技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物的制造方法,特别涉及一种面料亲水整理方法。 
背景技术
亲水整理是一项把前处理及后整理相结合的综合性的工艺技术,前者改变了织物的外观风貌,使其具有耐久的柔软、滑糯、轻盈、飘逸的仿丝绸风格,同时还改善了涤纶织物的透气性;后者主要改善其穿着舒适性,使其像天然纤维那样较易吸附汗水和加快导湿速率,从而达到吸湿、抗尘、抗静电、易去污等功能。它是一项具有多功能性的整理技术。随着纺织品由实用型向美化舒适型发展,这项整理技术在国内外逐渐在印染、丝绸、针织产品上加速开阔,其产品也逐渐为广大消费者所接受,此项整理技术不必增添设备及增加工艺,而生产经营过程中的竞争能力、应变能力、增利能力都有不同程度的提高,开发出的产品也是当前纺织工业增收的一项重要技术措施,它对繁荣市场,扭转销售局面,起了一定的经济效益。 
现有的面料亲水整理方法,一般采用昂贵的亲水整理剂,辅以膨化剂、渗透剂和扩散剂等,使亲水整理剂渗透进入织物内部。这种方法,一是价格昂贵,二是由于整理剂是物理吸附在织物的,耐洗涤性很差。 
发明内容
为了克服上述缺点,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工艺简单、价格便宜、耐洗涤性能好的面料亲水整理方法。 
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种面料亲水整理方法,在面料碱减量处理的溶液中,加入亲水试剂,亲水试剂分子中包括两个部分,一部分为可以与酯键反应的基团,另外一部分为亲水基团。 
本发明的进一步改进在于,1公斤处理液加入200克亲水试剂。 
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述的可以与酯键反应的基团为胺基。 
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述的亲水基团包括羟基。 
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述的羟基为二乙醇胺。 
本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:(1)亲水整理在碱减量处理的同时进行,不需要专门的加工流程;(2)由于是在涤纶的分子上接枝亲水性分子,是化学键结合,因此耐洗涤性好。 
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。 
一种面料亲水整理方法,在面料碱减量处理的溶液中,加入亲水试剂,按每1公斤处理液加入200克亲水试剂。无须另外特别的处理条件,在面料碱减量处理结束时,亲水试剂即已经接枝到涤纶分子上,赋予涤纶面料以亲水性。这种亲水试剂的特征是,分子中包括两个部分,一部分为可以与酯键反应的基团,如胺基,另外一部分为亲水基团,如羟基,典型的例子为二乙醇胺。 
本发明实施例中的亲水整理在碱减量处理的同时进行,不需要专门的加工流程,并且由于是在涤纶的分子上接枝亲水性分子,是化学键结合,因此耐洗涤性好。 
通过上述的实施方式,不难看出本发明是一种工艺简单、价格便宜、耐洗涤性能好的面料亲水整理方法。

1公斤处理液加入200克亲水试剂;
