Abstract

本发明公开了一种浸出混合油溶液太阳能蒸发、汽提装置,由太阳能吸热管式加热蒸发器和太阳能聚光板式加热蒸发器组成,用太阳光辐射吸热管把热量传导至混合油中,再通过热对流交换使溶液达到所要求的温度,利用比热不同先蒸发部分溶剂;再利用太阳能聚光板二次加温,达到更高的温度,二次蒸发后得到油脂。本发明在没有锅炉提供蒸汽的情况下,依靠太阳光进行加热,利用混合油液体中溶剂与溶质的沸点不同进行蒸发、汽提,使溶剂汽化后与油脂分离,得到纯油脂。这样既能节约能源,保护环境,又能减少加工成本,提高经济效益。

混合油溶液太阳能蒸发、汽提装置
技术领域  本发明涉及植物油浸出工艺用设备,直接涉及一种浸出混合油溶液蒸发系统。
背景技术  浸出法制油是一种先进的制油方法,但目前浸出法制油需用蒸汽来蒸发、汽提混合油溶液,浸出混合油溶液蒸发系统是用汽量最大的地方,随着煤炭和燃油的价格上涨,蒸汽的成本越来越高。所以如何减少混合油蒸发系统的用汽量成为了技术攻关的重点,传统的工作方法是把蒸汽重复利用,但如何利用一种新的环保能源来代替蒸汽成了人们的梦想。
发明内容  本发明的目的就是提供一种利用太阳光的辐射进行蒸发、汽提浸出混合油的装置,它能有效地代替混合油在蒸发、汽提过程中依靠蒸汽锅炉供应蒸汽,有效地解决溶剂与油脂分离的问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,混合油溶液太阳能蒸发、汽提装置,具有吸热管蒸发器和聚光板蒸发器,吸热管蒸发器和聚光板蒸发器由“Z”型管相连通。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述吸热管蒸发器由太阳能吸热管和蒸发箱组成,在蒸发箱上设置混合油进口管和气体溢流口;在混合油进口管上设置进口开关,在“Z”型管上靠近蒸发箱处设置开关。
作为本发明的又进一步方案,所述聚光板蒸发器由太阳能聚光板)和蒸发筒组成,在蒸发筒上设置气体溢流口和出口管,在出口管上设置出口开关。
作为本发明的一种改进方案,在蒸发箱和蒸发筒内分别设置两块隔板,将蒸发箱和蒸发筒分别分成三个蒸发区,也可设置成多个蒸发区域;在蒸发箱和蒸发筒的蒸发区分别设置温度计。
本发明由于设置了二次蒸发汽提方式,保证了溶液蒸发分离后的溶质和溶剂的纯度,吸热管蒸发器溶液量多、温度低,聚光板蒸发器溶液量少、升温快、温度高,在蒸发箱和蒸发筒内设置隔板,并调节适当的受热面。这样能使进入的溶液集中蒸发掉一部分溶剂,使下一工位接受的溶液量减少,保证了温度进一步升高。这样蒸发的溶剂量会更多,依次循环下去,就能分离开溶液中的溶剂与溶质。本发明能随时掌控溶液的温度和流量,达到分离后油脂的纯度,代替了蒸汽锅炉供蒸汽的方法,保护了环境,节约了能源。

具体实施方式  附图示出了本发明混合油溶液太阳能蒸发、汽提装置的结构,具有吸热管蒸发器1和聚光板蒸发器2,吸热管蒸发器1和聚光板蒸发器2由“Z”型管3相连通。所述吸热管蒸发器1由太阳能吸热管4和蒸发箱5组成,在蒸发箱5上设置混合油进口管6和气体溢流口7;在混合油进口管6上设置进口开关8,在“Z”型管3上靠近蒸发箱5处设置开关9。所述聚光板蒸发器2由太阳能聚光板10和蒸发筒11组成,在蒸发筒11上设置气体溢流口7和出口管12,在出口管12上设置出口开关13。在蒸发箱5和蒸发筒11内分别设置隔板a14和隔板b15,将蒸发箱5和蒸发筒11分别分成蒸发区a16、蒸发区b17和蒸发区c18三个区域,也可设置成多个蒸发区域,隔板a14的长度大于隔板b15的长度;蒸发区域可设置多个;在蒸发箱5和蒸发筒11的蒸发区c18分别设置温度计19。
作为生产中的一个实例,可以将蒸发区a16设置成较小的区域,将蒸发区c18设置成较大的区域,将蒸发区b17设置为介于二者之间大小的区域。
本发明的工作原理:利用太阳能的热量代替蒸汽锅炉产生的蒸汽热量进行加热,利用混合油液体中溶剂与溶质的沸点不同进行蒸发、汽提,使溶剂汽化后与油脂分离,得到纯油脂。其工作过程为:浸出混合油由混合油进口管6进入吸热管蒸发器的蒸发箱5内(由进口开关8控制进油量),溶液在通过蒸发区a16的吸热管使温度初步升高,部分比热低的溶剂挥发成气体,溶液的质量也随之变小,而进入蒸发区b17后,由于吸热管的面积逐渐加大,所以温度会很大提升,如此方式进入蒸发区c18温度值会更高,挥发样的溶剂会更多。在蒸发箱5中蒸发后剩余的混合油溶剂含量比较低、蒸发难度增大,经“Z”型管3进入聚光板蒸发器蒸的蒸发筒11内,由于聚光板蒸发器蒸的聚热温度要高于吸热管蒸发器,所以利用高温将进入聚光板蒸发器蒸中蒸发区a16的溶液蒸发掉部分溶剂,溶液质量减少,当混合油进入蒸发区b17和蒸发区c18后受热面积相对增大,故温度还会逐渐升高,最后将混合油溶液中的容积全部蒸发掉,得到纯净的油脂。
在生产实践中,要利用各种溶液中溶剂和溶质的比热流量掌控受热面,还要掌握温度控制,一般蒸发箱5中混合油溶液的温度掌控在100℃以内,蒸发筒11中混合油溶液的温度掌控在120℃以内,即可达到分离溶剂和溶质的目的。
本发明也可以用于其它行业溶液中溶质与溶剂的分离。

Claims (4)

1.一种混合油溶液太阳能蒸发、汽提装置,其特征是:具有吸热管蒸发器(1)和聚光板蒸发器(2),吸热管蒸发器(1)和聚光板蒸发器(2)由“Z”型管(3)相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合油溶液太阳能蒸发、汽提装置,其特征是:所述吸热管蒸发器(1)由太阳能吸热管(4)和蒸发箱(5)组成,在蒸发箱(5)上设置混合油进口管(6)和气体溢流口(7);在混合油进口管(6)上设置进口开关(8),在“Z”型管(3)上靠近蒸发箱(5)处设置开关(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合油溶液太阳能蒸发、汽提装置,其特征是:所述聚光板蒸发器(2)由太阳能聚光板(10)和蒸发筒(11)组成,在蒸发筒(11)上设置气体溢流口(7)和出口管(12),在出口管(12)上设置出口开关(13)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的混合油溶液太阳能蒸发、汽提装置,其特征是:在蒸发箱(5)和蒸发筒(11)内分别设置隔板a(14)和隔板b(15),将蒸发箱(5)和蒸发筒(11)分别分成蒸发区a(16)、蒸发区b(17)和蒸发区c(18)三个区域,隔板a(14)的长度大于隔板b(15)的长度;蒸发区域可设置多个;在蒸发箱(5)和蒸发筒(11)的蒸发区c(18)分别设置温度计(19)。
