备的稳定性。而需要调节锁紧件4时,只需要将锁紧件4从背板3下拆卸即可。
本实施例的展台充电接头,由于插接可拆卸地设在底座1上,背板3可转动地设在插接头2后侧,使得该展台充电接头够兼容具有不同插口或者厚度不同的电子设备,拓展了展台充电接头的适用范围,提升了产品的市场竞争力。
此外,需要额外说明的是,本实施例的展台充电接头的制造成本相对较低,在制造过程中,底座1和背板3的模具仅需要一种,插接头2的模具设计多套 即可。与相关技术中一种展台充电接头就需要一套模具的加工方式的技术方案相比,本实施例的展台充电接头的成本较低。
在一些可选的实施例中,锁紧件4可以是螺钉、销钉等连接结构件,可以根据实际需要选择。
在一些实施例中,如图3、图4和图8所示,底座1上设有配合槽11和卡块12,卡块12上设有第一轴孔,背板3上设有与配合槽11配合的配合块311及与卡块12配合的卡槽312,配合块311上设有第二轴孔,第一轴孔和第二轴孔内穿设有转轴。可以理解的是,配合槽11与配合块311及卡块12和卡槽312的配合结构,在实现底座1相对背板3可以传动的同时,避免了背板3相对底座1出现沿转轴轴向的窜动,从而保证了背板3对电子设备的稳定支撑。
可选的,如图3、图4和图8所示,配合槽11为两个,卡块12位于两个配合槽11之间。与之对应的是,配合块311为两个,卡槽312位于两个配合块311之间。由此,能够避免背板3相对底座1出现沿转轴轴向的窜动,保证了背板3对电子设备的稳定支撑。
此外,需要补充说明的是,在本实施例中,配合槽11、配合块311、卡槽312及卡块12的截面形状和大小可以根据实际需要选择。
在一些实施例中,如图3、图4和图8所示,底座1上设有定位凸起13,背板3上设有与定位凸起13配合的定位凹槽313,锁紧件4为穿过定位凹槽313的底壁且连接在定位凸起13上的螺钉。可以理解的是,定位凸起13和定位凹槽313的配合保证了锁紧件4将背板3锁紧在底座1上时,背板3的稳定性,避免了背板3晃动带来的不能稳定支撑电子设备的问题。需要补充说明的是,在本实施例中,定位凸起13和定位凹槽313的截面形状和大小可以根据实际需要选择。
当然,这里需要说明的是,在本申请的其他实施例中,锁紧件4可以直接穿设在卡块12或者配合块311上,调整完毕后采用锁紧件4将卡块12锁紧在卡槽312中或者采用锁紧件4将配合块311锁紧在配合槽11内,同样可以达到锁紧背板3的功能。也就是说,在本实施例中,锁紧件4的类型和安装位置可以根据实际需要选择。
在一些实施例中,如图3、图4和图5所示,底座1内限定出容纳腔,容纳腔的顶壁上设有容纳槽14。展台充电接头还包括接线板5,接线板5设在容纳腔的内部,接线板5分别与外部插座及插接头2电连接插接头2包括插头21和固定板22,固定板22配合在容纳槽14内,插头21穿设在固定板22中,且插头21的位于容纳腔内的一端插接在接线板5上。可以理解的是,由于插头21的位于容纳腔的一端插接在接线板5上。在实际更换的过程中,只需要将固定板22从容纳槽14中拆除,插头21就能够跟随固定板22与接线板5分离,从而使得用户更换插接头2的操作非常便捷。与此同时,固定板22配合在容纳槽14内,容纳槽14能够限制固定板22的运动,避免固定板22相对底座1出现的晃动的现象,从而保证了插头21能够稳定地与电子设备插接。
在一实施例中,固定板22注塑成型在插头21上,这样当固定板22固定在底座1上时,能够确保插头21的稳定性,避免插头21晃动导致插头21与接线板5出现连接失效的现象发生。
在一实施例中,固定板22通过螺钉或者销钉等连接构件连接在底座1上,这样保证了固定板22和底座1的连接稳定性,从而避免插接头2更换完毕后容易从底座1上脱落的现象发生。当然,需要额外说明的,固定板22可以通过过盈配合、卡扣配合等其他方式连接底座1上,可以根据实际需要选择。
在一些实施例中,如图3-图5所示,容纳槽14为台阶槽,固定板22包括 配合在台阶槽的小端的插接部221和配合在台阶槽的大端的抵接部222。可以理解的是,容纳槽14为台阶槽能够提升固定板22配合在容纳槽14后的稳定性,从而保证插头21能够稳定地与电子设备插接。
可选的,如图4和图5所示,台阶槽的大端的一个侧壁上设有朝向背板3凹陷的凹陷部141,抵接部222上设有与凹陷部141对应的突出部2221。需要说明的是,根据电子设备的不同,插头21的类型会有不同,有的插头21的两侧的结构相同,为了避免插头21在插接到接线板5的过程中出现插反的现象,本实施例的台阶槽的大端的一个侧壁上设有朝向背板3凹陷的凹陷部141,在将穿设有插头21的固定板22安装到容纳槽14内时,根据凹陷部141即可确定固定板22的安装方向,从而避免整个插接头2插反的现象发生,确保了插接头2与接线板5的正确稳定插接。
这里需要额外说明的是,由于突出部2221和凹陷部141的设计是为了提示插接头2的插接防线,因此突出部2221和凹陷部141的形状和尺寸可以根据实际需要随便选择。
在一些实施例中,如图6-图7所示,背板3包括转动板31、连接板32和滑盖33,转动板31可转动地配合在底座1上,转动板31的远离底座1的一端设有锁接部314,连接板32上设有锁接槽322,锁接槽322的一端具有开口3221,锁接部314能够从开口3221卡入锁接槽322,连接板32上还设有与电子设备粘接的粘接层34,滑盖33可滑动地盖设在连接板32上,滑盖33可位于遮挡位置和释放位置;滑盖33在遮挡位置时,滑盖33能够遮挡配合在锁接槽322内的锁接部314,以将连接板32锁合在转动板31上;滑盖33在释放位置时,滑盖33能够露出配合在锁接槽322内的锁接部314,以实现连接板32能够从转动板31上拆下。
可以理解的是,在实际使用过程中,针对电子设备的不同,背板3的大小可能需要发生变化。但是根据前文所述背板3需要与底座1可转动的连接,如果将整个背板3从底座1上拆下进行更换,则会导致背板3的更换较为困难。而在本实施例中,背板3包括转动板31、连接板32和滑盖33,由于转动板31与底座1转动的连接,而转动板31与连接板32通过锁接槽322和锁接部314的配合实现连接。针对不同电子设备时,只需要更换不同的连接板32即可,既方便了用户操作,又拓展了本实施例的展台充电接头的适用范围。
需要补充说明的是,在安装配合过程中,只需要将锁接部314从开口3221卡入锁接槽322,然后将滑盖33滑动至遮挡位置,即可避免锁接部314从锁接槽322内脱出,从而实现转动板31和连接板32的安装。这样在安装过程中,无需采用螺钉或者铆钉等连接件实现转动板31和连接板32的安装,反之,在拆卸过程中,只需要将滑盖33滑动至释放位置,然后将锁接部314从锁接槽322中拆除即可。由此,极大地方便了用户更换连接板32,提升了本实施例的展台充电接头的用户使用满意度。
此外,粘接层34的存在能够实现电子设备与连接板的32的粘接,保证电子设备在于插接头2时电子设备的稳定性,从而保证了电子设备的稳定充电。
在一些实施例中,如图9-图10所示,滑盖33上限定出滑槽331,滑槽331的相对设置的两个侧壁上分别朝向彼此延伸设置有第一滑台332,连接板32可滑动地设在滑槽331内,连接板32的相对设置的两个侧壁上均设有止抵在第一滑台332上的第二滑台321。可以理解的是,连接板32可滑动地设在滑槽331内能够避免滑动滑盖33的过程中出现滑盖33和连接板32出现卡死的现象。此外,第一滑台332和第二滑台321的配合使得连接板32与滑盖33之间相互卡接,避免了连接板32在自身重力的作用下脱离滑盖33的现象出现。
在一些实施例中,如图9-图10所示,滑槽331的底壁上设有与滑槽331的延伸方向相同的导向槽333,连接板32上设有与导向槽333配合的导向卡钩324。可以理解的是,导向卡钩324和导向槽333的配合,一方面能够限定滑盖33相对连接板32的滑动方向,避免滑盖33相对连接板32卡死的现象发生,另一方面导向卡钩324能够避免连接板32沿滑槽331的延伸方向脱出盖板,从而保证滑盖33和连接板32的连接稳定性。
在一些实施例中,如图8-图9所示,开口3221的两个侧壁上设有导向凸起323,导向凸起323具有第一导向斜面3231,第一导向斜面3231在远离开口3221的方向上朝向靠近锁接槽322的底壁的方向延伸。转动板31的相对设置的两个侧壁分别设有导向凹槽315,导向凹槽315具有第二导向斜面3151,第二导向斜面3151与第一导向斜面3231平行设置。可以理解的是,第一导向斜面3231和第二导向斜面3151的配合能够方便的实现锁紧部从开口3221滑入锁紧槽内,从而方便了用户组装连接板32和转动板31,导向凹槽315和导向凸起323的配合能够在一定程度上提升转动板31和连接板32的连接强度,避免了滑盖33滑动到释放位置时,转动板31和连接板32直接在自身重力的作用下与脱离,导致转动板31和底座1或者滑盖33和连接板32跌落的现象发生。
在一些实施例中,展台充电接头还包括设在底座1内的磁感应元件,磁感应元件能够感应固定结构100上的磁体。可以理解的是,底座1内的磁感应元件,固定结构100上设有磁体,当充电接头从固定结构100上拿出并且脱离固定结构100时,磁感应元件感应到的磁场会发生变化,从而提示监控充电接头状态的主控系统,充电接头被拿出了固定结构100,起到了良好的防盗作用。
实施例:
下面参考图1-图10描述本申请一个实施例的展台充电接头的结构。
如图1-图3所示,该展台充电接头包括底座1、插接头2、背板3、锁紧件4、接线板5和磁感应元件,底座1能够配合在固定结构100内。
如图4所示,底座1内限定出容纳腔,容纳腔的顶壁上设有容纳槽14,容纳槽14为阶梯槽,台阶槽的大端的一个侧壁上设有朝向背板3凹陷的凹陷部141。接线板5设在容纳腔的内部,接线板5分别与外部插座及插接头2电连接,磁感应元件设在容纳腔内且磁感应元件与接线板5电连接。底座1上设有两个配合槽11、卡块12及定位凸起13,卡块12上设有第一轴孔,卡块12位于两个配合槽11之间。
如图5所示,插接头2包括插头21和固定板22,固定板22注塑成型在插头21上,固定板22包括配合在台阶槽的小端的插接部221和配合在台阶槽的大端的抵接部222,抵接部222上设有与凹陷部141对应的突出部2221。插头21的一端伸入容纳腔内且插接在接线板5上,另一端伸出容纳腔且能够与电子设备的插口配合。
如图6所示,背板3包括转动板31、连接板32和滑盖33。如图8所示,转动板31可转动地配合在底座1上,转动板31的远离底座1的一端设有锁接部314,靠近底座1的一端设有与配合槽11配合的两个配合块311及与卡块12配合的卡槽312,配合块311上设有第二轴孔,第一轴孔和第二轴孔内穿设有转轴。转动板31上设有与定位凸起13配合的定位凹槽313,锁紧件4为穿过定位凹槽313的底壁且连接在定位凸起13上的螺钉
如图10所示,滑盖33上限定出滑槽331,滑槽331的相对设置的两个侧壁上分别朝向彼此延伸设置有第一滑台332。滑槽331的底壁上设有与滑槽331的延伸方向相同的两个导向槽333。
如图9所示,连接板32可滑动地设在滑槽331内,连接板32的相对设置的两个侧壁上均设有止抵在第一滑台332上的第二滑台321。两个第二滑台321之间限定出锁接槽322和镂空槽325,连接板32上设有锁接槽322,锁接槽322的一端具有开口3221,转动板31的锁接部314能够从开口3221卡入锁接槽322。开口3221的两个侧壁上设有导向凸起323,导向凸起323具有第一导向斜面3231,第一导向斜面3231在远离开口3221的方向上朝向靠近锁接槽322的底壁的方向延伸,转动板31的相对设置的两个侧壁分别设有导向凹槽315,导向凹槽315具有第二导向斜面3151,第二导向斜面3151与第一导向斜面3231平行设置。连接板32上还设有与电子设备粘接的粘接层34,镂空槽325的底壁上设有两个间隔设置的导向卡钩324,每个导向卡钩324配合在一个导向卡槽312内。
滑盖33可位于遮挡位置和释放位置;滑盖33在遮挡位置时,滑盖33能够遮挡配合在锁接槽322内的锁接部314,以将连接板32锁合在转动板31上;滑盖33在释放位置时,滑盖33能够露出配合在锁接槽322内的锁接部314,以实现连接板32能够从转动板31上拆下。
本实施例的展台充电接头具有以下优点:
第一:插接头2可拆卸的设在底座1上使得展台充电接头能够适应具有不同插口的电子设备;
第二:转动板31可转动地设在底座1上使得展台充电接头能够兼容不同厚度的电子设备;
第三:连接板32和转动板31可拆卸连接使得展台充电接头能够兼容不同大小的电子设备,从而使得展台充电接头能够稳定地支撑不同大小的电子设备;
第四:采用滑盖33实现连接板32和转动板31的锁合与释放,方便了连接板32的更换;
第五:采用锁紧件4转动板31固定在底座1上,确保了转动板31的稳定性,确保了插接头2与电子设备的稳定插接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种展台充电接头,所述展台充电接头被配置为安装在展台(200)的固定结构(100)上,所述展台充电接头被配置为给电子设备充电,所述展台充电接头包括:
    底座(1),所述底座(1)被配置为配合在所述固定结构(100)内;
    插接头(2),所述插接头(2)可拆卸地设在所述底座(1)上,所述插接头(2)被配置为与所述电子设备插接;
    背板(3),所述背板(3)位于所述插接头(2)的后侧,且所述背板(3)可转动地连接在所述底座(1)上;
    锁紧件(4),所述锁紧件(4)被配置为锁紧或者释放所述背板(3);
    其中,所述背板(3)被锁紧时,所述背板(3)相对所述底座(1)固定;
    所述背板(3)被释放时,所述背板(3)可相对所述底座(1)转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的展台充电接头,其中,所述底座(1)上设有配合槽(11)和卡块(12),所述卡块(12)上设有第一轴孔;
    所述背板(3)上设有与所述配合槽(11)配合的配合块(311)及与所述卡块(12)配合的卡槽(312),所述配合块(311)上设有第二轴孔;
    其中,所述第一轴孔和所述第二轴孔内穿设有转轴。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的展台充电接头,其中,所述底座(1)上设有定位凸起(13),所述背板(3)上设有与所述定位凸起(13)配合的定位凹槽(313),所述锁紧件(4)为穿过所述定位凹槽(313)的底壁且连接在所述定位凸起(13)上的螺钉。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的展台充电接头,其中,所述底座(1)内限定出容纳腔,所述容纳腔的顶壁上设有容纳槽(14);所述展台充电接头还包括接线板(5),所述接线板(5)设在所述容纳腔的内部,所述接线板(5)被配置为分别与外部插座及所述插接头(2)电连接;
    所述插接头(2)包括插头(21)和固定板(22),所述固定板(22)配合在所述容纳槽(14)内,所述插头(21)穿设在所述固定板(22)中,且所述插头(21)的位于所述容纳腔内的一端插接在所述接线板(5)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的展台充电接头,其中,所述容纳槽(14)为台阶槽,所述固定板(22)包括配合在所述台阶槽的小端的插接部(221)和配合在所述台阶槽的大端的抵接部(222),所述台阶槽的大端的一个侧壁上设有朝向所述背板(3)凹陷的凹陷部(141),所述抵接部(222)上设有与所述凹陷部(141)对应的突出部(2221)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的展台充电接头,其中,所述背板(3)包括:
    转动板(31),所述转动板(31)可转动地配合在所述底座(1)上,所述转动板(31)的远离所述底座(1)的一端设有锁接部(314);
    连接板(32),所述连接板(32)上设有锁接槽(322),所述锁接槽(322)的一端具有开口(3221),所述锁接部(314)被配置为从所述开口(3221)卡入所述锁接槽(322),所述连接板(32)上还设有被配置为与所述电子设备粘接的粘接层(34);
    滑盖(33),所述滑盖(33)可滑动地盖设在所述连接板(32)上,所述滑盖(33)可位于遮挡位置和释放位置;所述滑盖(33)在所述遮挡位置时,所述滑盖(33)能够遮挡配合在所述锁接槽(322)内的所述锁接部(314),以将所述连接板(32)锁合在所述转动板(31)上;所述滑盖(33)在所述释放位置时,所述滑盖(33)能够露出配合在所述锁接槽(322)内的锁接部(314),以使所述连接板(32)能够从所述转动板(31)上拆下。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的展台充电接头,其中,所述滑盖(33)上限定出滑槽(331),所述滑槽(331)的相对设置的两个侧壁上分别朝向彼此延伸设置有第一滑台(332),所述连接板(32)可滑动地设在所述滑槽(331)内,所述连接板(32)的相对 设置的两个侧壁上均设有止抵在所述第一滑台(332)上的第二滑台(321)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的展台充电接头,其中,所述滑槽(331)的底壁上设有与所述滑槽(331)的延伸方向相同的导向槽(333),所述连接板(32)上设有与所述导向槽(333)配合的导向卡钩(324)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的展台充电接头,其中,所述开口(3221)的两个侧壁上设有导向凸起(323),所述导向凸起(323)具有第一导向斜面(3231),所述第一导向斜面(3231)在远离所述开口(3221)的方向上朝向靠近所述锁接槽(322)的底壁的方向延伸;
    所述转动板(31)的相对设置的两个侧壁分别设有导向凹槽(315),所述导向凹槽(315)具有第二导向斜面(3151),所述第二导向斜面(3151)与所述第一导向斜面(3231)平行设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的展台充电接头,其中,所述展台充电接头还包括设在所述底座(1)内的磁感应元件,所述磁感应元件被配置为感应所述固定结构(100)上的磁体。
